[00:00:11] Institute of Science and in this episode let me just help you get into the life most important aspect about your health and how sleep being the most important part of that lifestyle when that is disrupted and how it's going to affect your digestive health. So let me
[00:00:35] start with this lend your ears my dear people as I said sleep is the most important aspect of our life right but we have taken our sleep for granted though we know that it's very important
[00:00:53] it's like we have someone in our life and we are not understanding how much they're helpful to us and how much they are dedicating their life for us and we take that person for granted and
[00:01:02] what happens is when we are being ungrateful that is going to be taken away from us similarly when it comes to health when you are not giving importance to that aspect which is being gifted
[00:01:13] to you sleep is the most beautiful aspect of life that is being gifted to every creation and when we do not value it and when we are taking it for granted then for sure it leads
[00:01:24] to a lot of disasters and this is what across the world people are suffering with a lot of health issues and sleep is one such aspect where sleep is not being the priority they know about
[00:01:36] that how sleep is important but they are not able to take any proper action so in this episode I'm going to talk to you certain things where as a wellness coach I would love
[00:01:47] to you to connect with me because let me say about my own self I after losing my mom I was into severe phase of depression I was in insomnia hardly I could get sleep I was craving for even a second of sleep and I used to feel that
[00:02:13] I'm dying I'm dying every single day I was so particular about my diet I was so particular about everything but lack of sleep it made my life miserable not only the weight issues I gained 26 kilos of weight excess weight
[00:02:39] my skin my hair health my hormonal health everything became worse then I realized how important is sleep being a scientist I was so much dedicated to watch my work
[00:03:00] but I feel I'm taking good care of my health but I was not because sleep was put in the back side I have a humble request kindly take care of your health by prioritizing your sleep
[00:03:18] sleep is the most important aspect my dear friend if you lose sleep you lose everything your health deteriorates that's enough if you are not taking care of it kindly take care of your sleep because that's going to take care of your health
[00:03:39] yeah let me tell you about this a body is operate on a circadian rhythm a natural internal clark that regulates various physiological processes not only the physiological process but also a psychological process as well disrupt its sleep patterns it can throw off
[00:04:01] this rhythm my dear friends slowing down the digestive process and leading to constipation think of your body as a well-tuned orchestra when one section is out of saying the whole performance suffers cortisol the body's primary stress hormone it increases when we don't get enough sleep
[00:04:19] elevated cortisol level it can slow down the digestive function stress and poor sleep form a vicious cycle each worsening the other to break the cycle we need to prioritize rest that's very important you feel that you're not productive you feel so lethargic
[00:04:41] you feel frustrated you feel irritable check if you're getting good sleep your hormones are imbalanced check if you're getting good sleep you have a lot of digestive issues check if you're
[00:04:55] getting sleep you are not getting you know for a woman you do not have regular periods just check with your sleep your appetite goes haywire just check with your sleep hair fall is severe check
[00:05:13] with your sleep there's so many factors that are related when you lose your sleep your gut system gets affected the microbiota and the sleep patterns they're so much connected our gut is the home to trillions of bacteria which is known as the microbiota which is crucial for dajishu
[00:05:37] if the microbiome or the microbiota if they are not taken care of then it throws away your sleep poor sleep it can disrupt these microbes which are very much responsible for releasing the thoughts into your brain yeah that leads to digestive issues your gut health mirrors your
[00:05:58] overall well-being a balanced microbiome is essential for not just dajishu but also your mental and emotional health kindly establish a sleep routine aim for seven to nine hours of sleep each night go to bed wake up at the same time daily even on the weekends provide
[00:06:19] your body with the food that contains magnesium that actually helps in sleep consistency is the key like any other habit good sleep hygiene requires discipline discipline not only in making money discipline in taking care of your health more than that
[00:06:38] money if your health is gone then where's the money all that money goes in taking care of those medications shuttling the hospitals right mind your diet avoid heavy meals caffeine alcohol which is close to your bedtime even the screen which is worse than that all alcohol this can
[00:07:00] disrupt the sleep and consequently your dajishu your liver does not perform well in the days that you're going to live remember what you eat not only feels your day but also affects how well
[00:07:13] you rest manage stress stress is part of life so it doesn't mean to say that you can stay away from the stress no you should learn how to manage it engage in certain relaxation techniques
[00:07:27] meditation deep breathing it all helps to reduce the stress level a calm mind leads to a relaxed body which in turn fosters good digestive health mind your people once again a conclude saying improving sleep is simple yet profound way to enhance your digestive health your beauty your
[00:07:48] growth your productivity by practicing rest we can break the cycle of poor sleep and poor digestion which is leading to a healthier more balanced life remember in our pursuit of wellness every little step counts and i in this episode again thank all the lovely people who here to
