[00:00:12] I just want to introduce Supriya like who is an emotional health coach and she is using

[00:00:18] reeky healing with respect to helping mothers for their addressing their stress and anxiety

[00:00:25] who are in the constant stress due to their childhood traumas or emotional wounds and childhood

[00:00:33] beliefs etc.

[00:00:34] So now I just want Supriya to tell about her story like how she has been motivated

[00:00:42] to help mothers who is really going through stress and anxiety which is really a need

[00:00:48] and many of them they are not able to identify themselves like they are under constant

[00:00:55] stress and they need emotional healing.

[00:00:58] So please tell Supriya it's up to you how you know you can tell about your story,

[00:01:03] you can also tell about how you are helping mothers and what is your approach so it's

[00:01:09] up to you.

[00:01:12] So glad connecting with you and it's my pleasure to come and talk and spread this awareness

[00:01:19] among the people.

[00:01:20] Look and hi I'm Supriya.

[00:01:23] So my journey started with my self-reflection when you may be during the COVID time and

[00:01:33] again later post-COVID there was a stress in me which was reflected like telling and shouting

[00:01:42] on my kids which is not like I felt which is not acceptable to went out of a stress on

[00:01:49] kids.

[00:01:50] So I started myself reflection why it is happening where it is coming from so and I myself

[00:01:58] took the support of various coaches and healing things and I could recognize things which

[00:02:04] are like triggering me and I could quickly like get into the healing and do my things.

[00:02:10] It's like for mothers it is very important to keep our energies in that as it will be

[00:02:18] reflected like the healing and scolding and imbalance in the environment in the entire

[00:02:26] house.

[00:02:28] So later while I was like self-checking and working on myself, I could see women around

[00:02:35] me are also suffering with all these things and they're not in the state of awareness that

[00:02:42] it can be healed, it can be crossed over and these are some of the triggers which are coming

[00:02:48] from the past.

[00:02:51] Not even the present scenarios are the reasons for their triggers.

[00:02:56] So I started digging deeper knowing things better and annoyingly I started mentoring people

[00:03:05] and the missing is like in place now.

[00:03:09] Okay that's really great you know you are helping especially mother so my next question to

[00:03:15] you is Supriya like how if we really anyone want to know how you were able to know like

[00:03:22] you need a emotional healing and someone can really help you what how you came to know

[00:03:29] and what are you know at which point you decided like you need that support.

[00:03:35] So one simple basic question so well is the soul nature check your soul nature, the

[00:03:43] nature of the soul is being calm and peaceful and happy on the diet in a situation that

[00:03:51] isn't soul nature when it is away from this nature it is a reflection that you need some

[00:03:57] well.

[00:04:00] And it is not okay to be always in that state and it is not normal we have to keep addressing

[00:04:08] that and keep checking, keep reflecting and keep aligning over soul nature, poor soul nature.

[00:04:15] So this when I got this awareness and I started checking what is happening and likewise

[00:04:24] I started seeing things in other women as well so when I started speaking with them the

[00:04:30] things started to unfold.

[00:04:32] The real reasons behind their anxiety stress and depression all started to come out like

[00:04:41] it's like turning the things have slowly coming out.

[00:04:46] So I will tell you an example whenever speaking to a woman she has this what do you say anger

[00:04:57] about her in laws regarding her physical appearance.

[00:05:05] So when I started digging deeper about in her in talks, it she could identify that it

[00:05:13] is not something which is seated here and triggering her, it is something which is seated

[00:05:20] in her during her childhood.

[00:05:25] That was seated it is there now when things are something happens regarding that now she

[00:05:33] getting fired up.

[00:05:35] Yeah that is true that is true so I can relate with that I can relate with that and mostly

[00:05:42] it happened because it's not just about in laws, it's normally especially I'm not sure

[00:05:50] about other culture because I have not explored that much but especially within India there

[00:05:56] are very specific norms are there with respect to appearance.

[00:06:03] So considering that even I remember most of the time I have seen you will be criticized

[00:06:10] especially by your known family members also your aunties and normally because I haven't

[00:06:18] seen any uncle except talking about that I am just telling so my you know especially

[00:06:23] mother side also so constantly you will be criticized, I will not say criticism it's you

[00:06:29] know constant telling about simple comments on it.

[00:06:33] It can be a simple last simple comment but it will be like triggering like hell inside.

[00:06:40] No it never yeah that is true that is true but reason is many for many of them they don't

[00:06:47] trigger so they accept it right so that also it happens.

[00:06:51] It doesn't stop the awareness yeah so it is like you know acceptance of the situation

[00:06:56] it happens and then once awareness you know goes inside look okay that is not you know

[00:07:03] way of addressing it then your body trigger started you know you start reacting to that

[00:07:09] I haven't seen many you know everybody reacting about that because they take it as acceptance

[00:07:14] so yeah yeah yeah right acceptance yes and so if you really want to you know heal yourself

[00:07:22] so initial start with the triggers because you should be aware right this is not not

[00:07:27] that awareness is a first step then don't even know that because of these trigger they

[00:07:35] are like accumulating their stress yes true there will be no awareness of this interconnection

[00:07:42] so the stress is up because of all these triggers which are happening which are like roots

[00:07:49] of those forms somewhere correct growing up years yes yes that is and keep piling and one

[00:08:00] day we get blasted the form of stress anxiety or depression or not doing anything losing

[00:08:08] time and there is no productivity feeling low and extreme cases suicide yeah so awareness

[00:08:19] is the first thing which everybody need to be what is that which is happening within us

[00:08:25] how can we help us ourselves myself reflection so that is a one example what are other ways

[00:08:34] like you know you feel like a mother should be aware of that it is really you know they

[00:08:40] are going through that stress and anxiety with respect to because I have seen its pretty

[00:08:46] norms actually you know if you are getting reacted then showing your anger over kids or anybody

[00:08:53] it's very normal I have seen you know within us it is not not this is what I want to know so

[00:09:00] what do you want to tell them like you know how to spread the awareness and also what is your

[00:09:06] approach with respect to healing if you really want to when should have a daily cleansing routine

[00:09:14] for herself okay because she is a center of the house had energies need to be maintained

[00:09:22] well in order to do that she need to have some daily practices to cleanse things from her mind

[00:09:31] and energy system okay my simple meditation or journaling or anything which helps like your

[00:09:40] heart so anything woman should have that practice to let out things which are bothering her

[00:09:50] okay so that the things won't be piled up for years goodos to you for helping mothers because

[00:09:56] that is one of the area you know which is really needed and even awareness is needed so thank
