[00:00:38] You know, I did a video long time back on YouTube on the fame-focused influencer versus the Freedom
[00:00:44] Focus influencer but I actually broke down the difference between what do fame-focused influencers
[00:00:50] focus on and what do Freedom Focus influencers focus on? Of course that's one of the time I was using
[00:00:54] What influencer but what I was really meaning is people who have silently made crores online
[00:01:02] are living a far better life and lifestyle of freedom as compared to those who are flashing their
[00:01:09] success online and I'm a big believer of the Invisible Crorepati concept because in the initial
[00:01:16] days yes, I also used to flash my revenues and income stuff online and after that I completely
[00:01:20] stopped doing that because effort has no point doing it and I started to focus more on the results
[00:01:25] of my students and if you see anywhere whether it's my webinar or my YouTube channel or anything else
[00:01:30] that's not even my focus is not about me it's about my students and the best part is many of our
[00:01:35] top students in our community have ended up making multiple acts and crores over the many years.
[00:01:41] In fact in our community we have what I've been able to document so far like people have come forward
[00:01:45] and shared their results are more than 15 to 20 people who have crossed 10 crores
[00:01:51] okay in my top you know students and more than 150 to 200 people who have crossed one crore
[00:01:58] and easily 400 to 500 people have crossed 6 people in income like more than 3 to 5 lakhs
[00:02:02] and stuff like that in fact I have one of my students who's done not 10 CR within the span of
[00:02:07] three years and she's not a big influencer she does not have any you know not any post of hers
[00:02:14] you would see does not have thousands of likes or anything like that but she's making close to
[00:02:20] a crore month and I don't want to reveal names in this podcast because you know there are many
[00:02:24] of them who are silently making crores and I want to decode in this podcast the three steps
[00:02:30] on how do you build wealth quietly under a radar where nobody needs to see that you're successful
[00:02:36] but only you know that you're successful and that's like the ultimate success. So the first step is
[00:02:42] all if you please take notes you go to master the art of stealth wealth and this is a
[00:02:47] thought process please take a lot of notes because once you understand this principle you will stop
[00:02:52] chasing the the things that don't matter okay. Now there are three elements to this you need
[00:02:59] to look at value creation versus vanity metrics. Now if you look at the typical you know fame
[00:03:04] focus influencers creators coaches of very flashy and hype about you know everything that they
[00:03:09] do in their life wherever they're traveling and you know which car they're buying which how
[00:03:13] they're going to which fires are hotel they're entering all of this stuff are vanity metrics where
[00:03:17] they're actually trying to prove to others that hey look at me I'm great and all that stuff
[00:03:22] so the when it comes to mastering the art of stealth wealth understand that it is about value creation
[00:03:30] it's not about vanity metrics it's not about you cannot create value through vanity metrics
[00:03:35] that's the principle I want to share. You go to create value by helping others get results
[00:03:41] and where you're on the spotlight okay you are just being the the facilitator or the
[00:03:51] mastering the art of stealth wealth is reinvesting whatever profits that you make back into the business
[00:03:57] and back into community experiences or back to improve the experience of your customers
[00:04:02] and not on the non essential luxuries that most people they go by fancy cars and all of that
[00:04:08] I'm not saying it you should not do that. No I also drive a pretty good car but there's never
[00:04:12] a post on social media where I'm showcasing which car I'm driving where am I going that's not even
[00:04:18] the point okay and the third aspect of mastering the art of stealth wealth is emphasizing on your student success
[00:04:28] so when you are focusing on student success in fact if you're not in my community

[00:05:01] who has impacted 4000 authors and made over 3 crores a global CXO you know quits his CXO role
[00:05:06] and does over 2 crores after coming to the community there's a psychologist who crosses 1.35
[00:05:11] crores in 18 months and we had an example of somebody who's been doing 1 to 1 coaching but he went
[00:05:17] from 1 to 1 to group coaching crosses 1 crore a celebrity MC you go from 0 to 1 CR if actually

[00:05:49] read less lot of your profits back into business and not on the non essentials
[00:05:53] and then emphasize on the success students in the success stories okay now the second step on how
[00:05:59] to build wealth quietly under the radar is build a low key but high impact online presence this is
[00:06:05] like being in stealth mode or like in sniper mode has compared to just trying to be everything for
[00:06:11] everybody okay so when it comes to this there are 3 elements number one is bigger micro niche specialist
[00:06:19] so rather than just calling yourself oh I'm a business coach you can say you're a you know
[00:06:25] okay there are 3 examples that I normally give my webinar okay you can say I can say hi I'm
[00:06:28] South Rajyakana my business coach I can help you grow your business or I can say hi I'm South
[00:06:33] I can help you business grown your sales or I can say hi I'm South Rajyakana my video sales specialist
[00:06:38] and I can help you grow your business using the power of videos so the narrower I go
[00:06:43] the it's more low key as trying to showcase that you are something big to somebody
[00:06:48] and that also helps you build that specialization in your area and I've given this example before
[00:06:53] that a neurosurgeon makes more money than a general practitioner general practitioner baby
[00:06:57] more well known in the locality or area more popular but a neurosurgeon you mean people might
[00:07:03] not not even hurt that person's name but he may be charging 1550 to 100 times of what a general
[00:07:08] practitioner of medicine actually makes similarly even in the online world of coaching when you
[00:07:15] start approaching by narrowing down your topic then you can make it happen and the second aspect
[00:07:20] of the step two is what I followed from day one I just have one webinar and kind of
[00:07:27] solve one problem I'm targeting one targeted market and I only have one product to sell on the front
[00:07:33] I'm going to repeat that one webinar one problem one market one product and I've been doing this for
[00:07:41] six years and most people are just creatively trying to jump into one thing to the other to the
[00:07:46] it kind of people get confused on what are you even doing okay and some of my students
[00:07:52] they start with one page they move on to another page they go to third page as you're going
[00:07:55] to the journey of self discovery that's perfectly fine but once you've nailed it right just stick
[00:07:59] to one thing go deep don't have to go wide and that's how you build a low key high impact on
[00:08:04] land presence and then the third element is once you've perfected that one webinar focusing on
[00:08:11] one problem targeting that one market and selling that one product then you can automate the
[00:08:17] hell out of this so I have my automated webinars happening every single day and that leads me to
[00:08:22] step number three is to implement the quiet scaling framework what is the quiet scaling framework
[00:08:29] number one is do targeted pay debts whoever is my target market I'm I'm very laser focused on
[00:08:37] writing them making them come from a webinar there are so many people who do not know about me
[00:08:41] and that's perfectly fine I don't want to be popular I just want to be known to the people
[00:08:45] who value what I'm teaching so the first aspect is to target using pay debts second is to build
[00:08:52] ever green long tail content when I say long tail is if you go to my YouTube channel it may have only
[00:08:57] 2000 views 3000 views on some videos but my retention date on the videos are really high and the
[00:09:02] conversions from the videos are very high because people who come and watch those videos my subscribers
[00:09:05] are very laser pointed and they're looking forward to coming back and watching those videos so
[00:09:10] it's not just some random stuff what you see on the news where everybody this masses watching
[00:09:14] news but nobody's gonna buy from a news channel okay and there are many YouTube channels and
[00:09:19] many influencers who are playing this mask game they're trying to be the news channel they're
[00:09:23] having huge distribution but nobody wants to buy from them because they don't have that specialization
[00:09:28] and their content is not ever green so they're always creating something new to make it more
[00:09:33] fit into the trends and that also is according to me a total waste of time where they're able
[00:09:38] to build distribution build audience everything else but nobody's buying because I mean there may
[00:09:43] be making money there's not out but it's not the invisible corp with these stars in this will
[00:09:46] cover pretty strategy is ever green long tail content that is gonna work for you even after 3
[00:09:52] 4 or 5 years where you're building depth and content you don't care about how many views you're
[00:09:55] getting but looking at the right people watching those videos and I say long tail it if you go
[00:10:00] to search for long tail keywords on Google you'll come up with this whole concept of long tail keywords
[00:10:05] so for example a short tail keyword is you know make money online but a long tail keyword is
[00:10:11] make money online selling yoga courses only to women okay so it's like how to make money online
[00:10:20] by teaching yoga to women now that's a long tail keyword so that's how you can actually create
[00:10:26] laser pointed evergreen content and the ultimate strategy in step 3 is how do you implement
[00:10:32] the quiet scaling framework is build a loyal paying community okay so when you build a community
[00:10:39] of your own where the whole world does not know about you but your tribe loves you the tribe knows
[00:10:43] you because of the value creation that you've done for them and when you start to build a loyal
[00:10:48] community the community will be willing to pay you higher ticket as if when you offer it to them
[00:10:55] to the point that even if you start a mastermind let's say if you start a mastermind if you
[00:10:59] have not you your community really well for two three four years and if you launch a mastermind
[00:11:02] say you're going to be charging three lakhs per year per person and I've hundred people on that
[00:11:07] mastermind that is three lakhs into hundred is three crores per year without a single ad spend
[00:11:11] and that's pure profit and all you need to skate onto these hundred people who are your super
[00:11:15] loyal paying fans and customers who love you who trust you who are surrender to your process and of
[00:11:22] the results for them because you're a specialist okay currently in my quantum club we've got
[00:11:27] around hundred and ten members at this point who are paying eight point five lakhs per year
[00:11:33] it's a 10 CR per year recurring revenue business and that's my the invisible color
