जर्मनीतील श्वार्त्सवाल्डचा मध हे येथील एक खास उत्पादन आहे. तो पेटीत ठेवलेल्या पाळीव मधमाशांकडूनच निर्माण केला जातो पण तो डांबरासारखा काळाकुट्ट, अपारदर्शी आणि घणसर असतो. हा मध जर्मन लोक आवडीने खातात. काहींच्या मते तर त्यात विशेष औषधी गुणधर्म असतात.
Honey from the Black Forest in Germany is a special product. It is produced by honeybees kept in boxes but it is black, opaque and dense like tar. Germans love to eat this honey. They believe it has special medicinal properties as well.
