It wants the cow lovers to celebrate the day as Cow hug day. Yes you heard that right. It is asking you to go and hug a cow. Which may not be a bad idea if you’re single. The government advisory body said that hugging a cow will bring “emotional richness” and will increase “individual and collective happiness”.
