Jesal Shah - Writer, Director
Born in Mumbai, Jesal, began her career in advertising with Magik Lantern Films, where she worked on campaigns for prominent brands. She then advanced to Thumbnail Pictures, contributing as an Associate Producer on the feature film Hope Aur Hum. In 2019, Jesal directed the award-winning short film Bala, which premiered at Princeton University and garnered several accolades. She has also assisted renowned director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra on the film Toofan.
Jesal made her directorial debut with the feature film Baby Crasto, a psychological thriller starring Supriya Pathak Kapur, Neil Bhoopalam, and Vaibhavraj Gupta, produced by Golden Ratio Films.
