[00:01:43] known to many as the godfather of sourcing Shali brings nearly 30 years of experience in talent sourcing technology optimization and analytics looking to enhance Riviera advisors capabilities in global talent acquisition. Founded in 2001 the company employs 12 people. Another one!
[00:02:05] Jacksonville Florida based Human People Solutions has acquired fellow Jacksonville Florida based RPO firm Princeton One looking to expand its service offerings and industry expertise in pharmaceuticals biotech, life sciences, manufacturing and industrial sectors Princeton One's 83 employees will join Human but financial terms were not disclosed

New Jersey based Atlantic International Corp has acquired fellow Jersey based linear staffing solutions a National staffing company with over 1100 customers the acquisition valued at $95 million includes a $35 million promissory note and
[00:02:59] $60 million in restricted shares Atlantic aims to consolidate and grow in the staffing industry leveraging linear's platform and customer base Founded in 1995 linear staffing solutions employs 1064 people while Atlantic ticker symbol ATLN employs around 12,000. Another one! New York based Wilya
[00:03:26] formerly Gig and Take has raised four million dollars in seed funding led by Iron Spring Ventures to enhance its HRSAS platform for manufacturing and supply chain sectors. This brings total funding to $35.5 million with the aim of supporting Wilya's mission to modernize workforce management increase productivity and address labor
[00:03:50] shortages. Founded in 2021 the company employs 32 people. Another one! Washington DC based Fair Now an AI governance software provider has raised $3.5 million in seed funding this funding will help Fair Now manage AI related business and regulatory risks educate organizations on AI governance and ensure compliance with evolving regulations
[00:04:18] Founded in 2023 the company employs nine people. Another one! Colin Day founder of iSIMS has joined New York based candidate.fyi as an advisor bringing it's nearly bringing his nearly 30 years of HR experience
[00:04:36] to the startup. The company says his expertise will guide the company's innovative solutions in recruiting communications scheduling and feedback integration. Founded in 2022 the company employs 22 people. Another one! Copenhagen based Zoyos has secured $1 million in a seed funding round
