[00:00:00] If you're a coach, expert or creator, and your business isn't as profitable as it should be, it's not your fun. It's not your content. There is something much deeper than this. And in this episode, I'm going to be breaking down the six hidden layers that are silently blocking most coaches from making real income. And these are not just some surface level tactics. These are some very core shifts. So let's go deep and let's break through. Hey there, Siddharth Rajsekar here. Thank you so much for tuning in to yet another episode of the Freedom Business Podcast.

[00:00:29] And if you're not subscribed to me on Apple or Spotify, please do that immediately so that you get more of this in the future. I've been in the coaching industry for more than seven years now, right now, at the time I'm recording this podcast and have done more than maybe 1500 one-to-ones with some of the top coaches in our country. And as some of you may know or may not know, the top 100 coaches that I'm actually nurturing, in that the top 30 alone, they're able to generate over 30 crores a month.

[00:00:58] And when I analyze and see what actually has made their funnel profitable, I've understood that most of them who are able to scale, it has a lot to do with the invisible factors. And of course, there are some visible factors too. And I'm going to be covering that in this particular podcast. And I want you to take notes and share your notes below.

[00:01:18] If you're listening to this on my blog, and if you're listening to this on Apple or Spotify, you can even go to siddharthrajsekar.com and read all the notes of the people below or even submit your notes below so that I know that you have participated in this podcast learning. So let's start with the first. There are six layers that you've got to break through.

[00:01:34] So the first layer is the invisible ingredients of your product, invisible ingredients of your product, just like how our human body is made up of multiple ingredients, earth, water, fire, air, ether, bile, blood, and you've got the bones, you've got so many different things, right? Which we can't see with our naked eye, but we know that it's inside us.

[00:02:00] Similarly, your business also has a lot of ingredients that people won't be able to see, but they'll be able to feel. So if the ingredients of your body, let's say, if you have a disease inside your body, the only way to know that a human has a disease is by looking at their blood report. Okay. So, you know, the blood report, you know that something's wrong and that way you're able to see, okay, maybe there's a deficiency of this, uh, vitamins, or there's a deficiency of this particular chemicals in the body.

[00:02:30] And you've got to like really take the medicines to overcome that or work on your lifestyle or things like that to make it happen. So similarly, most coaches are broke because they are not really focusing on the ingredients of them and their product. Now, what are the ingredients? There are three things I can think of. Maybe I'll add one more for number one is the emotion with which you're creating your product, the intention and emotion with which you're actually starting your business.

[00:02:57] The second is the emission on why you're doing what you're doing. Three is. Are you doing it from a space of love or you're doing it from a space of hate or you want to like prove to somebody something and that's why you're starting a business? So it is that invisible, you know, the invisible factors that constitute your product. It's not the words you speak. It's not the tactics you teach, but it's from where are you creating a product that creates the invisible stuff.

[00:03:26] And if I've got the fourth one is empathy. Do you really care for people or not? Are you doing this just for yourself? Okay. So emotion, mission, love and empathy are four invisible ingredients. And of course, intention also is a part of the emotion. Okay. Now, if you are conscious about this and you build it with a lot of love, a lot of empathy, with a higher purpose, and you're doing it from a space of contribution and your intention is to serve.

[00:03:56] What will happen is everything that you do in that product, it will have an impact on the user. It will be it have an impact on the consumer of the product. Whatever you're creating a course or even if you're doing a one to one coaching or a call or whatever. Or even if you have started a product from a space where it does not have these ingredients, it is very quick to go back and change it. Because now when you're aware of this, what are you going to be creating from this point onwards? It will have a different kind of impact.

[00:04:25] Like with awareness, when you create, what will come out of that creation will have an impression on your students. That's the first layer. The second layer are the visible ingredients of your product. The visible ingredients of your product are, I have three points over here. Number one is, how simple are you making your product for others? How simple are you communicating your ideas?

[00:04:55] With what kind of simplicity are you communicating your ideas? Second is journey. Are you making it very clear that it's going to take effort, focus and dedication for your students to go from point A to point B? And what is expected of them to go from point A to point B? So if you're going to give them clarity on the journey, that makes the entire product even more powerful. And the third element, which is a visible ingredient, is logic. So on one side we have emotion, but on the other side we need to have logic.

[00:05:24] Logic is proven strategies, proven systems, proven actions. Things that are more scientific in nature. Meaning, it's like physics, right? Like gravity, you know, if you throw something from the top, it falls down and that is gravity. Similarly, can you provide logical explanations for your concepts? Which are time tested, which are validated. And when you add that as visible ingredients in a product, it becomes extremely important.

[00:05:54] You're not just beating around the bush and you're not just teaching some fluff. Okay. And this contributes to the profitability of your business directly and indirectly. Because when people are able to see simplicity, journey and logic in whatever you teach, it helps them build the confidence to move forward and helps them get results. Now let's go to the third one. The third factor or the third layer you must break through is your own financial thermostat.

[00:06:22] And this has a lot to do with your mindset. Okay. Mindset is, if you've been brought up in a middle class or low middle class or middle class family where you've had a lot of financial struggles while growing up and the vocabulary that has been installed in you at the dinner table, conversations with your parents or your grandparents or your family, if it's keeping you in a particular level where you feel that, you know, it is too expensive

[00:06:48] or you're very overly cautious with money and your tightfresh is money or you have some fear and anxiety connected to money that has to be fixed. Because I know a lot of coaches, even though they want to be successful, even though their mission, their invisible ingredients are on track, their visible ingredients are great, but they're not able to break through a glass ceiling because they have actually capped off their financial thermostat. Now, how do you really overcome this is by being a part of a mastermind. Okay.

[00:07:16] So masterminds are where if you associate yourself with people who have a higher financial frequency, that's going to be helping. And that's why even in our diamond membership in our community, in the Internet Lifestyle Hub, we have so many people who are successful. And when people are starting off, just associate with them and they just have conversations with them, it just raises the financial thermostat. Just like in my case, when I went to the US in 2018 and met my mentor, Vic, who was doing multiple millions of dollars a year during that time itself, when I got to interact with him

[00:07:44] and then, you know, that conversation interaction just raised my financial thermostat. And because when I met him, I was like, oh, this person is no different than me. He's just put in the effort and he's gone through this and he has some specialized knowledge and he put in the effort. And if he can do it, I can do it. And, you know, that kind of a thought when it, when I came back from the US, it just shifted my mind. So when it comes to financial thermostat, there are three factors. Number one is your mindset. Two is being a part of a mastermind.

[00:08:12] In fact, the mastermind is the fastest way to increase your financial thermostat. And the third way to increase a financial thermostat is events, live events, like live physical events. When you go, it really increases your financial thermostat. And there's one of the events that I did many years ago. It's called Millionaire Mind Intensive. It really, really improved my financial thermostat. If you've not attended that event, I would highly recommend that you go through that and, you know, search for it and attend that event. Because that will improve your financial thermostat. And that will directly impact in your profitability and your cash flow and the way that you're able

[00:08:40] to grow your business. The fourth is your ability to communicate. The fourth factor that can help you make, be profitable and going out from broke zone to the next level zone is your ability to communicate. And there are two things that you need to communicate. Your ability to communicate your values in everything that you do. Your ability to communicate your system.

[00:09:06] If you have a beautiful system and you're not able to articulate your ideas in a systematic way, then you're actually doing this service to your system. You may have the best knowledge, the best journey, the best logic behind whatever you're teaching. But if you're not able to communicate the best possible way that inspires action, then it's not going to work. So in other words, you've got to be a good facilitator.

[00:09:33] Your ability to bring the best out of your students. And this is what I have learned from my mentor, Blair Singer. The whole concept of accelerated learning. Even here, what I'm doing right now, if you're listening to this podcast and you're going to be in your taking notes and sharing it below my blog, that's one of the elements of accelerated learning. Where you're not learning just to learn, you're learning to actually share and reinforce that knowledge so that it goes deeper into your system. So that's the fourth element.

[00:10:00] Most coaches stay broke because they are not able to communicate their values, they're not able to communicate their system and they are not applying accelerated learning techniques and principles. The fifth reason why most coaches stay broke, the fifth layer that you need to break, is your ability to sell and upsell. You know, most people, they love teaching, but they're not able to sell because of their own limiting beliefs about themselves or less lack of confidence in themselves.

[00:10:29] Or maybe they feel selling is something low, which they don't like to do. So there are three things when it comes to selling. Your ability to deliver amazing offers, irresistible offers and craft irresistible offers. Your ability to nurture people. Because once somebody has bought your product, your relationship with your customers has to begin at that point. You can't end the relationship at that point. So ability to nurture them. And the third element is your ability to seed. You know, seeding is where you're planting a seed

[00:10:59] and inspiring people to upgrade and take action and move to the next level of their game for their own good. Yeah. Even when I'm selling and seeding in all of my courses, it's not that I just want people to come and buy my products. I know that when they make that investment of a higher ticket or a higher value, they are going to be benefiting more than me. And we have proof of concept of that. At whatever upselling I'm doing. So your ability to strategically sell and upsell and building that muscle and skill is going to get you out of the broke zone.

[00:11:29] And finally, number six. One of the reasons why most coaches stay broke is because they do not have an overall business acumen. Now, what is business acumen? There are three things. Your ability to read numbers. I'm talking about your dashboards and everything else. Your ability to read data in a fast way. And some people may feel, okay, I'm not a numbers person and all that. No, that's not an excuse. You've got to like get into numbers. You've got to your ability to read numbers. It's a skill that can be built. Second is your ability to analyze data.

[00:11:59] Because when you're able to analyze data, it's not just about reading numbers, but it's about analyzing data and looking at patterns. And the third aspect of business acumen is your ability to make sharp business decisions, sharp decision making. So when you read, analyze and make decisions based on data, that is going to help you come out of the broke zone. And that's why I'm, even though I'm a lot of heart and emotion in what I do,

[00:12:28] I'm also a lot of logic and systems. And I love feeding myself with data and analyzing where things are so that I can make better decisions in my business. So these are the six layers that you've got to break through. Number one is, understand the invisible ingredients of your product. Then look at your visible ingredients of your product. Look at where your financial thermostat is right now. Look at your ability to communicate, your ability to sell and upsell, and your overall business acumen.
