[00:01:13] Taj was launched in India 100-2003 in the report.

[00:02:12] India's hospitality industry is estimated at $24.61 billion in 2024.
[00:02:18] Rising urbanization and increasing disposable incomes are driving the growth of travel and hospitality industry in India.
[00:02:25] Global tourism is also attracting a lot of foreign tourists to India.
[00:02:29] Airbnb and Oyo Rooms, as the venture has changed global-level hospitality scenarios.
[00:02:34] Millenials are getting a price-sensitive stage per day.
[00:02:38] The hospitality and tourism industry contributes to 7.5% to India's GDP.
[00:02:43] India's hospitality sector demands domestic demand inbound travel and government-dwarra tourism industry boosts.
[00:02:52] The government aims to enable employment generation via tourism sector.
[00:02:58] The revival of 50 airports, heliports and water arrowed rooms to enhance regional air connectivity,
[00:03:04] well up tourist destination as comprehensive packages and continued focus on infrastructure development including significant investments in railways and last mile connectivity,
[00:03:13] signals good prospects for the sector.
[00:03:16] Now let's look at the financial performances of IHCL.
[00:03:19] IHCL is a industry leading portfolio, brand-scape, financial and balance sheet strength.
[00:03:25] With the support of IHCL, all the fronts are leading in value creation.
[00:03:28] In quarter-three financial year 2024, IHCL reported a revenue of INR 5000 crores.
[00:03:35] A 16% increase from last year, EBITDA was up 19% at INR 1034 crores and PAT was up by 2.5% at INR 842 crores.
[00:03:47] Taj Satsne, 58% market share captured, showcasing significant financial achievements,
[00:03:54] financial year in IHCL, with 16 new hotels, 1,412 rooms added and reached the milestone of 260 hotels.
[00:04:03] Revenue, profitability and lower finance cost improvement were best ever PAT.
[00:04:10] Domestic demand and consumer behaviour changes, like buying business or leisure,
[00:04:15] weekend travel or work destination in revenue may 85.24% year-on-year increase drive.
[00:04:22] Higher revenue or profits, ROCE, that is, return on capital expenditure may be improvement.
[00:04:28] Higher cash flow from operations and discipline capital allocation approach led to robust free cash flow generation.
[00:04:35] IHCL, net cash positive was made and during the year, 149.67 crores debt was added.
[00:04:42] Finance by equity issues caper seats.
[00:04:45] So these were the financials of IHCL, now let's look at their CSR initiatives.
[00:04:50] PAT, this means that the path and this IHCL initiatives are based on trust, awareness and joy in IHCL.

[00:05:07] awareness around the needs of our ecosystem and joy at heart.
[00:05:11] IHCL's Sadiya Purani Virasad has increased the growth of environmental stewardship,
[00:05:17] social responsibility, governance excellence, heritage preservation, value chain transformation and sustainable growth.
[00:05:25] Its aim is to promote economic growth, maintain social and environmental impact.
[00:05:30] IHCL is the company that is going to be the next in the corporate governance,
[00:05:34] which has been focused on transparency and accountability,
[00:05:38] community welfare and social responsibility committed,
[00:05:42] PAT, multiple scaling and learning initiatives support the livelihoods.
[00:05:47] Environmental stewardship, company dedication, cleaner, greener and sustainable ecosystem is created.
[00:05:53] In which clean energy use, water conservation, waste management as well as emphasis on areas.
[00:06:00] IHCL, COVID-19 pandemic, Taj Public Service welfare trust,
[00:06:05] that is TPSWT through doctors, medical staff and need-mandoos,
[00:06:10] was providing nutritious meals.
[00:06:12] TPSWT, which was made after Mumbai terror attacks in December 2008,
[00:06:17] was dedicated to help people with disasters.
[00:06:21] This trust, natural disasters and armed forces' injured and disabled members provide living essentials.
[00:06:28] IHCL, education, medical assistance and pensions help families through the help of the public.
[00:06:34] Their aim is to secure families with the aid of adversity.
