[00:00:00] Hello everyone. Hi Guru Chen, how are you doing? I am fine. Yes. Thank you so much for coming here and I was really trying to reach out to you many times.
[00:00:18] And due to your busy schedule somehow we were not able to connect but finally today we are able to connect it.
[00:00:26] So I am really happy about that. Welcome to our expert insights and that is a special show where we discuss about healing and stress healing and mindset and life coaching related stuff which can really help most of our students and whoever need that.
[00:00:46] So this is all about our side and our show. So to my audience I just want to introduce Dr. Guru Charan Singh who is basically an abundance accelerator strategist and founder of his community where he's helping people especially with respect to their abundance mindset.
[00:01:09] And he's also helping that helps in all direction of life. This is what he's doing that and I now I just want to pass it to Guru Charan to tell about his story and what inspired him to help people with respect to the abundance accelerating part which can really drive in different direction of everybody's life.
[00:01:35] So just Guru Charan over to you. You can tell about your story what inspired you with respect to being a coach because by profession you were doctor and what inspired you over to you now.
[00:01:47] So when I thank you thank you for inviting me in your show. So it's my pleasure. It's a privilege for me to be here.
[00:02:01] So when I was doing my graduation my MBBS in year way back to 23 years back in 2000. So that time I was studying with some studies and my finances also.
[00:02:16] So just to fix those particular problems. So I came across one spiritual organization Brahma Kumaris. So we get I learned the art of spirituality and how we can implement those those spiritual teaching in our life and improve our ourselves our concentration of our efficacy and overcome challenges which we have.
[00:02:40] So by implementing those learnings in our life that helped me a lot to change my life and I was able to work on my challenges and simultaneously I used to go there and help people who are coming at that center and help people to teach them how to get into this spiritual path and overcome their challenges.
[00:03:05] So it's not about only awareness. It's supposed accelerating that journey because everything our money loves speed freedom loves the speed. So the speed of implementation is very important to accelerate those things accelerate abundance attraction.
[00:03:24] So I am working to help people around with the help of those spiritual teachings to overcome challenges in whatever field health well career relationship to overcome challenges and to improve their life.
[00:03:36] This is way how I overcome my challenges and I'm helping people around. Okay, that's great. That's really great. So somehow it is related to life coaching only right in a different format in the spiritual side on whatever methods or the model you have developed.
[00:03:53] So yeah, so you can tell you know slightly about your approach also the model also which you implemented and how it can help you know others with respect to their life journey not just about you know overcoming the problem how to thrive in you know different situations using your model.
[00:04:16] Yeah. So when I was implementing these teachings in my life, so that time this model was not there. It's it's my model. I call it 6g in this 5g world. I'm eating 6g abundance accelerator formula.
[00:04:32] So this is helping people to overcome challenges and to accelerate their journey in all the aspects of life. So these 6g goals growth gallop means gallop means taking action and grab greatness and give back these 6g implementation is there I am teaching them how to implement and how to overcome the things and accelerate the abundance journey.
[00:05:01] So at three levels, I'll describe it as abundance at three levels three levels means it's about holistic abundance how I cannot track the ones in my life elevated abundance that is connecting to the higher energy and that purpose to be achieved and finally is holistic the abundance which you can master abundance and help others also that is abundance mastery.
[00:05:31] So these three levels I just read this. Not important. It is you know somewhat you know change changing your mindset only with respect to you know accepting challenges as opportunities right it is somewhat training ourselves with respect to you know taking challenges as a you know different approach.
[00:05:56] So definitely it will help with respect to stress part also you know stress and anxiety because what happens I myself is a you know from the stress and anxiety field where I'm addressing that.
[00:06:09] So normally stress and anxiety whatever happens it's happens due to mindset also how we perceive challenges in different situations whether you are trained to do that and how is your mindset with respect to you know working in different environments.
[00:06:26] So we have a different triggers with respect to stress. So if somebody want to you know really thrive in the stress to your model with respect to the overcoming stress.
[00:06:47] So basically two things are there one thing is previous previous experiences which person carries. So first we have to heal that particular problem and the second thing the effect of those experiences in present life.
[00:07:05] So the both things is being addressed simultaneously so that person can overcome the past challenges past challenges past experience some bad experiences or any experience like negative thinking.
[00:07:25] Any kind of so that has to be overcome first and then the effect of that in present life because today itself one person is coming to my one to one he is on medication for last 20 years.
[00:07:40] So that people are carrying and we have to feel that particular thing and help them to overcome those challenges. So this particular model helps you to take consistent action and being in positive zone coming out of negative zone.
[00:07:59] So it's a summit working on self and coming out of negative zone and getting into positive zone so that they will they will this way we can overcome the stressful situations stressful experiences and the effect of that stressful experiences in present life.
[00:08:18] Present situation also so I can relate to that because I myself went through NLP program and there also it is somewhat related to pattern you know our thinking pattern or mental pattern we say that and how to you know change those pattern.
[00:08:36] So once we are able to change our negative patterns and whatever did already we call it as experience how which is already stored in our memory.
[00:08:46] So what happens in the upcoming you know any any decision or any challenging situation our mind recalls that right whatever and based on that only we make decisions or that also sometimes it can you know motivate you sometime it can be put you in the stressful situations with all depends on your
[00:09:05] you know pattern which you had it from your earlier experience. So I think it is working in the same way but approach is a different you know it's what you know changing your negative patterns or the belief I would say right belief also changing beliefs also pre existing belief.
[00:09:15] Okay so that's that's really great because this is what you know normally needed once you have that especially you know how to perceive the negative patterns and how to you know change those patterns.
[00:09:25] Then really you can thrive in any area of your life whether it is a you know health related finance and all because you will get a motivation within you.
[00:09:34] Because once you're trained in this way so that's that's really you know good to know about that you're working on this and my next question is how do you know how to perceive negative patterns and how to you know how to you know how to
[00:09:44] I think you have been awarded also so just elaborate some more about that so that we can also you know get to know about your book. Okay so if you have any questions or comments then please let us know.
[00:09:56] I saw, you know, especially in social media also in different. So you have written a book also. So can you just elaborate what it is? And I think you have been awarded also.
[00:10:09] So just elaborate some more about that so that we can also, you know, get to know about your book, what has been released. As I've described these this particular model in that particular book, this is abundance accelerator blueprint.
[00:10:25] One book is that another book is I can coach volume two and three. Yeah, we are co-authoring. Yes. So these two books are there, which is launched. Maybe one will be on 1st of April and one in 24th of February. I'll launch that book. Okay.
[00:10:44] And the recognition are there once you start adding value to the people around, you will be recognized. So that is not a bigger thing. Bigger thing is with the help of mentors and their guidance, with the help of blessings
[00:11:01] of the people, I am able to add value to the people. I am able to help people around. So this is the thing because it is the stress is it's the inner power upon the effect. It is the outer situation upon the inner power.
[00:11:19] If I increase my power, I'll be able to overcome the stress very effectively. Okay. So this way I have described my journey as well as as well as how to overcome those challenges in that particular book. It is a very small book.
[00:11:36] I have don't elaborate it like a big book. It's just a 2020 sort of thing because I am used to that only even in my graduation and all that. So I just highlighted the important points to be focused on and very practical thing
[00:11:55] that I did in that particular book. And in this book also, I have elaborated my story from a struggle to a solution architect. How I do that is metamorphosis from that place. I was struggling in my life. I will go my challenges these days.
[00:12:13] The blessings of the supreme. I'm able to help people around. This is the so it starts from yourself only first. So once you overcome those challenges and you have that intention, then you can really help others. So that is really good thought.
[00:12:31] I would say so that I think abundance mindset only is helping you to think in that way and help so many others also because you also know just due to mindset, mindset issue and the negative thinking patterns on or the previous trauma only many people, they
[00:12:50] don't they got stuck in their life and they really don't move forward or they try also. But somehow lack of motivation. All those things come. So I feel like once your mindset has changed, then you will not see it as a challenge only.
[00:13:12] You'll see it as an opportunity. This is what you know how mindset and how these positive thinking pattern works. So yeah, even I do agree with that. And there is my next question is see, I understand stress. Okay, I understand stress and anxiety.
[00:13:28] Stress is bodily response in the challenging situation. So you already have a solution for that. Anxiety is more about thinking about negative, negative outcomes, which didn't happen. So that also your model will help. And then depression or this one burnout, etc is next stage.
[00:13:51] So which stage you deal with actually in your model? It's when it comes to dealing with the people. I have all the stages. Okay, so I have people also coming to me even severe cases. Burnout people are also coming to me. So mainly is the wrong thought pattern.
[00:14:12] When I talk about mindset, it's about where my mind is set means mind is my thought pattern is set. If I am consistently thinking of negative, negative outcome, negative experiences means my mind is set as a lower frequency level. So we can call it mindset.
[00:14:35] I start positive and I am consistently thinking positively. That is abundant and thinking of solution or thinking of problems. That is the mindset abundant mindset. My consistently in those direction. Okay, got it. Got it. Yeah, I got it. I think we lost connection.
[00:15:03] Just wait for a few minutes. It is about changing that mindset frequency from the problem oriented to the solution oriented mindset. I call it scarcity mindset to abundant mindset. Means you are consistently thinking in that zone.
[00:15:36] So that is the setting we have to change by applying this particular model in your life. I'm sorry. Yeah, that's great. One more question. I have it because just excuse me. I just do you want to have any message with respect to mental health and the depression? Yes.
[00:16:00] So because previously in an older, older time, we used to have combined families, the mind family. We have support system, social support system was there. So we have so many people to talk with them, to interact with them.
[00:16:20] But these days we are heading towards nuclear families and not only nuclear families, we are confined to only ourselves. We are sitting together, but still we are on our social media gadgets and all that. So we are going in that zone. We are alone.
[00:16:39] So in this particular time, we have to search for a person at least and maybe a friend, maybe a mentor who you call it whatever name. Yes. Even I give example of Arjuna in the middle of the battlefield.
[00:16:54] He has all the skill set, but he lacked that particular life skills for that Sri Krishna helped him to overcome the challenges which he was facing in the middle of the battlefield. So we require a person whomsoever to interact with the people, at least
[00:17:13] your family member, your parents, your whatever friends. So that interaction will help you out to have a positive mindset and get into zone of reading books. So these all things which we have to do in present life in order to
[00:17:34] keep our mental health at a level we can face any challenge in our life. Yeah, that's true. That's true. So you need a year who is a non-judgmental basically. It's about giving the guidance. So I would say with respect to your joint families and bigger families
[00:17:56] always helped because there'll be always one or two people to whom you will advise and all. But in present scenario, that part is being played by the life coaches, right? Life coaches who can hear it with non-judgmental way, and they can
[00:18:13] guide you to come a solution from yourself only within you or whatever maximum help they can provide. This is what I understand about life coaching. So yeah, this is to everybody like if it is really going through
[00:18:28] depressing because many people I talk, I myself went through many different phases and I realized I took a help of life coaches also and then medication everything. And I realized at some point of time, everything you cannot share within
[00:18:44] your family also because sometimes maybe due to age issues or maybe that bonding issues also or simple fear of judgment and criticism, anything and also more than that, actually lack of awareness with respect to mental health also how to deal who is suffering from that,
[00:19:07] how to talk to those people. Right? That also that awareness is very less. So I want you to suggest some way like if somebody is really going through that, how others can support it other than because everywhere life coaches and all cannot be there.
[00:19:25] How their colleagues or maybe family members or everybody can they can show the support if they observe something. Yeah. Yeah. So it's about what I call it. Start from yourself. Start from yourself is like you start helping people around.
[00:19:49] That is the best thing we have to focus on. If you start help people around, you will also get help from those people. If I am non-judgment, I am hearing to the people. I am listening their problems.
[00:20:04] I'm helping them out so that time will come if I need any help. I'll get that help without any problem. But what happens is when I'm good, I don't listen to people. I don't help people around.
[00:20:20] So but when I need help, the same thing I receive from other people, whatever I'm giving, I'm receiving it. Start from yourself if you are good, if you are able to help people go out, reach out to at least at least start with your family, family, spouse,
[00:20:37] children have that rapport with those people so that you will be able to get that help from those people when you require that help. This way we can work it out. How to build that rapport so that others can feel safer with you in the sense
[00:20:54] they understand you and they can tell you, for example, with kids and other family members how to build that rapport so that they can really reach out to us when they are really stuck. I tell you one thing most of the people do these days.
[00:21:13] You should have a quality time even even said that mentioned this time in quality time with them. I'm in the family. You share your problem. Today I had this particular problem. What should I do? Something like that. That was last night that you you ask for help.
[00:21:35] Yes, I am problem. And the hypothetical situation you just you just share your problems so that what they get message. Yes, they can also share their problem with me. This way one to one being built instead of getting into your mobile just spend quality time with your family.
[00:21:54] Maybe it may be 20 minutes, 20 minutes, something like that. That can work every day. Quality time with family members and sharing the problem challenges, etc. Okay, that is a good advice. I would say Dr. Gurucharan. So that is really good advice for everybody.
[00:22:14] And my last question, you know, which I asked everybody, especially with respect to life coaching and healing side, how to maintain your energy? Because if you are hearing, you know, very traumatic experiences and your energy goes down and it happens with everybody, you know,
[00:22:34] my healing side also like coaching. I have seen many people even an LP coaches and all. How are you maintaining your energy? And what advice you want to give it to others? Because this is what normally it happens.
[00:22:48] If you go through, you know, you are hearing that very traumatic experiences. Our mind goes into the negative thinking pattern also. So how to maintain energy? Yeah, so two thing approach. I always suggest. So people who are working in this particular space, you can practice two things.
[00:23:11] One thing is create a safe safe boundary around. Suppose you are listening. You are listening to anybody. Don't let that particular thought enter inside your mind. You are just listening. It's not like that. You are focusing on yourself. No, you listen to them.
[00:23:32] Be attentive, but don't let that thought enter your mind and spoil your your piece piece of mind. Yes, one thing that that comes with practice that comes with that is nobody. The second thing is what we do with our social these mobiles and all all
[00:23:51] gadgets you put time to time charge your your gadgets. Yes. So the more we use the more you have to charge. So whenever you get time be connected to that higher energy and charge yourself. That is the only way out.
[00:24:07] Okay, take time with yourself and also connect with the spirituality or anything which you feel connected right higher energy or whatever way. Yeah, definitely. It can help you to recharge. Also other point is not taking everything on your side.
[00:24:23] You know, and keeping yourself slightly detached from that my I always wonder if you feel detached from that, then how can you show empathy? Who is really suffering from, you know, anxiety and depressive thoughts. They need an empathic, you know, voice.
[00:24:40] So if you are keeping detached, then how can we show that empathy side? I tell you what, whenever you go to go to doctor, yes, you approach doctor listen to you. But the thing is that he is giving guidance to you, but yet detached.
[00:25:01] It's a very thin line in between. Means instead of thinking what he is going through, listen to them and give a proper advice instead of getting into that negative zone because that is the energy which you are receiving. You have to keep yourself safe.
[00:25:22] When COVID happened, doctors were wearing the PPEs. Yes. You are wearing PPE. How you will help me know that has to protective zone. Protecting layer should be there around you. Otherwise, you will also go into negative energy. I got it.
[00:25:39] And also, you know, do not take everything on yourself and take it as a symptom. So I would say to help as an input to come out for the solution for them. Right. Rather than getting into that negative zone.
[00:25:55] So that needed training again and again, practice as you already mentioned. Yeah. So that is a good advice for everybody to maintain the energy and also not, you know, getting into negative zone or to whom you are helping.
[00:26:08] So yeah, this is what really, you know, helpful discussion I would say. And because I am constantly talking to here, you know, mostly healing and all, everybody is telling a different approach, but somehow, you know, it's about helping, you know, whoever is listening.
[00:26:25] So that will really help them. So I'm really thankful to you, Guru Charan. You came here and you joined. Do you have any message for everybody here? Like, you know what you want to convey to them? Right. And is any special message?
[00:26:43] If you want to convey, you can tell it to everybody. One thing I always say to the people, always remind yourself one thing, one very important thing. When when I sing that it's a major matter, it's a pit of me. Everyone sings like that.
[00:27:01] So feel that connection that I, I, the son of the Supreme, he is my mother, father, and I am his mother. I, the son of the Supreme. He is my mother, father, and that connection will change whole life trajectory. You will get that energy.
[00:27:19] Well, you will work with that positive energy every time one, whatever, wherever you are, whatever you are doing, be in that greatness zone. What we are doing is I don't have that power. I am the time.
[00:27:33] Once you start thinking that he is my mother, father, he the supreme power, he is my mother, father, and I am his mother. And being in that greatness zone will change everything in your life. Everything. Okay. Okay. Yeah, I'm getting, you know,
[00:27:49] a sense of spirituality also from your discussion and, you know, connecting with the Supreme power. So that is true. That builds faith. And it's also, you know, helps you to thrive in your, you know, life journey also. Thank you so much.
[00:28:03] What you are already gave your, you know, your very helpful messages to me and as well as, you know, everybody here. And with this actually I just want my, you know, question I want to pass it to if you have any question for me,
[00:28:18] you know, as a host, if you want to ask, you can definitely ask it to me like if you want to ask anything. So, so what you are teaching like these days, I help people to overcome their challenges. Okay. So I help them to, you know,
[00:28:36] stress relief and achieving the inner happiness. So what happens actually from my childhood side, I had a slightly, you know, traumatic experiences and that driven me see my thinking pattern has changed. So for me it was a challenges which has driven me so far,
[00:28:57] but reason was I have achieved so many things, you know, so many, so many milestone, but I never felt that inner joy. Reason is my experiences were like that. I have to drive towards the next thing. This is what, so I never felt that inner joy.
[00:29:16] So, you know, inner joy of achieving something. So I used to wonder, you know, with respect to when it, when it comes to happiness part and some point of time, you know, I realized happiness is key of everything.
[00:29:30] Actually, you know, you see whether you are earning money or you, you are in the relationship or kids, et cetera. If you're not happy with that, then really you're, you know, your health, everything goes down. And that part,
[00:29:44] I never came to know until I myself went through that stress, stressful journey. Then I realized like, I, I missed so many things where I would have, you know, taken some pause and enjoyed that moment. So this was, you know, my lesson from,
[00:30:01] especially from my 18 years of my IT career also. I've so I help people with respect to stress relief and achieving their inner joy through painting. So painting is one of the activity which helps with respect to healing and also, you know, self-expression.
[00:30:20] I am I actually introvert by nature. So I never used to share anything to anybody. So this is the reason I was asking you, I will be ready to solve others' problem. But when it comes to my own problem, I will not share it to anybody.
[00:30:35] So then I realized it was, you know, going inside, inside. And finally, you know, during stressful times also. I was working, everything was going fine, but I was going down day by day. And then slightly on a depressive thoughts, everything came,
[00:30:51] but you know, slightly it's overcoming and I went through certain activity. So I realized like happiness in our happiness is key, key for everything, whether you are, you know, having a money or anything good health, everything is fine. But being happy is our basic right.
[00:31:11] So I help people with respect to their inner joy, inner happiness, and that can only achieve when, you know, they heal themselves and they are free from the stress and they are free from the anxiety, especially. And you are already helping, you know, it's also other side
[00:31:28] of the coin. You know, you are helping them. I'm helping with respect to stress relief. You are already helping to change their, you know, mindset patterns or somehow we are helping everybody with respect to, you know, stress only and how to perceive challenges and take it as opportunity.
