Athletes' training at Delhi's Thyagraj stadium was reportedly disrupted as an IAS officer had to walk his dog at the venue. The Athletes were reportedly training till 8:30 PM these days but had to wrap up by 7 PM. The IAS officer in focus has rubbished the report, saying he would never ask an athlete to suspend training to walk his dog.
