[00:00:15] you deeply diving into the most important aspect that everybody wants that is how to look young. Yes, so most of us what we do is we get into a lot of treatments or cosmetics only to look
[00:00:32] young and actually when we forget what actually a body is made out of and what it is demanding then we don't need these aspects in life and we can stay young but naturally by improving our lifestyle.
[00:00:47] As I was into depression I had gained 26 kilos of weight and by God's grace when I got into wellness slowly I gradually got into my ideal weight and all my other health problems they all got resolved only by improving my lifestyle.

[00:01:49] You just cannot say that oh I have to get into my ideal weight or I have to look young so just let me do no there are so many gimmicks existing on the social media be aware of them

[00:02:30] We actually think that by strictly dieting we can improve our health that's a big no that's a big no being a soil scientist I say whatever we are eating we do not find all the nutrients in that so there are so many nutrients that are lacking because
[00:02:44] already the soil is degraded and it's deprived of a lot of nutrients and when you are not getting those nutrients through the food again you are doing strict dieting then what are you doing you're not doing justice to your body to
[00:02:57] yourself because cells require those nutrients in a balanced way okay whatever you're going to eat so it has to have the proteins, carbs in it, healthy fats that is the omega 3 healthy fats as I said when you are incorporating the balanced
[00:03:17] kind of food and providing all these nutrients to your body then you are doing justice to your body okay all your organs will be safe it's not that with strict dieting you can have a healthy body not at all not with
[00:03:33] strict dieting when you are on the strict diet rather than providing all those nutrients in a balanced way you are trying to cut short so many things okay we need to provide so many minerals so many vitamins are you doing that not at
[00:03:50] all along with the healthy fats along with carbs along with proteins along with fiber but when you're not able to provide everything in one go then you will be doing injustice with your body by doing strict dieting so strict
[00:04:03] dieting and strict workout is a big no yes of course you need to do workouts let me say on this when you are being regular as I said consistency is the biggest key okay so when you are being consistent with any form of workout let
[00:04:18] it be only for five days a week or six days a week and when you are doing it I say that first incorporate 20 minutes of some workout but you have to be very safe okay when you join me understanding your conditions I can
[00:04:35] suggest you and I put my students into certain kind of workouts that is very easy on the body at the same time if they are having excess weight they will be burning the weight as well okay so when you're going to incorporate a mix
[00:04:49] of the cardiovascular then strength training and flexibility exercise in your routine from 20 minutes you can aim up to 30 minutes first go with 20 minutes every day the key factor as I'm saying is consistency okay so when you
[00:05:05] are going to do that you're going to boost your overall health and maintain a youthful physics third is water we all forget how much of water we have to provide to our body for a healthy body in the sense if you are not having
[00:05:23] any kidney issues then it is mandatory that you provide yourself with at least eight to twelve classes of water every single day and how much amount in every hour that once you join my sessions I am going to tell you okay so when you
[00:05:39] are drinking enough amount of water throughout the day then this is going to help you maintain the skin elasticity is going to reduce wrinkles support your overall bodily functions keep you looking fresh and youthful why because it's also removing the toxins from your body when you are churning
[00:05:58] something in a blender then you will have to add little bit water because it becomes a thin paste or a good paste right similarly when you provide water then all your foot can easily get digested at the same time it helps in
[00:06:14] better metabolism okay and fourth where people in these days forget is about sleep we don't get sleepy all have sleepy shoes I was a serious insomnia for your kind information I was a serious insomnia I was struggling for even
[00:06:34] three minutes or one minute sleep forget one minute one second also if I could get the sleep to that level I was suffering and struggling after the death of my mom it was such a pathetic phase of my life and if you are
[00:06:49] struggling please join me I understand what you're going through I used to feel the burning sensation in my brain for your kind of information so irritable I used to feel like puking sensation what not irritability and you know you
[00:07:03] gain weight as well when you don't get good sleep your hormones are not functioning properly when you don't get sleep so I sincerely suggest you connect with me so that you can have a best health okay and you can also get
[00:07:16] into the good sleep so when you're ensuring that you get seven to eight hours of quality sleep each night then the sleep is very crucial for cell repair and for the regeneration of cells and this is going to help to
[00:07:30] reduce the appearance of aging and fatigue yeah as I said stick to the consistent routine and your lifestyle has to change where every day you're going to have this consistency with you and regular physical activity it helps
[00:07:47] to maintain the muscle tone it's going to boost your metabolism and improve overall energy levels contributing to your younger look yeah so as I said when you are taking care of yourself you are going to rejuvenate
[00:08:04] your cells always wear sunscreen to protect your skin from harmful UV rays how are you going to do it you cleanse your face then you apply a serum then you moisturize it and then you apply this sunscreen sun damage is actually
[00:08:26] going to lead to premature wrinkles and eight spots so you have to protect your skin that's very very essential okay strength training when you're going to incorporate weightlifting or resistance exercises into your workout building this muscle mass it helps to combat the natural loss of muscles yeah that
[00:08:48] actually comes with aging so keeping your body firm and tone so it's really very very mandatory that you have good muscles in your body yeah cardio vascular health is also very important so when you're engaging in your regular aerobic
[00:09:07] activities it can be walking or running or cycling or even dancing cardio vascular exercises actually helps to improve your heart health it will boost the circulation and it'll also give your skin a healthy glow even the
[00:09:23] breathing exercises will definitely help you to have the glow on your face and it also combats aging as I said staying active throughout the day is very important many people regardless of their strict dieting and doing workout
[00:09:40] they will be so exhausted by the end of the day but when you join me you will feel that you'll be charged throughout the day and your biological rhythm will be set in such a way that you'll wake up at the same time and you
[00:09:53] will sleep in the same particular time that you will get such a deep sleep so when you're going to incorporate the physical activity into your daily life such as taking the stairs you know provided you have some medical
[00:10:06] conditions you have knee problem or joints problem or the back problem then I'm not going to suggest you to get into this kind of activities where you have to climb up the stairs to do any kind of workout so you can when you
[00:10:17] connect with me I'm going to help you out how you can also improve your physical your health in and out okay so walking instead of driving or doing some kind of household chores when you are staying active throughout the day it
[00:10:30] keeps your body youthful and agile this is what I tell people even if you're not doing some rigorous workouts you being active throughout the day is very very important being active throughout the day yeah so my idea
[00:10:45] of lovely people as I have shared you certain highlights do incorporate this and if you are very serious to improve your health to get back to your idle weight or you have been suffering with those weight issues and you're not able
[00:10:56] to fit into the beautiful dress of yours which has been your desire and dream you're not able to get into the parties only because of these weight issues or you're lacking confidence because of your weight issues and let
[00:11:10] me tell you it's not body shaming though but you know obesity is next to cancer so it is very essential that you do not put on extra kilos and it's not by strict dieting or by strict workout it's by just improving your
