We've all heard the saying, "Dance like no one is watching," but I want to introduce a new mantra: Practice like no one is watching. The idea is simple—don’t let the fear of judgment, lack of engagement, or a lack of response stop you from putting in the work. When you practice without worrying about immediate results, you open yourself up to growth and discovery.
As a coach, I often encounter individuals struggling with stress and anxiety, particularly related to social media. The fear of receiving no likes, negative comments, or even no response at all can weigh heavily on us. I’ve experienced it too. When I first started sharing content on social media, I was far from proactive. But once I got past that fear, I realized how liberating it is to keep going despite the lack of immediate validation.

[00:00:05] So hello everyone, I hope you all are doing well. And this video I want to emphasize on importance of practice. We often keep saying like we must practice. But do you really know like without any expectation practice is really important.
[00:00:26] I would like to tell you my story like you know how I used to practice which really helped me in my all area of you know life. Whether it is my career, whether it is my family or simple it's my coaching side.
[00:00:44] I do not look for the outcome when I really put myself into practice. Whether it is you know I need tools or coaching or simply putting my content. I do not care what other whether you know others are watching or not.
[00:01:02] We often say like dance like no one is watching. I just want to say practice like no one is watching. In the sense do not bother about whether you know you are really you know getting any outcomes or you are getting any life.
[00:01:20] Because I often you know you know that. I often you know I know you are getting any outcomes or you know you are getting any outcomes or you are getting any outcomes or you are getting any outcomes or are getting any outcomes?
[00:01:27] So when it comes to the social media you know there is a different sort of anxiety, stress take a toll on our mental health especially.
[00:01:38] That is called you know fear of dislike or fear of comment or simply fear of no response.
[00:01:45] i was just hearing about that because i myself was not very proactive especially in the social
[00:01:53] media but i realized like it is it exists it exists because the moment you start putting your
[00:02:01] content you start feeling you know about the anxiety how my content how reaction will happen
[00:02:08] whether people will like it and most of the time you know i have seen many uh like they're bothered
[00:02:15] that happens also about the negative comments also this also happens so when i was putting my content
[00:02:23] especially related to that i didn't get those sort of fear but especially you know the response that
[00:02:31] has been always my concern because as a coach we always get it but let me tell you when you are
[00:02:37] starting your journey we have to practice like no one is watching so we shouldn't be too much
[00:02:44] bothered about all these aspects when you are starting your journey so even if you are not
[00:02:51] getting any response take it as a feedback in the sense not as a something wrong with you or something
[00:02:58] wrong with your content you just take it as a you know feedback uh with respect to your audience what
[00:03:05] people you are attracting or what people you have it especially in your circle so sometimes what we
[00:03:12] are you know trying to deliver that if it is doesn't align with the audience you have it or the platform
[00:03:18] platform especially you are working this especially happen so take it as a feedback but more than taking
[00:03:25] it as a feedback i'm emphasizing on practice like no one is watching you take it feedback or you take it
[00:03:32] feedback later but being consistent and doing this as a routine or practice is really important
[00:03:38] but when it comes to specially practicing what does actually practice mean practice mean like you know
[00:03:47] keep doing the same activity again and again without any you know expectation in return especially so that
[00:03:55] is called the practice when you are especially in the sports side we keep right we are not playing any
[00:04:01] sports we are not doing but why we do practice right so it is to get the especially you know that
[00:04:08] uh you know grip on that skill same thing happened in the online side also we are continuing with the
[00:04:16] practice so we'll discover a lot of other things let me tell you there's so many challenges happens when
[00:04:24] we continue the practice you will never face any challenge when you stop practicing right if you're
[00:04:32] facing any challenge especially that means you're doing something or if you are getting any negative
[00:04:38] comments especially that means you're doing something there are so many who are not doing even they
[00:04:43] haven't taken the single step also so do not bother about you know especially the other's opinion
[00:04:51] when you're starting your journey you know but it doesn't mean like you do not focus on the you know
[00:04:58] user engagement or the user response everything is later later stage but initially practice like no one
[00:05:07] is watching so thank you so much for watching this video bye-bye take care i'll see you in my next video
