00:00:00
Speaker 1: There are two kinds of pressure that one will actually
00:00:02
Speaker 1: face while building a business. The one that breaks you
00:00:06
Speaker 1: and the one that actually makes you. And in this podcast,
00:00:08
Speaker 1: I'm going to be giving you my view on how
00:00:11
Speaker 1: to deal with overwhelm while growing a business, while you know,
00:00:14
Speaker 1: building yourself online. Because there is no life without overwhelm,
00:00:18
Speaker 1: there is no life without any kind of pressure and
00:00:21
Speaker 1: diamonds are actually created under pressure.
00:00:24
Speaker 1: Now, what's the difference, as I mentioned before? There are
00:00:27
Speaker 1: two kinds of pressure, the one that breaks you and
00:00:29
Speaker 1: there's one pressure that makes you, in fact, in our community,
00:00:31
Speaker 1: somebody asked me this question. So how do I do this?
00:00:34
Speaker 1: You know, I feel there's so much to do. I've
00:00:36
Speaker 1: got so much to do on my checklist and I
00:00:38
Speaker 1: don't have time and I feel overwhelmed, I feel this,
00:00:41
Speaker 1: uh you know, I feel lost, I feel all over
00:00:43
Speaker 1: the place. What should I do with my, my life?
00:00:46
Speaker 1: How should I deal with this?
00:00:49
Speaker 1: So normally people who face overwhelm, including myself when I
00:00:53
Speaker 1: used to be facing this overwhelm, I was pulled in
00:00:55
Speaker 1: all directions. I did not have clarity in my vision.
00:00:59
Speaker 1: I did not have clarity in my goals. I was
00:01:01
Speaker 1: running like a headless chicken from one thing to the
00:01:03
Speaker 1: next and then one thing to the next. Uh just
00:01:06
Speaker 1: because everything was looking attractive, I did not have a
00:01:09
Speaker 1: chance to pause, step back and decide whether I really
00:01:12
Speaker 1: want to do that or not.
00:01:14
Speaker 1: And for me, the progress started to happen from the
00:01:16
Speaker 1: year 2018 when I completely removed myself from all the distractions,
00:01:21
Speaker 1: I decided at that point, at that point was I
00:01:23
Speaker 1: don't have to be in every party. There are so
00:01:26
Speaker 1: many shiny objects in online space. I said, I don't
00:01:28
Speaker 1: want to, I don't have to be in every single party.
00:01:31
Speaker 1: I'm just going to completely surrender to a process that
00:01:33
Speaker 1: is working. Let me surrender to my mentor. Let me
00:01:36
Speaker 1: follow exactly what he's asked me to do. If he
00:01:39
Speaker 1: would ask me to stand on one leg and send
00:01:41
Speaker 1: an email. I would blindly do that and I actually
00:01:43
Speaker 1: did
00:01:44
Speaker 1: whatever he gave me as steps. And that helped me
00:01:47
Speaker 1: go from scratch to hitting my 1st 10 $20 a
00:01:51
Speaker 1: month within a span of six months. Now, what helped
00:01:54
Speaker 1: me overcome this situation of an overwhelm was that I will,
00:01:57
Speaker 1: it is not that I did not have the overwhelm,
00:02:00
Speaker 1: it was still there, but it was in the right context.
00:02:03
Speaker 1: So the secret to dealing with overwhelm is all about
00:02:06
Speaker 1: the context that you create for yourself and your life.
00:02:09
Speaker 1: Just imagine there's a cup, OK?
00:02:12
Speaker 1: And inside the cup, you have, you just pour some water.
00:02:16
Speaker 1: If there are cracks in the cup or there are
00:02:17
Speaker 1: holes in the cup, the water is going to seep out.
00:02:21
Speaker 1: I mean, that's how our energy is. So if you
00:02:23
Speaker 1: are not able to contain our energy within a context,
00:02:26
Speaker 1: in other words, our environment, our friends, the information that
00:02:29
Speaker 1: we consume and everything else, then what's going to happen
00:02:31
Speaker 1: is we're going to have dissipated energy. We are going
00:02:34
Speaker 1: to have
00:02:35
Speaker 1: ourselves thrown in multiple directions and that's what creates
00:02:42
Speaker 1: oh well, to such an extent where you go into
00:02:44
Speaker 1: a depression and other things. OK? Now when the cup
00:02:47
Speaker 1: is tight, let's say the context is strong meaning you
00:02:52
Speaker 1: are not unnecessarily consuming any information. You are very focused
00:02:56
Speaker 1: on your next step. You are following a process that
00:03:00
Speaker 1: is working,
00:03:01
Speaker 1: you are not uh binging on social media and looking
00:03:05
Speaker 1: at what other people are doing. You are not comparing
00:03:07
Speaker 1: yourself with anybody else. You're only focusing on mastering your
00:03:10
Speaker 1: own craft. You are surrendering to a process by a
00:03:12
Speaker 1: mentor and you're doing exactly what they're saying in that
00:03:14
Speaker 1: particular step without trying to apply your brains too much,
00:03:17
Speaker 1: you're applying your creativity, but you're not applying your intelligence
00:03:20
Speaker 1: trying to overssmart the system that's already working.
00:03:24
Speaker 1: When you do, when you set that kind of a
00:03:26
Speaker 1: context for yourself, your environment. It's like
00:03:30
Speaker 1: how a diamond is created under pressure.
00:03:33
Speaker 1: So a diamond, what happens is diamond also goes to pressure, coal,
00:03:37
Speaker 1: under pressure becomes into a diamond. And of course, after many,
00:03:40
Speaker 1: many years, it transforms into a diamond. The same happens
00:03:43
Speaker 1: even in this business, I've noticed that many of these
00:03:46
Speaker 1: trainers and coaches who come into the system that I'm
00:03:49
Speaker 1: actually teaching with a lot of baggage, right. They already
00:03:52
Speaker 1: have some experience. It's actually harder for many of them
00:03:55
Speaker 1: to progress. Why? Because they have to unlearn
00:03:59
Speaker 1: whereas the ones who are coming in with a clean slate,
00:04:01
Speaker 1: they don't know anything about this. They just follow the system.
00:04:03
Speaker 1: They are growing at rocket speed and I'm seeing this,
00:04:05
Speaker 1: you know, in the last graduation ceremony, we had so
00:04:08
Speaker 1: many Hall of Fame achievers who came and shared how
00:04:10
Speaker 1: they crossed that three lac barrier and
00:04:13
Speaker 1: out of the 100 plus one Crore Champion awards I've
00:04:16
Speaker 1: given when I did a quick audit on that, more
00:04:19
Speaker 1: than 60% of the people who received the One Crore
00:04:21
Speaker 1: Champion award are not from the coaching and training industry.
00:04:24
Speaker 1: They came in with a clean slate. They followed the system.
00:04:26
Speaker 1: It took them anywhere between 18 months to, you know,
00:04:29
Speaker 1: 24 months or 36 months to cross that. Some of
00:04:32
Speaker 1: them did it at 1112 months also
00:04:34
Speaker 1: depending on the topic. But
00:04:37
Speaker 1: what really made it work for them is that it
00:04:40
Speaker 1: is not that they did not have, they did have
00:04:43
Speaker 1: the ol but they were in the right environment.
00:04:47
Speaker 1: They tapped into the power of the community that I created.
00:04:51
Speaker 1: And even now the ones who are making progress inside
00:04:53
Speaker 1: my community are the ones who are fully tapping into
00:04:55
Speaker 1: the power of this community. They're attending all the calls live.
00:04:58
Speaker 1: They are watching all my videos, 100 person without skipping
00:05:00
Speaker 1: any video. They are not uh you know, allured by
00:05:04
Speaker 1: all the noise that is happening on social media, just
00:05:07
Speaker 1: sticking to this process.
00:05:09
Speaker 1: And the main thing is this, they're not focusing on
00:05:12
Speaker 1: the peak. They're only focusing on the next step. You know,
00:05:16
Speaker 1: sometimes when you're looking at the peak, you know, you
00:05:17
Speaker 1: want to make one crow, you wanna make 10 crows,
00:05:19
Speaker 1: you want to learn so many things. And what happens
00:05:21
Speaker 1: is you start to go in multiple directions and you
00:05:22
Speaker 1: start to get old and because you're always looking at
00:05:24
Speaker 1: the peak and you forget on the next step.
00:05:28
Speaker 1: So many of our members also face this. They're like, oh,
00:05:31
Speaker 1: I have 100 point checklist to do to become a
00:05:34
Speaker 1: one Crore champion. And that's why what I've done is
00:05:36
Speaker 1: I've created something called as a path. In fact, if
00:05:38
Speaker 1: you go to internet life, cell hub.com/path path, you can
00:05:43
Speaker 1: actually see the entire pathway
00:05:45
Speaker 1: and I've broken down the path on how to go
00:05:47
Speaker 1: from one milestone to the next milestone. So there's a
00:05:49
Speaker 1: peak
00:05:50
Speaker 1: and to reach the peak, there are many base camps
00:05:53
Speaker 1: and to reach each base camp I've given what should
00:05:55
Speaker 1: be a learning path and what should be your implementation path.
00:05:59
Speaker 1: And I've also shared this in my community is there.
00:06:01
Speaker 1: I don't think there's anybody else in the world in
00:06:03
Speaker 1: the training and coaching industry that has laid a pathway
00:06:07
Speaker 1: like this that caters to everybody's needs. OK? That caters
00:06:12
Speaker 1: it's like a conveyor belt. OK?
00:06:14
Speaker 1: Now everybody can walk on that path at whatever speed
00:06:17
Speaker 1: that they want. It's not about speed here, but it
00:06:19
Speaker 1: is about following the steps in the, in the actual sequence.
00:06:22
Speaker 1: And I give this example in my webinars. If I
00:06:24
Speaker 1: give you a six step recipe to make a pizza
00:06:26
Speaker 1: and if you change the order of the steps, are
00:06:28
Speaker 1: you going to get a pizza? The answer is no
00:06:30
Speaker 1: same in a knowledge business. Same in a digital business
00:06:33
Speaker 1: is if I give you like a 10 step, 20
00:06:35
Speaker 1: step process to really hitting a milestone. If you change
00:06:38
Speaker 1: the order of the steps, you're not going to get
00:06:39
Speaker 1: that result at the pace or at the rate that
00:06:42
Speaker 1: you want, you may learn many things but you won't
00:06:43
Speaker 1: get the result.
00:06:46
Speaker 1: Yeah.
00:06:47
Speaker 1: So the point here is this, if you are feeling overwhelmed,
00:06:52
Speaker 1: surrender to a system and follow the path, don't focus
00:06:55
Speaker 1: on the peak. Yes, the goals are gonna be that
00:06:57
Speaker 1: the milestones are gonna be there, but focus on your
00:06:59
Speaker 1: next step, complete that next step because normally kicks in
00:07:03
Speaker 1: when you feel that there's a lot to do rather
00:07:05
Speaker 1: than thinking that there's a lot to do if you're
00:07:07
Speaker 1: able to just think that, OK, let me just focus
00:07:09
Speaker 1: on this next thing that I need to just get
00:07:10
Speaker 1: done based on the path that is there. That's all
00:07:13
Speaker 1: that matters.
00:07:14
Speaker 1: I hope you found this podcast useful. And if you
00:07:16
Speaker 1: truly want to be in a more tighter context as
00:07:20
Speaker 1: you're growing, I would highly recommend that you upgrade to
00:07:22
Speaker 1: my Diamond certification. That is the ultimate certification. It's a
00:07:26
Speaker 1: three year journey. Some people do it much faster. Three
00:07:29
Speaker 1: year journey to crossing a crow in a knowledge business
00:07:31
Speaker 1: and continuously making a piece of crow a year.
00:07:34
Speaker 1: And even beyond, I've been able to give more than
00:07:36
Speaker 1: 1010 World Champion awards and some of the industry's top
00:07:40
Speaker 1: coaches and trainers are my students. And if you would
00:07:43
Speaker 1: like to be on that same path and journey, surrender
00:07:45
Speaker 1: to this process. Imagine you're getting into university like experience
00:07:48
Speaker 1: and go through the entire journey with me over the
00:07:50
Speaker 1: next three years.
00:07:51
Speaker 1: Wish you all the best catch you in the next episode.
