I lost a dear aunt recently, and I thought it would be important for me to share the importance of mental, physical, and spiritual health.
00:00:01
Speaker 1: Welcome to the Freedom Business podcast, your host, Sat Raj
00:00:04
Speaker 1: Shekhar here. Great to have you here. This is where
00:00:06
Speaker 1: we are going to be talking about how we can
00:00:08
Speaker 1: redefine our education system by building vibrant learning communities. Take
00:00:13
Speaker 1: your knowledge out of the world and be awesome. Let's
00:00:15
Speaker 1: get in.
00:00:29
Speaker 1: It's so so important for you to take care of
00:00:32
Speaker 1: three dimensions of health, especially when you're growing your business.
00:00:36
Speaker 1: There's no point just making money and not being healthy.
00:00:39
Speaker 1: I'm talking about your mental health. I'm talking about physical
00:00:42
Speaker 1: health as well as spiritual health. All these three are
00:00:45
Speaker 1: needed if you truly want to make an impact while
00:00:48
Speaker 1: growing a business, and I'm gonna be sharing with you
00:00:49
Speaker 1: how I maintain my health while I'm growing my business
00:00:52
Speaker 1: and what I've been following for many years
00:00:54
Speaker 1: and how do I overcome any kind of health issues
00:00:56
Speaker 1: or challenges when I face them based on whatever I'm
00:01:00
Speaker 1: going to share with. You know, what just a quick
00:01:01
Speaker 1: disclaimer is. I'm not a health expert. I am not
00:01:05
Speaker 1: a doctor. I am not a nutritionist. I'm not any
00:01:09
Speaker 1: of that. I'm just going to share with you what
00:01:11
Speaker 1: I have been following based on my body type. Now,
00:01:14
Speaker 1: you have to, you know, pick up ideas, understand your
00:01:18
Speaker 1: body and work
00:01:20
Speaker 1: and optimize based on what works for you. Now, having
00:01:22
Speaker 1: said that I'm gonna give you my, my list, I'm
00:01:24
Speaker 1: gonna break it down into three parts. What all do
00:01:26
Speaker 1: I do to maintain my mental health? What all do
00:01:30
Speaker 1: I do to maintain my physical health? And what do
00:01:31
Speaker 1: I do to maintain my spiritual health?
00:01:34
Speaker 1: Because ultimately, your body is like a temple. And if
00:01:38
Speaker 1: you don't take care of your body, you will not
00:01:39
Speaker 1: be able to create an impact with it. And I've
00:01:43
Speaker 1: seen many people in, you know, business owners, entrepreneurs, coaches,
00:01:46
Speaker 1: trainers or whatever, like they junk themselves up and that
00:01:49
Speaker 1: affects themselves, it affects them in their business on their
00:01:52
Speaker 1: personal side and their mental health side, everything gets affected.
00:01:56
Speaker 1: So let's first talk about mental health, which is
00:02:00
Speaker 1: very, very important and people don't realize
00:02:04
Speaker 1: how important this is.
00:02:06
Speaker 1: I can tell you from my own personal example. In 2015,
00:02:09
Speaker 1: I went through a panic attack because I could not
00:02:12
Speaker 1: sleep for two weeks. I had these anxieties and fears
00:02:14
Speaker 1: that were kicking in and it was really, really bad.
00:02:16
Speaker 1: And uh I could not see myself in the mirror.
00:02:19
Speaker 1: My entire digestive system was gone. Uh Meaning like everything
00:02:24
Speaker 1: was upside down
00:02:27
Speaker 1: and I had to literally reset my body by going
00:02:29
Speaker 1: through pancha karma and bring my mental health back on
00:02:32
Speaker 1: track through spirituality and a body reset. And after that,
00:02:36
Speaker 1: I started to follow a few things. Now what can
00:02:38
Speaker 1: affect your mental health are multiple things. Number one are
00:02:42
Speaker 1: the inputs that you give into your system, the information
00:02:45
Speaker 1: inputs and the food inputs.
00:02:47
Speaker 1: If you're watching news and negativity and WhatsApp negativity and
00:02:50
Speaker 1: you're eating food, which is cooked, you know, by people
00:02:54
Speaker 1: who are also having anxieties and fears. And as you know, it, it,
00:02:59
Speaker 1: it actually comes into you just like water stores information.
00:03:03
Speaker 1: Like you can take a glass of water and
00:03:05
Speaker 1: you know a chant or whatever intention that you want
00:03:08
Speaker 1: and you drink that water, the water actually stores information.
00:03:10
Speaker 1: And there's one doctor Imoto who actually did an experiment
00:03:13
Speaker 1: with water. Many years back, you can do an experiment.
00:03:16
Speaker 1: You just go do research on Google on uh water
00:03:19
Speaker 1: storing information, Dr Imoto crystals and all that stuff. OK.
00:03:22
Speaker 1: Now, same thing happens when anybody's cooking food,
00:03:26
Speaker 1: their conscious uh their consciousness passes on through the food. OK?
00:03:30
Speaker 1: And I'll come to that physical part later. But uh
00:03:32
Speaker 1: your mental health is affected also by what you eat.
00:03:36
Speaker 1: Two is your mental health is affected by your environment.
00:03:40
Speaker 1: Like how is it in your home? Uh Number three,
00:03:43
Speaker 1: what I do to maintain my mental health is I
00:03:46
Speaker 1: am I don't go too deep into this, but I'm
00:03:49
Speaker 1: aware of the basic principles of vastu. OK. On things
00:03:53
Speaker 1: like the basic things. Like if your home, if your
00:03:56
Speaker 1: master bedroom is in the southwest. Yeah, the
00:03:58
Speaker 1: northeast needs to be more Southwest needs to be more
00:04:00
Speaker 1: heavier than the northeast. Northeast should be more like water,
00:04:02
Speaker 1: air element. And the southeast is more like the fire
00:04:05
Speaker 1: element in the kitchen. So for me before I moved
00:04:07
Speaker 1: into my house over here, which I'm living in right now,
00:04:10
Speaker 1: I made sure that the basic checkpoints are there because your,
00:04:14
Speaker 1: you know, your physical space,
00:04:17
Speaker 1: the environment in which you are in, it affects the
00:04:19
Speaker 1: way you think
00:04:21
Speaker 1: just like how food affects, the way you think, even
00:04:23
Speaker 1: your space affects the way you think. And if the
00:04:25
Speaker 1: energies are misplaced in, in a home, it will lead
00:04:29
Speaker 1: to all other complications, even physical health complications, mental health complications,
00:04:34
Speaker 1: and even spiritual health complications.
00:04:36
Speaker 1: And I can see this in my own personal life.
00:04:40
Speaker 1: My grandfather lived in a 40 room home in on
00:04:43
Speaker 1: Langford Road in Bangalore. The entire John family lived under
00:04:46
Speaker 1: one roof. It is two British homes made into one,
00:04:48
Speaker 1: not 40 bedrooms, but totally 40 rooms.
00:04:51
Speaker 1: And it that home flourished for 40 years.
00:04:55
Speaker 1: And when I actually analyzed based or the basic principles
00:04:58
Speaker 1: of us, when I did a check on that home,
00:05:01
Speaker 1: it was built on those principles, the zones were all intact.
00:05:06
Speaker 1: And then we went to a downturn where the house
00:05:09
Speaker 1: had to be given away and we had a lot
00:05:10
Speaker 1: of family issues and everything else. And when I mapped
00:05:13
Speaker 1: back at the year in which that issue started where
00:05:16
Speaker 1: we had to sell that house and, you know, we
00:05:18
Speaker 1: had to move on and to move to a smaller house.
00:05:20
Speaker 1: When I mapped out
00:05:22
Speaker 1: exactly why that happened, we had done some constructional changes
00:05:26
Speaker 1: to that house
00:05:27
Speaker 1: and where the master bedroom was supposed to be, it
00:05:30
Speaker 1: got moved to another zone. So the problem started over
00:05:34
Speaker 1: there and at that point of time, it was lack
00:05:35
Speaker 1: of awareness. Like we just, you know, my parents and
00:05:38
Speaker 1: grandfather was also ill and everything else was going on.
00:05:41
Speaker 1: So the more curious, I got into the science of
00:05:44
Speaker 1: spaces
00:05:46
Speaker 1: on zones. I'm very aware of this thing because I
00:05:50
Speaker 1: don't want to mess with nature. Nature is much bigger
00:05:53
Speaker 1: than all of us right
00:05:55
Speaker 1: now. You don't have to go so deep to understanding
00:05:57
Speaker 1: exactly what color should be, your bottle on your desk
00:06:00
Speaker 1: and stuff like that. You can go to that level
00:06:01
Speaker 1: of extremism and when it comes to vast. But if
00:06:04
Speaker 1: you follow the basic principles, it really impacts you
00:06:08
Speaker 1: and impact the way that you think
00:06:10
Speaker 1: the fourth area which can affect your mental health are
00:06:14
Speaker 1: the friends that you associate yourself with and who are,
00:06:16
Speaker 1: who are the people in your inner circle
00:06:18
Speaker 1: and make sure that they are all in line with
00:06:20
Speaker 1: your visions and goals. Otherwise change the change the orbit
00:06:23
Speaker 1: have a different group of circles for me, the way
00:06:26
Speaker 1: that I maintain my health, my mental health is by
00:06:28
Speaker 1: building communities, you know, getting so much of love and
00:06:31
Speaker 1: care from all of our community members and so many
00:06:33
Speaker 1: reviews and you know, as a human, we are, we
00:06:37
Speaker 1: thrive on appreciation whether we like it or not.
00:06:41
Speaker 1: The soul seeks uh appreciation from fellow souls and our
00:06:46
Speaker 1: fellow beings.
00:06:49
Speaker 1: And the more you build communities, you start to experience
00:06:51
Speaker 1: that love and magic. And that actually has a direct
00:06:53
Speaker 1: impact on your mental health. And that's why I love
00:06:55
Speaker 1: the community building aspect of building a business where even
00:06:59
Speaker 1: when people are paying me money, they are thanking me
00:07:01
Speaker 1: and paying me money. That that's so priceless. OK?
00:07:04
Speaker 1: Another way to maintain your mental health is to have
00:07:07
Speaker 1: a clarity in your purpose. Why are you doing what
00:07:09
Speaker 1: you're doing? Like for me, the purpose is to redefine
00:07:11
Speaker 1: education system to help people to bring about a new
00:07:15
Speaker 1: leadership for the new world, a new school for the
00:07:16
Speaker 1: new world that is one level of purpose and have
00:07:18
Speaker 1: a spiritual purpose also. OK.
00:07:20
Speaker 1: Another way to maintain your mental health is to work
00:07:23
Speaker 1: in cycles. And I've spoken about this before where you
00:07:25
Speaker 1: need to take breaks. Don't just burn out and daily learning,
00:07:29
Speaker 1: the more you're learning every single day for me even
00:07:30
Speaker 1: recording this podcast is directly impacting my mental health because
00:07:34
Speaker 1: now I'm thinking about what value I can add, how
00:07:37
Speaker 1: I can learn something new to share with, with the world.
00:07:40
Speaker 1: And when I listen to this podcast myself, it's like
00:07:42
Speaker 1: more a train force and I'm listening to my own
00:07:44
Speaker 1: voice and it impacts the way that I think
00:07:46
Speaker 1: so in every single way, creating content, building communities, building
00:07:50
Speaker 1: a business where you're helping others add value in every way.
00:07:54
Speaker 1: It's like a green tick. There's a checkpoint check mark everywhere.
00:07:58
Speaker 1: It's such a beautiful thing to do.
00:08:00
Speaker 1: Now, let's come to physical health. Now again, when it
00:08:02
Speaker 1: comes to physical health, just like in religion, there are
00:08:04
Speaker 1: many paths in religion, many processing when it comes to religion.
00:08:07
Speaker 1: There's not that it's not like one way is the
00:08:09
Speaker 1: only way there are many ways to do it similar
00:08:12
Speaker 1: in in physical health. Also, there are multiple ways to
00:08:15
Speaker 1: keep your body healthy and multiple ideologies that people have
00:08:19
Speaker 1: based on who they are learning from. So I want
00:08:22
Speaker 1: to tell you what I do to maintain my health.
00:08:24
Speaker 1: Number one is I don't have milk products.
00:08:28
Speaker 1: I have very less my sugars and salt. All the
00:08:30
Speaker 1: white poisons. I avoid as much as possible.
00:08:34
Speaker 1: Out of 30 days in a month, I possibly eat
00:08:37
Speaker 1: out maybe one or two days max. And that too.
00:08:39
Speaker 1: It is not oily, greasy, you know, all that kind
00:08:43
Speaker 1: of stuff. Uh As far as food cuisine is concerned
00:08:46
Speaker 1: in my entire family, kids, everyone, we only eat Southwick food,
00:08:50
Speaker 1: no onion, no garlic. And we eat all kinds of
00:08:53
Speaker 1: traditional South Indian food. So I believe that every person
00:08:56
Speaker 1: with your family that they are born into, if you
00:08:59
Speaker 1: have your family, traditional recipes
00:09:01
Speaker 1: do more of that because it is there in your DNA. Ok. You're,
00:09:05
Speaker 1: you're like, suppose you're coming from a traditional family, let's
00:09:07
Speaker 1: say a Punjabi family. And you're having, you know, you're
00:09:10
Speaker 1: coming down multiple generations of cooking a particular style of
00:09:14
Speaker 1: food and cuisine. And that is really, you know, being
00:09:17
Speaker 1: a part of your family tradition, eat more of that.
00:09:20
Speaker 1: So since I come, I come from a South Indian Tambra,
00:09:22
Speaker 1: my family I, that is my cuisine. Predominantly the Rasam
00:09:26
Speaker 1: Samba r is good, you know, a all those stuff.
00:09:29
Speaker 1: So and we do it in a Southwick style
00:09:33
Speaker 1: ever since I got to the spiritual process. We don't
00:09:35
Speaker 1: eat onion and garlic, onion and garlic have a lot
00:09:37
Speaker 1: of medicinal properties, no doubts. But on a spiritual angle
00:09:41
Speaker 1: from an Arabic perspective, it has a, it has a
00:09:43
Speaker 1: negative pranic value. So I as much as possible, we
00:09:47
Speaker 1: like to keep uh not as much as possible. We
00:09:49
Speaker 1: eat only sati food, we don't eat onion garlic. And
00:09:51
Speaker 1: even when we are traveling, we ask for jane food
00:09:53
Speaker 1: and of course we have potato carrot and other stuff.
00:09:56
Speaker 1: Another thing is the water that you drink.
00:09:58
Speaker 1: So in our home, we have something called structured water.
00:10:01
Speaker 1: Just search on youtube for structured water. There have any
00:10:02
Speaker 1: videos on this. So it's Captain copper plates. It uh
00:10:06
Speaker 1: you know, the, the water is structured and then I
00:10:09
Speaker 1: drink that water. It's not just any bis water or
00:10:11
Speaker 1: any other water. So at home I make sure to
00:10:13
Speaker 1: drink structured water.
00:10:14
Speaker 1: And I start my day with the Herbalife shake. I've
00:10:16
Speaker 1: been having this for many years with almond milk, not
00:10:19
Speaker 1: with regular milk and it's a perfect meal replacement. So
00:10:23
Speaker 1: I don't have Italy, what a samba or anything like
00:10:25
Speaker 1: that in the morning, I start my day with a shake.
00:10:26
Speaker 1: I have a heavy South afternoon, lunch evening, I have
00:10:28
Speaker 1: a shake in the night. I have light dinner. Like
00:10:30
Speaker 1: those are Italy stuff which is very light on the
00:10:32
Speaker 1: digestive system and that really helps me,
00:10:36
Speaker 1: you know, have the vitality and the immunity and all
00:10:37
Speaker 1: of that stuff. And besides that, once a year, I
00:10:39
Speaker 1: do an annual Pancha Karma treat uh no, like a
00:10:42
Speaker 1: whole detox process. It's anywhere between 14 days to, it
00:10:46
Speaker 1: goes to even 21 days in some cases.
00:10:49
Speaker 1: So Pancha karma, I've done it more than seven times. Now,
00:10:52
Speaker 1: if you look at the concert of Pancha Karma, it's
00:10:54
Speaker 1: about balancing the three elements. OK? There's vata pitta and
00:10:57
Speaker 1: Kafa in the body. There are three elements and I'm
00:11:00
Speaker 1: more of a, a pha body. OK? So there's more balance.
00:11:04
Speaker 1: People who are more vata body are usually more thinner
00:11:06
Speaker 1: and those who are more uh uh what do you
00:11:09
Speaker 1: say ka bodies are, you know, they, they tend to
00:11:12
Speaker 1: put on weight much faster. So based on knowing your
00:11:15
Speaker 1: body type,
00:11:16
Speaker 1: you need to eat according to that. So if you
00:11:19
Speaker 1: go deeper into I, it's all about this. I'm not,
00:11:21
Speaker 1: I've not studied this, but every time I do pancha karma,
00:11:24
Speaker 1: the treatments are given to balance the three. And I also,
00:11:28
Speaker 1: and during this entire pancho karma process, there's a combination
00:11:30
Speaker 1: of pranas and the breathing that we do as well
00:11:32
Speaker 1: as the asas that happen that really resets the, the
00:11:37
Speaker 1: breath within the body. It's a beautiful combination of uh
00:11:40
Speaker 1: you know, the food that they give you
00:11:42
Speaker 1: the treatments and the massages that they do to detoxify
00:11:46
Speaker 1: all the elements from your body. And of course, everything
00:11:49
Speaker 1: gets purged at the end of 7 to 14 days
00:11:53
Speaker 1: and it's a combination of breathing. So balancing, breath, balancing
00:11:56
Speaker 1: food and removing all the toxins. Uh If any of
00:12:00
Speaker 1: you can just do this once in a year or
00:12:02
Speaker 1: once in two years, you can reduce a lot of your,
00:12:06
Speaker 1: you know, issues that may come later in your life. OK?
00:12:10
Speaker 1: Because it's a very holistic thing. It's not a cure
00:12:12
Speaker 1: kind of a thing. It is more of a prevention
00:12:14
Speaker 1: kind of a thing and it's to maintain the balance
00:12:16
Speaker 1: in your body. And every time I go for panch karma,
00:12:18
Speaker 1: I get a bunch of ideas
00:12:20
Speaker 1: because I'm in a quiet place and I experienced that
00:12:22
Speaker 1: and as far as my daily physical habits, I'm not
00:12:25
Speaker 1: too much of a gym person. I don't do weights
00:12:27
Speaker 1: and weight training or running or Zumba or all that stuff. I,
00:12:30
Speaker 1: we do do daily walks, keep it brisk and I've
00:12:33
Speaker 1: been able to maintain my health. I've been able to
00:12:36
Speaker 1: maintain my weight for easily, like, 1520 years. Yeah. Been
00:12:41
Speaker 1: the same.
00:12:42
Speaker 1: And also a lot has to do with controlling the
00:12:44
Speaker 1: urges of the tongue on indulging. You know, I do
00:12:47
Speaker 1: have my cheat days. I just, I love to have
00:12:49
Speaker 1: my chocolates and chocolate ice cream and all of that stuff.
00:12:52
Speaker 1: But it, but there's no binging over there. OK. So
00:12:55
Speaker 1: that's how I maintain my physical health and that's, that's me. Now,
00:12:58
Speaker 1: let's come to spiritual health.
00:13:00
Speaker 1: Spiritual health is what can you do to center yourself
00:13:04
Speaker 1: on a daily basis so that you're able to understand
00:13:07
Speaker 1: that we are beyond our mental body, we are beyond
00:13:10
Speaker 1: our physical body. And usually when you have strong spiritual practices,
00:13:14
Speaker 1: it balances all the other areas when you have a
00:13:17
Speaker 1: larger than life perspective. So for me, some of the
00:13:19
Speaker 1: spiritual habits that I do are my daily inner connection
00:13:22
Speaker 1: in the form of JAA meditation. I chant on beads.
00:13:25
Speaker 1: I do the Hari Krishna Mantra. I've been doing that
00:13:27
Speaker 1: for many years.
00:13:28
Speaker 1: Uh
00:13:30
Speaker 1: I do scriptural reading, read the Gita and just go
00:13:34
Speaker 1: through different verses of the bag with Puran, pick up different,
00:13:37
Speaker 1: you know concepts from there. I listen to the lectures
00:13:41
Speaker 1: and discourses of my spiritual master as well in the
00:13:44
Speaker 1: Jakus Swami. I do that. Uh we do regular temple
00:13:48
Speaker 1: visits as a family
00:13:50
Speaker 1: and uh as a part of charity, we, we love
00:13:54
Speaker 1: going to temples. So we normally like to contribute to
00:13:57
Speaker 1: the dresses of the deities. We do the Abhisheka and
00:14:00
Speaker 1: the and the giving like a bath to the deities.
00:14:02
Speaker 1: We try to sponsor some of that, maybe once or
00:14:04
Speaker 1: twice a year, we partake in multiple heavens to really
00:14:08
Speaker 1: bring the balance, spiritual balance back in the family to,
00:14:11
Speaker 1: you know, for the protection of the family. And I
00:14:13
Speaker 1: pray for every single member in ih uh though I
00:14:16
Speaker 1: may not know your names, but I pray for the
00:14:18
Speaker 1: success of everybody. OK?
00:14:20
Speaker 1: And along with that, I'm always in this mood of
00:14:24
Speaker 1: devotional service, that means even my business. I'm doing it
00:14:27
Speaker 1: as a service to my community, but I'm also doing
00:14:29
Speaker 1: it as a service
00:14:30
Speaker 1: to my higher creator and to my spiritual master. So
00:14:33
Speaker 1: whatever I make as an income, a percentage of that
00:14:36
Speaker 1: goes towards causes that I believe in, to purify the
00:14:39
Speaker 1: income that I'm creating. And that's a spiritual of my business.
00:14:42
Speaker 1: And besides that, just living every single day in surrender
00:14:44
Speaker 1: and love. And there are moments where I don't think
00:14:47
Speaker 1: about spirituality. I'm very focused on business. So I'm not
00:14:49
Speaker 1: always spiritual, spiritual and always in meditation mode. Uh My
00:14:54
Speaker 1: biggest inspiration in spirituality is Arjuna.
00:14:58
Speaker 1: He was an enlightened warrior fighting in the battlefield. He
00:15:02
Speaker 1: went to Krishna in the first chapter and he said,
00:15:04
Speaker 1: I wanna go from this place. I want to go
00:15:06
Speaker 1: into the forest. I just want to meditate and you know,
00:15:08
Speaker 1: all that. And Krishna, one of the first verses in
00:15:10
Speaker 1: the second chapter, he says that
00:15:13
Speaker 1: you are a fool,
00:15:15
Speaker 1: you are your duty is a warrior. And by, by
00:15:19
Speaker 1: you running away from this war, you are going to
00:15:21
Speaker 1: attract infamy, not fame, you know, won't be famous and
00:15:24
Speaker 1: you will also attract
00:15:27
Speaker 1: a life uh that it's gonna degrade it because if
00:15:31
Speaker 1: you're not doing your duty as a warrior, as a Khatri,
00:15:34
Speaker 1: you don't,
00:15:36
Speaker 1: I mean, you can't run away from this.
00:15:39
Speaker 1: So that entire verse is Krishna. He opens saying that
00:15:42
Speaker 1: from where has this thought come? You're a fool? So,
00:15:45
Speaker 1: and then he opens up in the whole, then towards
00:15:48
Speaker 1: the end of the 18th chapter Christian Times. Now Arjuna,
00:15:50
Speaker 1: now that I've told you
00:15:52
Speaker 1: both, I've, I've given you the entire gist of what
00:15:55
Speaker 1: is a soul, what's a journey and, and all of
00:15:57
Speaker 1: these things. Now I leave it to you. Now you
00:15:59
Speaker 1: decide what you want to do. I mean, that's the
00:16:01
Speaker 1: beautiful thing about our, our creator. You know, the Supreme
00:16:04
Speaker 1: Lord is he gives us the opportunity to choose what
00:16:08
Speaker 1: we want. So why am I sharing this is because
00:16:12
Speaker 1: building a business,
00:16:14
Speaker 1: if you are able to have that perspective, like Arjuna,
00:16:16
Speaker 1: you're not running away and just doing meditation all day.
00:16:19
Speaker 1: Uh Honestly, that is not the path for this age,
00:16:23
Speaker 1: the path for this age where we are living, you know,
00:16:27
Speaker 1: like 100 year lifespan.
00:16:29
Speaker 1: It's all about action in devotional service. You know, it's
00:16:32
Speaker 1: karma yoga. It's like doing your work and dedicating those
00:16:37
Speaker 1: fruits to, you know, the higher power and ultimately you
00:16:40
Speaker 1: need to do it with love. And that's why I'm
00:16:41
Speaker 1: using the word devotion service. So that's so I'm a
00:16:43
Speaker 1: strong believer of the concert of uh and I come
00:16:47
Speaker 1: in the lineage of, of the bhakti yoga principles like
00:16:50
Speaker 1: India and bhakti is love. Yeah. Doing everything with love,
00:16:55
Speaker 1: whether it's your business or raising a family or building
00:16:58
Speaker 1: a community or running webinars or, or what would be
00:17:02
Speaker 1: the case? OK? Or taking your Children out and giving
00:17:04
Speaker 1: them some experiences and travel and vacations,
00:17:07
Speaker 1: doing everything with a, with a thread of love. Uh
00:17:10
Speaker 1: and knowing well that this life is temporary. This life
00:17:15
Speaker 1: is we are not this body, we are the spirit soul,
00:17:18
Speaker 1: the body is gonna transmigrate from one body to the next.
00:17:21
Speaker 1: But and might as well utilize this form of life
00:17:24
Speaker 1: or human life uh to serve others to serve the
00:17:27
Speaker 1: Supreme Lord and to do things with surrender and love.
00:17:31
Speaker 1: So that is the perspective
00:17:32
Speaker 1: uh that has given me such a beautiful foundation grounding
00:17:36
Speaker 1: on spiritual life that, that impacts my mental health, that
00:17:40
Speaker 1: impacts the physical health also.
00:17:42
Speaker 1: So I just want to sum up this podcast saying
00:17:44
Speaker 1: that your body is as good as a temple. If
00:17:47
Speaker 1: you treat yourself and care for yourself, you'll be able
00:17:50
Speaker 1: to do some amazing work and you can live a long, healthy, happy,
00:17:54
Speaker 1: impactful life
00:17:56
Speaker 1: and even your home is a temple. So if you
00:17:59
Speaker 1: can make your home a decluttered space, a spiritual zone
00:18:02
Speaker 1: where in my case, I don't invite anybody and everybody
00:18:04
Speaker 1: to my home. I'm very, very picky and choosy on
00:18:06
Speaker 1: whom I'm invite because I consider this to be a
00:18:09
Speaker 1: sacred space. OK? And if you're able to keep that
00:18:13
Speaker 1: as your, your two points,
00:18:15
Speaker 1: treating your body like a temple in your home, like
00:18:17
Speaker 1: a temple, you will be able to impact so many people.
00:18:21
Speaker 1: And even if it does not need to be many
00:18:23
Speaker 1: number of people, but whatever work that you do will
00:18:26
Speaker 1: have a, you know, a generational impact. It will have
00:18:29
Speaker 1: a deeper impact on whoever you you're you're working with.
00:18:32
Speaker 1: So just want to sum this podcasting that this is
00:18:34
Speaker 1: how I look at uh maintaining my health while growing
00:18:37
Speaker 1: my business. Of course, we all have a temporary body.
00:18:40
Speaker 1: We fall sick. We we, you know, we have our fevers,
00:18:43
Speaker 1: our coughs or colds.
00:18:45
Speaker 1: But the best that we can do is to be
00:18:47
Speaker 1: aware of what is going on in our mind. And
00:18:49
Speaker 1: especially when it comes to mental health.
00:18:52
Speaker 1: Recently, I lost
00:18:54
Speaker 1: a very dear aunt of mine because she had a
00:18:58
Speaker 1: very massive brain hemorrhage
00:19:00
Speaker 1: and I dedicate this podcast to her.
00:19:03
Speaker 1: It just happened today.
00:19:06
Speaker 1: She left this world
00:19:08
Speaker 1: and for many, many years, she was keeping this,
00:19:13
Speaker 1: you know, all the emotions were bottled up
00:19:16
Speaker 1: in her, in her.
00:19:18
Speaker 1: It was uh more than 1015 years, maybe more than
00:19:21
Speaker 1: that 15 plus years bottling up her, her emotions
00:19:24
Speaker 1: and um it came to a point where she was
00:19:26
Speaker 1: just vomiting more and possibly that was her soul's path
00:19:29
Speaker 1: and her soul's journey. But the thing is
00:19:32
Speaker 1: the mental issues lead to lead to physical issues.
00:19:36
Speaker 1: She had a massive billion 100 she left this world
00:19:39
Speaker 1: and we lost her at the age of 4748 which
00:19:42
Speaker 1: is very young for a woman to leave this world.
00:19:45
Speaker 1: And the reason I'm emphasizing on, on health is because
00:19:49
Speaker 1: if you don't take care of your physical health at
00:19:51
Speaker 1: the start point, if you don't take care of your
00:19:53
Speaker 1: mental health and process your emotions and, and, and you know,
00:19:58
Speaker 1: if you don't release them uh with a strong spiritual
00:20:02
Speaker 1: health foundation, it's gonna impact your business in a huge way.
00:20:06
Speaker 1: It's gonna impact every area of your life. So what
00:20:08
Speaker 1: I would like you to do is share your comments
00:20:10
Speaker 1: below on what were your biggest lessons learning from this
00:20:12
Speaker 1: particular podcast.
00:20:14
Speaker 1: And uh I would love each one of you to
00:20:17
Speaker 1: share this podcast with your family and friends who need
00:20:19
Speaker 1: to hear this because I believe that this is one
00:20:22
Speaker 1: thing that can make a huge difference for the longevity,
00:20:25
Speaker 1: prosperity of society. Wish you all the best. Catch you
00:20:28
Speaker 1: in the next episode.
