[00:00:00] Namaskar! Welcome to another episode of Editorial.

[00:00:07] Tirupati Balaji Temple in Andhra Pradesh is possibly one of the biggest and the most visited temple in the world.

[00:00:15] It was shocking to hear that the Laddus distributed in Tirupati Balaji was laced with beef oil, fish oil, lard.

[00:00:26] The lard is the fat, pork fat. It was laced with all of that. That is what the devotees got.

[00:00:33] Pawan Kalyan, the Deputy Chief Minister said that I think we should come together and put an end to the desecration of Sanatana Dharma in any form.

[00:00:43] This was what the reaction of our Deputy Chief Minister was. Let's discuss all of this. Let's get right to the show.

[00:00:53] Now, all of this started when the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, head of TDP,

[00:01:05] he started accusing the previous government, that is YSRP government, YSR Congress Party,

[00:01:13] of using animal fat and substandard ingredients in making Tirupati Laddus.

[00:01:19] So that is how this entire process started.

[00:01:22] Chandra Babu Naidu said that I think there is something wrong with the ingredients used in Tirupati Laddus.

[00:01:31] Now, when they actually went for a lab test, they found out that the Laddus contained foreign fats including palm oil,

[00:01:41] fish oil, beef tallow and lard. Ladd is the fat of pork. That is what was in the Laddu, the Prasad of Tirupati Balaji.

[00:01:56] Now this hurt a lot of sentiments. This hurt a lot of sentiments.

[00:02:03] Following this, like I told you, Mr. Pawan Kalyan, the Deputy CM of Andhra Pradesh,

[00:02:10] went on to say that we are deeply disturbed with the findings of animal fat, fish, pork fat, beef fat mixed with Tirupati Balaji Prasad.

[00:02:20] Many questions to be answered by the TDD board constituted by YSRP government then.

[00:02:26] And he said that I think we should come together to put an end to the desecration of Sanatan Dharma in any form.

[00:02:36] So, I am going to...my editorial is divided in two.

[00:02:40] My editorial, A, I want to talk about this adulteration in Tirupati Prasad. I want to talk about that.

[00:02:47] The second, I want to talk about what Pawan Kalyan said about desecration of Sanatan Dharma

[00:02:53] and coming uniting together to protect Sanatan Dharma. I want to talk about that too.

[00:02:58] So, there are two topics in my today's editorial. Let me start with the first.

[00:03:06] You see, the state government, current state government is blaming the previous government.

[00:03:11] The previous government is blaming the organization.

[00:03:13] The temple is blaming the government. The government is blaming the temple.

[00:03:16] State government, central government, everybody is blaming each other.

[00:03:21] My question is very simple.

[00:03:23] A temple where crores of people are visiting, that temple served you laddus which was laced with beef oil,

[00:03:33] which was laced with lard which is a poke fat, which was laced with fish oil

[00:03:40] and none of us in this country knew about it.

[00:03:43] What is our food and drug administration doing? What is our FSSI doing?

[00:03:46] What are these bodies doing? What if it was not beef oil, it was cyanide put inside and given.

[00:03:54] Is anybody asking about that?

[00:03:57] Other than getting into politics that he did it, he did it, his political party did it, his political party did it,

[00:04:04] he is desecrating Hinduism.

[00:04:06] Did anybody even bother to think that if that laddus was laced with poison,

[00:04:14] lakhs and crores of Hindu would have died.

[00:04:18] Are you bothered?

[00:04:21] Is there a system in our country that checks the food, that checks the prasad that goes to people?

[00:04:29] Is there a system in our country or is anybody talking about that?

[00:04:32] What are you diverting attention to?

[00:04:34] What are you doing to YSR and TDP and Sanatan Dharma which is of course we need to talk about,

[00:04:40] which I will come to like I said.

[00:04:42] But what are we doing? First question first, what is the system that checks?

[00:04:47] Prasad is given in every temple. Prasad is given in Shabrimalai. Prasad is given in Tirupati.

[00:04:53] Prasad is given in Rameshwaram. Prasad is given in every temple.

[00:04:57] There is Anandana in temple where people are given food. Who checks it?

[00:05:02] Who checks it?

[00:05:05] Other than just taking a case on point and making a political statement out of it and trying to be the Sanatan protectors.

[00:05:12] Hello, are you ensuring that you keep the people safe?

[00:05:20] You put a process that keeps people safe?

[00:05:25] Our process has failed miserably.

[00:05:28] We are calling ourselves the fourth largest, fifth largest economy.

[00:05:31] Our process has failed miserably. We can't even keep our children safe.

[00:05:38] We don't even know what goes into our children's stomach.

[00:05:42] What if there is lead poisoning tomorrow?

[00:05:45] What if there is some other kind of poisoning tomorrow?

[00:05:49] What about the hygiene that people maintain in such large distribution of food?

[00:05:56] What is the body doing? Why are you not questioning the bodies that are supposed to check food?

[00:06:02] Food inspectors that are supposed to check what happens to them?

[00:06:06] What happens to their body? Why are head nods rolling there?

[00:06:10] Why are they not even in the picture? Nobody even bothered to talk about them.

[00:06:16] So, that's my point number one.

[00:06:18] And the Deputy Chief Minister, his concern is, you know, I think we should come together to put an end to the desecration of Sanatan Dharma in any form.

[00:06:29] Let's start putting a system in place first.

[00:06:35] Saving Sanatan Dharma, let us come to that now.

[00:06:39] When this gentleman says, or a lot of people like this gentleman, a lot of people say that, you know, we are coming together to save Sanatan Dharma.

[00:06:46] Who are we saving? Are we trying to save Tirupati Balaji?

[00:06:51] All my life I thought Tirupati Balaji was saving me.

[00:06:55] Tirupati Balaji doesn't need your saving. See, Tirupati Balaji doesn't need your protection. Let us be very clear about it.

[00:07:02] Let us be very clear about it. These are dialogues that politicians make now and then at a drop of a hat.

[00:07:08] Let us come together and protect Sanatan Dharma. What are you protecting? Who are you protecting?

[00:07:14] No, Sanatan God needs your protection. The God protects you.

[00:07:17] First, let us understand that and imbibe that. That is reality.

[00:07:22] And if you are really believing in Sanatan, that's the first thing you need to realize. It is God that protects you.

[00:07:29] You want to protect? You want to protect then protect 31,000 girls.

[00:07:34] 31,000 girls who faced rape in India, NCRB report 2022.

[00:07:40] 31,000 girls protect them because that's what you can protect.

[00:07:49] According to 2011 census, our education is 63%.

[00:07:55] And when it comes to women, our education rate is lesser.

[00:08:00] Educate our women. Spend money in educating women.

[00:08:06] If you have extra money, big minister, big businessman, you have extra money, please help educating women.

[00:08:14] Spend that money, educating women. You are protecting the Sanatan Dharma.

[00:08:19] That's how you protect the Sanatan Dharma.

[00:08:22] Educate women, empower them. That's how you protect Sanatan Dharma.

[00:08:26] Do you know that 17% of children in India are underweight?

[00:08:31] 36% of children in India are stunted. 6% wasted.

[00:08:37] This is the percentage of children who are malnutristic in India.

[00:08:41] You want to protect Sanatan Dharma? You have the power. You are in a seat.

[00:08:46] Please protect Sanatan Dharma by protecting these children, ensuring these numbers come down.

[00:08:51] Ensuring these numbers come down because this is what you need to do.

[00:08:55] Tirupati Balaji doesn't need your protection.

[00:08:58] Tirupati Balaji doesn't need your protection.

[00:09:01] Possibly these children are still alive thanks to the blessings of Tirupati Balaji.

[00:09:07] Because if we could help it, possibly these figures would have been worse.

[00:09:11] That's the way we are managing our lives and we are managing our society.

[00:09:16] So if you really want to help Sanatan, you know 11,290 farmers committed suicide in the last one year.

[00:09:26] 11,219 farmers. You know why? Because they couldn't pay their debt.

[00:09:31] They couldn't feed their families. They didn't have money.

[00:09:35] We have people who throw hundreds of crores for entertainers to come and do entertainment for their functions.

[00:09:47] Hundreds of crores. 11,290 people died committed suicide because they couldn't afford Bhakri Roti in the night.

[00:09:56] You want to protect Sanatan? Please ensure this doesn't happen. Help them.

[00:10:01] Help 11,290 people. Rich people like all can help. Can help easily.

[00:10:09] Help them. Then talk about helping Sanatan Dharma.

[00:10:16] The point I am trying to make is to...

[00:10:20] One is it is indeed alarming that Prashant was laced with beef oil, with lard, with fish oil.

[00:10:30] And the whole country didn't know. Prashad, of which one of the biggest temples, the most visited temple in the country.

[00:10:40] That temple's Prashad was laced with all of this and the entire country nobody knew about it.

[00:10:46] This is alarming. What are we talking about?

[00:10:52] Number two. You see, these typical politicians who immediately takes everything and tries to make it a political advantage, please let us not fall for it.

[00:11:05] Protecting Sanatan Dharma is very good. Protect Sanatan Dharma by whatever we said.

[00:11:09] Because this nobody is going to commit to you. Because this requires for them to spend their own money.

[00:11:14] This requires for them to spend effort, to take effort. For this it requires for them to be effective, efficient.

[00:11:20] Only then can they protect Sanatan Dharma.

[00:11:24] Coming in front of the mic and giving vashans, nobody can do. I can also do sitting here.

[00:11:30] And that's what most of our politicians does.

[00:11:34] But the fact remains that, that will never have any impact on Sanatan Dharma and that will never protect Sanatan Dharma.

[00:11:44] If you are talking about Sanatan Dharma, if you are talking about our gods, our gods doesn't need protection.

[00:11:50] It is the gods who protect us. Till I see you next time. That's tomorrow at 10. Namaskar.
