[00:01:09] Microsoft anticipates mid to high single digit revenue growth for LinkedIn in the
[00:01:14] next quarter, leveraging AI to enhance member experiences.
[00:01:19] Overall Microsoft reported a 17% revenue increase to $61.9 billion.

[00:01:32] LinkedIn has officially launched three in-app games, Pinpoint, Queens and Cross Climb

[00:01:50] get access to all kinds of metrics including your high score and daily streak, different
[00:01:56] leaderboards and who in your network has also played.

[00:02:02] Greenhouse has partnered with Grayscale to offer texting and automation solutions for
[00:02:07] high volume hiring, hoping to enhance the candidate experience with communication methods
[00:02:13] preferred by 89% of job applicants.

[00:02:19] This goes beyond an app on the Greenhouse marketplace and follows a model first implemented
[00:02:24] by iSims and TextRecruit.

[00:02:29] Tesla is shedding executives amid cost cutting efforts, including its senior director of
[00:02:35] HR.
[00:02:38] Departures include several high ranking figures.
[00:02:40] Reasons vary from cost efficiency to unclear circumstances.
[00:02:45] The trend raises questions about Tesla's strategy amidst growth and financial pressures
[00:02:49] hinting at potential further departures.
[00:02:53] It also raises questions about the future of HR.

[00:03:27] Advantage promises omni-channel reach, transparency and simplicity developed by industry veterans.
[00:03:34] Advantage will expand Wright Media's offerings across sectors, multiple job categories
[00:03:39] and others.
[00:03:40] Founded in 2006, the company employs 44 people.
[00:03:45] They're also a sponsor of the podcast.

[00:03:50] DailyPay has extended its Earned Wage Access solution to small businesses nationwide in
[00:03:57] partnership with payroll providers like ADP.
[00:04:01] This initiative targets over 61 million employees aiming to provide financial wellness
[00:04:06] benefits and reduce late fees.
[00:04:09] The company says the move reflects DailyPay's dedication to inclusivity and supporting
[00:04:14] businesses of all sizes.
[00:04:17] Founded in 2016, DailyPay employs 787 people.

[00:04:25] Private payrolls increased by 192,000 in April in the US, surpassing expectations
[00:04:32] with wage gains up 5% from last year.
