Based in Kuching, Sarawak, Jacqueline is the director of Tanoti which is a congregation of artisans dedicated towards the preservation of heritage craft. Tanoti House currently houses a community of songket weavers practicing this exquisite craft entirely by hand.

Tanoti is the winner of the World Craft Council Award of Excellence for Handicraft 2014 and the MaGIC Amplify Award 2015 for Social Entrepreneurship. Tanoti champions heritage preservation, women empowerment, and rural community building.
