We've all heard the saying, "Dance like no one is watching," but I want to introduce a new mantra: Practice like no one is watching. The idea is simple—don’t let the fear of judgment, lack of engagement, or a lack of response stop you from putting in the work. When you practice without worrying about immediate results, you open yourself up to growth and discovery.
As a coach, I often encounter individuals struggling with stress and anxiety, particularly related to social media. The fear of receiving no likes, negative comments, or even no response at all can weigh heavily on us. I’ve experienced it too. When I first started sharing content on social media, I was far from proactive. But once I got past that fear, I realized how liberating it is to keep going despite the lack of immediate validation.
