For me, 2025 isn’t just another year. It’s a blank canvas, ready to be painted with intentional strokes of balance, growth, and genuine connections. When I imagine it, I see myself standing at the crossroads of what I’ve built and what I’m still building. I see a year where the chaotic noise of busyness fades into the harmonious rhythm of a well-balanced life. I see relationships deepened, dreams realized, and challenges embraced with resilience.
The strategy to set goals for 2025 involves creating a clear vision for the year ahead and breaking it down into actionable steps. Begin by identifying key areas for growth and improvement, such as personal development, professional goals, and mental well-being. Address current challenges by prioritizing skill-building and managing internal conflicts, while also learning necessary tools and techniques. Set specific, time-bound objectives for short-term (30-day), mid-term (90-day), and long-term (12-month) goals, ensuring measurable outcomes. Develop a structured, prioritized action plan, breaking tasks into manageable daily and weekly targets, and track progress regularly to maintain motivation and achieve desired results.

[00:00:15] As the year winds down, there is a certain magic in the air.
[00:00:21] A chance to pause and reflect and an opportunity to dream about what is going to come in year 2025.
[00:00:31] Today, I want to take you on the journey into the future, a vision of what 2025 could look like for you and me.
[00:00:42] Before I proceed further, I want to thank my mentor Siddharth Rajshekar for crafting especially the goal setting strategy which I am going to tell you, stay till the end of this podcast because you are going to get that.
[00:00:58] For me, 2025 isn't just another year.
[00:01:02] It's a blank canvas ready to be painted with the intentional stroke of the balance, growth and the genuine connections.
[00:01:12] When I imagine it, I see myself standing at the crossroad of what I have built and what I am still building.
[00:01:21] I see a year where the chaotic noise of the busyness fades into the harmonious rhythm of a well-balanced life.
[00:01:31] I see relationships deepened, dreams realized and the challenges embraced with resilience.
[00:01:40] But let me start by sharing a personal story.
[00:01:45] This year especially wasn't very easy for me.
[00:01:48] There was the moments when I felt like I was spinning too many plates between work, family and my personal goals.
[00:01:59] One evening, I just sat in my quiet room with the blank canvas in front of me.
[00:02:05] I realized that my life was mirroring that empty space.
[00:02:10] I wasn't living with the intention from the longer period of time.
[00:02:15] I was simply reaching to what each day threw at me.
[00:02:20] That was the moment of clarity was my turning point.
[00:02:24] I picked up especially my brush and began to paint.
[00:02:29] Not with the goal of creating a masterpiece.
[00:02:32] What with the intention of expressing what exactly I wanted from my life.
[00:02:39] And surprisingly, it was a balance, growth and the genuine connections.
[00:02:45] As I painted, I realized these three elements, it was popping again and again in my ideas on my mind.
[00:02:54] They were achievable but only if I approach them with a clear plan.
[00:02:59] And so I began to craft my vision for 2025.
[00:03:04] Balance for me isn't just about splitting my time perfectly between the work and the personal life.
[00:03:12] Balance for me is much beyond that.
[00:03:16] It is all about inner alignment first of all.
[00:03:20] Then balancing my work, my personal life also, my health.
[00:03:26] Right?
[00:03:27] It's about being present wherever I am.
[00:03:31] It's about giving myself permission to rest when I need it and to push forward when I feel inspired.
[00:03:38] Growth is about learning into discomfort, taking risks and allowing myself to evolve in the ways that align with my own values.
[00:03:50] And the genuine connections, they are the core of everything.
[00:03:56] It's about surrounding myself with the people who inspire me, challenge me, uplift me and doing the same for them, especially whenever they need.
[00:04:07] This vision didn't come to me overnight.
[00:04:10] That was already within me but due to different priorities, it didn't, you know, especially came up.
[00:04:20] It was and when you are going through especially this podcast, you will realize it is a process especially.
[00:04:28] It's like the painting where we keep adding everything and actual masterpiece you will realize after some point of time.
[00:04:37] Same happens with our inner discovery also.
[00:04:40] So, we keep discovering one by one everything and then, you know, after our different process, we realize what exactly we want.
[00:04:50] And that's the strategy I want you to share.
[00:04:54] I want to share with you today for setting what you want from your life in year 2025.
[00:05:04] It all start with the dreaming, giving yourself the space to imagine what your life could look like a year from now.
[00:05:13] Picture the person you want to be, the experiences you want to have and the people or the relationship around you, you want.
[00:05:24] And you want and also not just about what exactly you want.
[00:05:29] It is about how you will nurture them also.
[00:05:33] Don't hold back.
[00:05:34] Let your imagination grow.
[00:05:36] Once you have that vision, break it down and ask yourself, what are the small steps which is actionable, measurable?
[00:05:46] I can take it from today.
[00:05:48] This week I can take it, this month I can take it, which can take me closer towards my vision.
[00:05:56] Here is the magic happens.
[00:05:58] When your big dreams begin to feel tangible and achievable, you feel like taking a step towards it.
[00:06:06] Right?
[00:06:07] So, that is called the clarity.
[00:06:11] Next, once you know that it is tangible, it is doable, it is actionable and it is achievable also.
[00:06:18] So, we create a system around that so that it keep us track and keep ourselves aligned with what exactly we want.
[00:06:29] Right?
[00:06:29] So, that is called the accountability system.
[00:06:32] For me, that is spatially, that is my creative practices also.
[00:06:38] Sometimes, you know, self-reflection.
[00:06:39] I sit down to paint.
[00:06:41] I reflect on the progress I am making towards my goal.
[00:06:44] Maybe for you, it can be journaling, a weekly check-in with a friend or even setting a reminder on simple steps.
[00:06:52] Setting a reminder on your phone.
[00:06:55] Finally, remember to celebrate these small steps.
[00:07:00] Life is too short to only celebrate the big milestone.
[00:07:03] Every small will matters which takes us closer to our vision.
[00:07:10] And it is worth acknowledging and appreciating our self which motivates us to perform those actions also.
