[00:00:00] I believe in being my true self because I realized a long time ago that accepting myself
[00:00:17] and no longer caring about what others think of me was extremely liberating.
[00:00:23] It actually set me free.
[00:00:26] And so, hello Sunshine and however you have been.
[00:00:32] You know the idea of pretending to be anyone but yourself is such a waste of time and energy.
[00:00:39] Whether it's to impress someone or to hide your own insecurity, why would you want
[00:00:43] to pretend to be anyone but you?
[00:00:47] Because the truth is once you realize that true happiness evolves around being your true
[00:00:52] self, once you realize that all you have to do is show up as who you are, life becomes
[00:00:59] so much simpler.
[00:01:02] You no longer trying your hardest to fit these pieces together like as though it was some
[00:01:07] jigsaw puzzle you were solving.
[00:01:10] But how do you do this?
[00:01:12] You do this by figuring yourself out and honestly figuring yourself out isn't as easy for
[00:01:18] some people as it is for others.
[00:01:21] This figuring yourself out will require you to have the courage to sit with yourself.
[00:01:27] Face yourself, have the guts to acknowledge your own false, your flaws.
[00:01:34] Have the courage to seek the unknown, dig deep into every corner of your mind and soul.
[00:01:40] Think of everything, every interest that you have and combine all of that together.
[00:01:46] Finding your faults and then acknowledging them means also that you know your quirks
[00:01:52] and you understand them.
[00:01:55] And it's these small details that make you different from everyone else.
[00:02:00] You know years back even I found myself struggling to be myself because I kept focusing on all
[00:02:05] of the things that I didn't have and the people that I would want to be like.
[00:02:12] I thought that other people's opinions of me mattered.
[00:02:14] I would focus too much on being accepted and making other people happy when the only
[00:02:20] person who wasn't happy was me.
[00:02:23] The reality was that I wasn't going to be happy until I learned to love myself.
[00:02:30] Your true self comes out once you start to love yourself.
[00:02:35] I've learned that you only have one body, one mind and one chance to live your life exactly
[00:02:41] as you want to.
[00:02:43] You have only you really.
[00:02:47] If your life was a journey and the way to find your destination was like a treasure hunt,
[00:02:53] would you want to know the exact route to finding that treasure?
[00:02:56] Do you think the hunt is all the things that interest you, make you who you are?
[00:03:03] And you stop at the clues that are given to you.
[00:03:08] And each clue is a key to unlocking something within yourself and you spend some time at
[00:03:14] each one of these.
[00:03:16] This is how we begin figuring ourselves out, looking at the clues, learning to untap some
[00:03:21] information that would reveal probably aside a few that you never knew existed.
[00:03:27] Expressing ourselves in many different ways can help us understand how we see ourselves
[00:03:32] and that's how we learn to accept ourselves better.
[00:03:36] We learn to understand that we are a true masterpiece.
[00:03:43] Believing in your true self is one of the most important lessons that you will ever learn.
[00:03:48] It's the motivation and inspiration built inside you that helps you achieve your goals.
[00:03:55] Focusing on what you really want, not who you're not, and enjoying every aspect of your
[00:04:02] life is something you'll be thankful for.
[00:04:05] You know stressing over the little things will only hurt you and will only disturb your
[00:04:09] mental peace.
[00:04:12] As Albert Kammou said, freedom is nothing but a chance to be better.
[00:04:19] So here's to our weak, filled with lots of liberating moments for each one of us.
[00:04:27] We'll speak to you again next week, but until then take good care of yourselves.
[00:04:33] Bye for now, so much love to each one of you.
