[00:00:09] Science. Well my dear lovely people we all go through our past we everybody has a past and
[00:00:16] we go through the pain and those pains turn into wounds and those wounds if not healed they
[00:00:23] become very very problematic hope you all agree with that yes so well here I am with
[00:00:28] most beautiful topic where you can have the wisdom in your life instead of living a life without
[00:00:35] wisdom it's better to live life with wisdom where you're very very careful about things in life and
[00:00:41] you can breathe wisdom lets you to breathe when we do not live in wisdom we feel suffocated
[00:00:49] yeah so whatever I try to say or speak it's through the experiences of life
[00:00:57] based on research at the same time which resonates with your life because my mission
[00:01:03] and purpose is to help every single individual to be empowered okay so how do you handle
[00:01:14] the past or the wounds that you have been carrying through the past do you feel that
[00:01:19] it's okay to keep reflecting on that or do you feel no no no that's okay let me not think about
[00:01:24] it so what do you think the wisdom is when you feel that's coming up again and again it's
[00:01:30] your soul which is saying that I am in pain take care of me I'm wounded still the wound
[00:01:36] is not healed just like the wounds when they're not healed physically they're going to
[00:01:42] catch those microbes you have not taken care of it and that leads to lots of aggressive problem
[00:01:52] like it leads to transformation and lot of problems that you're going to face because
[00:01:56] you did not take good care of that pain or that wound similarly when there are emotional
[00:02:02] wounds when they are not taken care of they are going to affect you mentally emotionally
[00:02:08] and physically as well because they are going to have repercussions on your organs and your
[00:02:13] well-being okay so let me tell you when you feel that there is some kind of pain that
[00:02:19] is happening and you have not healed so I tell you certain things which is of wisdom
[00:02:24] first you have got to acknowledge the past pain just recognize that pain the first step is
[00:02:29] acknowledging whatever you have gone through rather than hushing up and just saying no no
[00:02:33] no that's okay I don't want to remember about that that's not wisdom okay fine I
[00:02:36] have gone through that that's the pain then validate it's really important for you to
[00:02:41] validate those feelings okay rather than dismissing them when you validate that pain
[00:02:47] it helps you to recognize that okay I'm hurt I was hurt and those feelings are lawful and
[00:02:53] legitimate so it's just like you know when you are tilling the garden and I mean to say
[00:02:59] the soil you are going to identify the weeds before you can remove them you must first see
[00:03:05] and acknowledge that there is presence of weeds there in that soil so instead of ignoring those
[00:03:10] weeds okay what's going to happen these weeds are so dangerous that they are going to take
[00:03:15] all the nutrients that are needed for your plant to grow and they will not let the other
[00:03:20] plant the healthy plant to grow and the growth of the plant gets stuck okay so it is very
[00:03:25] important that you have to acknowledge the past pain and how are you going to process you
[00:03:30] have to process that by understanding the impact processing it involves understanding
[00:03:36] how these experiences have impacted your current behavior your thoughts your emotions
[00:03:42] this can be done through your self-reflection my dear friends just you can connect with a
[00:03:46] mentor or you can connect with someone of your family member home you can trust okay I do help
[00:03:53] people so that they can connect with me and I help them to heal through their past wounds
[00:03:58] so that they are not stuck in life and they are happily living their lives okay and expression is
[00:04:04] one of the way to process the pain how are you going to express your emotions that's a very
[00:04:08] critical part of processing this can be through just talking in front of the mirror just stand
[00:04:12] in front of the mirror and say how much ever you want to cry cry nobody is there just do
[00:04:17] it just do it do not keep it like saying dismissing no that's okay it's nothing not
[00:04:22] hurting me I don't want to think of it because you feel that if you think it's going
[00:04:26] to become worse because it's coming back to you in your thoughts is because it's still there
[00:04:31] causing a kind of pain to your soul and that soul is telling you just write it down that also
[00:04:37] works this will allow you to externalize your feelings making it more manageable you understand
[00:04:43] it's just like you know as I said when you are tilling in the garden you know
[00:04:48] it involves breaking up the soil that turning up and down and this helps in the growth
[00:04:54] of the plant because you will see that oh what happened the plant was growing suddenly it's not
[00:04:59] growing it's only because you have to till it nicely deeply dig it just like how it involves
[00:05:04] digging deep and bringing up your buried emotions third is just finding the ways to move forward
[00:05:10] whenever you're stagnant you are stuck the growth doesn't happen when you move forward the
[00:05:14] growth happens so how do you move forward it's about not forgetting or dismissing instead it's
[00:05:19] about integrating those experiences in your life in a healthy way it's like you know how
[00:05:25] you can recognize these experiences have shaped you many people they don't move forward they're
[00:05:30] just stuck it's just like being a marathon you're hurt you're wounded and you're oh my
[00:05:36] god I got the pain I can't do and I'm not meant for that that's going to make you a
[00:05:40] quitter or you're stuck there rather if you see that oh I'm getting hurt and hurt let me
[00:05:45] realize this let me acknowledge this and at the same time what am I learning from this
[00:05:50] so that will help you and where have I come this so far so that will seriously help you
[00:05:57] to connect with your past pain you understand so the the the detailed steps that's what I
[00:06:06] have told you it's like acknowledge okay then process then find the way to move forward
[00:06:12] my dear lovely people healing from the past is a continuous journey always remember just like
[00:06:17] tending a garden it requires ongoing attention it requires care it requires some external help it
[00:06:22] doesn't mean to say okay now I have healed yes the more you know you'll be getting the pains
[00:06:27] you'll be getting the pain see but you should know how to address them by addressing the
[00:06:31] past traumas and finding ways to move forward you can cultivate a healthier and more fulfilling
[00:06:37] life much like a well-tended garden which flourishes and which brings beauty and joy
