[00:00:00] A warm welcome to my lovely people in Hina's Emo Wisdom Podcast. Well, in this episode we are going to explore the transformative trial that has the potential to enhance your life. That's about sleep. Yeah, it's very important. Waking up early, sleeping early, practicing good sleep.
[00:00:25] We all know about this but we are not able to follow it. These habits, they are not just about managing the time but they are about mastering the lives and unlocking our fullest potential. So you may be knowing the benefits of waking up early.
[00:00:41] Still let me throw the light upon this. I have come to realize that waking up early is just not a habit but it's also a lifestyle choice. As a wellness coach, I am saying this. This opens the doors to countless opportunities.
[00:01:00] The tranquility of early morning hours, it provides space for reflection rather a sacred space. It can be your meditation, your planning for the entire day or planning for your month or your visualization, your manifestation. In this quiet time, it has allowed me to connect deeply with my goals.
[00:01:23] And it has set a positive, intentional tone for the day. And the early hearts for me are the gift of time where I can focus on what truly matters before the world's demands set in. So likewise, the same with you guys.
[00:01:43] It depends on the individual with their priorities. So what is the importance of the sleep hygiene? I am calling it as a hygiene. Good sleep hygiene, it is the cornerstone of a healthy life. This is one of the pillars of your lifestyle.
[00:02:00] When you are creating a bedtime routine, we are actually signaling to our bodies that it is the time to unwind and prepare for rest. So this could be as simple as you are reading a book or you are practicing gratitude
[00:02:13] or you are engaging in few minutes of mindfulness, connecting with the creator. By getting into prayers before going to bed, such practices not only improve your sleep quality but also will nurture the mental and emotional well-being.
[00:02:29] So it is about treating our minds and bodies with care they deserve by recognizing that restful sleep is not luxury but a necessity. So there are certain healthy sleep habits. So when we are understanding and respecting our sleep cycle, which is very essential
[00:02:53] at the right stage of the sleep, it plays a critical role in our physical health. It can be the cognitive function as well or you can also improve your emotional balance or intelligence. When you are honoring a consistent sleep schedule,
[00:03:18] then we are going to align ourselves with natural rhythms which leads to better overall health and resilience. This consistency is a form of self-respect. Let me tell you it's a self-love acknowledging that we are deserving of the restorative power of that good sleep.
[00:03:35] It's very important. This is one of the forms of your self-love. We talk so much about self-love, self-love, self-love. What actually is self-love? Self-love is when you are prioritizing your health first and sleep is one of the most important aspects. It is just like an antioxidant.
[00:03:55] It is a kind of your beauty regime. When you are having good sleep, it's going to not only maintain your health but also enhances your beauty. It keeps you young. It keeps you energetic, active. The practical tips for better sleep. First, you cultivate a better sleep.
[00:04:15] Start with consistent sleep schedule even on the weekends. Because it's a weekend, what do we do? Today is Saturday or Sunday, let me sit late night watching Netflix. Or let me be scrolling the screen. Let me be having gossip with my family members and all that.
[00:04:30] You are going to break that biological rhythm that is set already inside us naturally. When you are maintaining it, guarding it, respecting it, this is because you have that self-love in you. You love yourself to that level. This is not wrong when you are loving yourself.
[00:04:46] It's an honor that you are giving yourself because you are being honest to yourself. When you create a calming bedtime routine that is going to suit you, be it gentle stretching or listening to the soothing music or practicing deep breathing exercises.
[00:05:02] But first, before going to bed, you have to put off the screen. No screen time, no blue lights, no white lights, no lights. It's only the darkness two hours before going to bed. Use a low light as much as possible before going to bed.
[00:05:18] At the same time, indulge such kind of thoughts in your mind which is going to have the positive feeling to you. Which is going to calm your thoughts. Yes, you may be surrounded. You may be going through a lot of tensions and worries.
[00:05:34] But if you keep them, you think that having all that in your mind and sleeping is going to work, you are going to carry the same energy the next day. So that becomes a cycle. Rather break the cycle, break the pattern. How do you break the pattern?
[00:05:46] By thinking something good, by making yourself feel good. The choice is yours. The choice is up to you what you are going to make feel about yourself in your mind. Because the mind is in your control. The mind is not in someone else control.
[00:05:59] So it's up to you whether you are going to control your mind. So say, see to that you connect with the creator before going to sleep. Then manage the stress through this mindful practices. It can be meditation or journaling or it can be affirmations.
[00:06:16] It can help clear the mind before you go to bed. And when you sleep, the issues again persist. Then it is better that you connect with a mentor. So feel free to connect with me because I was also an insomniac.
[00:06:31] I suffered a lot after the death of my mom and I was not getting sleep at all. I was struggling to even get five seconds sleep. Now I sleep by God's grace for nearly seven hours. A baby sleep. You understand?
[00:06:48] So if you are following these tips, certainly it's going to help you out. So in my journey when I was embracing these habits, it wasn't without its challenges. Everything has challenges. There were times when the demands of life made it difficult for me to practice sleep.
[00:07:11] But once I committed to these changes, the benefits were undeniable. As I got into wellness, I started providing my body with all those nutrients. In our food, we can't get all those nutrients. So all those nutrients being active, having a positive mind surrounding myself with positive mindset people
[00:07:33] who have a growth mindset. I surround with such people who are not living with that fixed mindset. I do not like to surround myself with those gossip mongers or who keep judging people. I stay away from all that.
[00:07:48] So try to see that you surround with those people who encourage you and by looking at them, you feel encouraged and you feel like taking actions in life. So these habits slowly I had to develop and this brought clarity, energy and a profound sense of well-being.
[00:08:07] And this became the foundation of my life because I tell you health is the basic foundation of life. Based on this, you can create a strong infrastructure. This allowed me to shop fully for myself and also for others.
[00:08:18] So by which I started helping more than 5000 people so far with my renewed vigor and my purpose. As I said, my purpose and mission is to empower every single individual existing on this earth. So I always say that I have a humble request.
[00:08:35] Sleep with a purpose, wake up with a purpose and live with the purpose. If you have a purpose, you have that energy in you. When you have no purpose, you feel energy less.
[00:08:46] So my dear lovely people, thank you so much for listening to Hina's Immovisdom podcast on the sleep. And these practices are simple but yet they are profound. And when there is extreme thing which is not in your control, so I seriously tell you to connect with me.
[00:09:05] And again in every podcast, I would like to thank those people who have joined me for the sessions through these podcasts. And I am wholeheartedly welcoming those who have DMed and who have shown the interest and who have given the positive signal want to join my sessions.
[00:09:25] I am so, so thrilled to coach you as well. Thank you so much my lovely people. Yet I say every small step towards the betterment is a step towards your success in life. So until next time, cherish your rest, embrace each new day with purpose and gratitude.
[00:09:51] Till then, see you tata and bye bye.
