[00:00:00] How many times in one lifetime do we witness innumerable beginnings?

[00:00:15] It may have been a job that we changing, it may be a career that we change, it may be

[00:00:21] a new city we are moving to, a new country, maybe we learning a new language, a new life

[00:00:27] skill and all of this gives us a chance at a new beginning.

[00:00:34] So Hello Sunshine, How are you?

[00:00:36] How's your week been?

[00:00:37] Now when we leave aside our fears whether it's about making mistakes or about failing

[00:00:44] we realize that we end up learning so much more.

[00:00:47] We end up exploring more.

[00:00:50] Beginnings can also be found within familiar situations.

[00:00:54] It's not just about beginning a new career or starting a new job.

[00:00:58] It could be becoming a parent for the second time around or it could be navigating

[00:01:03] the different phases of a long term relationship.

[00:01:07] For each of these situations the difference between fulfillment and frustration rests

[00:01:14] in our ability to recognize and accept a beginner status which means we have to

[00:01:21] be extremely open to anything that shows up and be willing to learn along the

[00:01:26] way.

[00:01:27] Plato says the beginning is the most important part of the work and the gifts of the

[00:01:33] beginnings are very powerful.

[00:01:35] Once we get to know them we can fully embrace a deep sense of achievement that we

[00:01:40] get when we see ourselves progressing, when we realize how far we've come.

[00:01:47] My favorite quote is always be a beginner at something and always be in love with

[00:01:54] what you're beginning.

[00:01:55] When we listen to successful entrepreneurs or famous personalities talk about their

[00:02:00] journey and how difficult it was for them to achieve the success, it inspires us

[00:02:06] doesn't it?

[00:02:07] I know it inspires me.

[00:02:10] Remember if you want to begin learning something new or even start a new

[00:02:14] business there is no right way or wrong way.

[00:02:17] There's just one way that's your way of doing business.

[00:02:21] Overnight success is a myth so being patient and being realistic but most

[00:02:26] importantly being enthusiastic is what will keep you going.

[00:02:31] Maybe let our egos take a backseat for a while.

[00:02:35] We take courage in our hands and step into the unknowing, trusting the process and

[00:02:40] trusting that the next step will always show up for us.

[00:02:45] And what's the worst that can happen?

[00:02:47] We may feel a little uncomfortable or a little embarrassed with our decisions.

[00:02:51] Maybe we live and fail but so what?

[00:02:54] It's better that we give it a try rather than wonder if it might have ever succeeded.

[00:03:01] We can't learn or grow if we don't know how to handle our mistakes and survive failure.

[00:03:08] And we have to understand that it's only when we drop our guards, when we're willing

[00:03:14] to change and then we are willing to get out of the safety of a comfort zone is

[00:03:19] when we grow.

[00:03:21] The safety of a comfort zone is temporary and in embracing what we call a beginner's

[00:03:26] mindset we really have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

[00:03:30] We'll either succeed or we'll either learn something from it.

[00:03:35] So remember you're never too old to start over.

[00:03:38] Every day is a chance to make changes in the life that you want to create.

[00:03:45] So have a great week everyone and we'll speak to you again next week.

[00:03:48] Bye for now.
