[00:01:07] What are the moments that brought you joy?

[00:01:11] What challenged you and what did you learn?

[00:01:15] Sometimes we are so focused on rushing forward that we forget to pause and reflect and honor

[00:01:23] the journey we have been on.

[00:01:26] This act of reflection is not just about holding on the regret or wishing things were different,

[00:01:34] it's about seeing how far we have come and recognizing the resilience that carried us through the highs and the lows.

[00:01:45] Now as you are reflecting, imagine you are holding a snow globe in your hands.

[00:01:53] Inside it holds all the memories, challenges, victories of the past year and shake it up gently and watch as everything settles.

[00:02:07] That's what we are doing here.

[00:02:10] Shaking things up, letting them settle and creating a space for what's next.

[00:02:16] There is a way dreams come in.

[00:02:25] Dreams are like stars, always there.

[00:02:28] Even on the cloudiest nights, some of you might have dreams you have carried for years.

[00:02:37] Others might be searching for that spark.

[00:02:41] Either way I am here to tell you dream.

[00:02:45] Dream big and let your imaginations go high.

[00:02:49] But here is the thing about dreams.

[00:02:53] They are not about the grand finale, about the journey.

[00:02:58] They are about starting where you are.

[00:03:18] It's such a small, simple act that it holds the potential for something extra.

[00:03:28] Their body, deeper relationship or a new career path.

[00:03:34] Whatever it is, remember, every great forest starts with the single C in its own time.

[00:03:52] But life, my friends, it's not always predictable.

[00:03:57] Change and uncertainty are inevitable.

[00:04:02] They are like waves, sometimes gentle, sometimes crashing, sometimes hard.

[00:04:07] But always a part of the ocean.

[00:04:10] Instead of fearing these waves, what if we learn to ride them?

[00:04:15] To trust that they are carrying us somewhere meaningful.

[00:04:19] Even if we cannot see the destination yet, this year let's embrace the unknown with open hearts.

[00:04:27] Let's see it's not as something to fear about, but as an opportunity to grow, to adapt and to discover parts of ourselves we never knew existed.

[00:04:39] And while we are navigating these waves, let's anchor ourselves in gratitude and joy.

[00:04:49] These aren't just feel-good buzzwords.

[00:04:54] They are lifelines.

[00:04:56] Gratitude reminds us of what we have, even when life feels overwhelming.

[00:05:01] Joy on the other hand invites us to find delight in the simple everyday moments.

[00:05:09] The laugh of a child, the warmth of sunlight or even the rhythm of your favorite song.

[00:05:16] These are the treasures that make life rich.

[00:05:19] And the more we focus on them, the more we realize that happiness isn't a destination, is the way of being.

[00:05:30] As we move through this year, I also want you to remember to be kind to yourself.

[00:05:37] Life is messy, unpredictable and sometimes downright very, very, very hard.

[00:05:46] There will be the days when you feel like you are on top of the world and others when you are barely holding on.

[00:05:54] On those tough days, speak to yourself as you would to your dear friend.

[00:06:02] With compassion, understanding and encouragement.

[00:06:07] You are doing the best you can and that is enough.

[00:06:12] Before we wrap up, I want to share one more thing.
