[00:00:12] If you're tired of playing the guessing game and you're ready to turn on the digital presence into a lead-generation machine, then stick around because I'm only breaking down the exact steps on how you can build your online empire using platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and much more.

[00:00:26] So grab your Notepad because this is the real deal, it's time to go from Zero to Hero in your content game.

[00:00:34] Hey there, I said, See you, welcome to your turn on the episode of The Freedom Business Podcasts and if you're not subscribed to this on Apple Os 45 please do that immediately.

[00:00:41] Because in this particular podcast, on we breaking down the 3-Step System, how to go from Zero to Hero to turn your content into a lead-generation powerhouse.

[00:00:50] I've been in the game for over a decade right now.

[00:00:52] I started off running my digital marketing agency and I should do social media content and posting stuff back in 2011, 2010.

[00:00:58] With a lot of clients and at that point on time the whole social media universe was a way different compared to what it is right now.

[00:01:05] It has evolved crazily and observing the patterns of how it has been changing over the last 10 years,

[00:01:11] what I'm going to detail out is three things that you can focus on so that it can be sustainable in the future.

[00:01:16] For example, those people who start off on TikTok and India after TikTok got banned everything went down.

[00:01:21] Then now we are seeing Facebook is kind of literally dead.

[00:01:24] Facebook is only used for running ads right now.

[00:01:26] So organic bleach is not so good and even the group activity that I used to have before on Facebook is not as big as it used to be.

[00:01:33] I'm going to be breaking down which platform is good for what and where should your focus be?

[00:01:38] How do you approach this with a completely different lens and view where the end goal is not to play the fame game,

[00:01:44] but I want you to play the game where you're attracting leads into your system and your leads are converting into customers.

[00:01:50] So this is not going to be on how to become an influencer or a creator.

[00:01:54] It is how do you become an authority in your space so that you can create that into a cash flow business model with the knowledge in the skills that you have.

[00:02:02] Okay, so the concepts I want to share with you are our own ecosystems.

[00:02:08] If you actually think about it everything is based on the concept of an ecosystem like Facebook is an ecosystem,

[00:02:13] YouTube is an ecosystem, Apple is an ecosystem and I've shared this even before the future of the coaching and

[00:02:18] industry is all about ecosystems, but having your own ecosystem not depending on other ecosystems.

[00:02:24] So when you look at ecosystems there are three kinds of ecosystems that we need to tap into if you want to go from zero to hero

[00:02:31] and these are the part of the three steps. The first step is your core ecosystem needs to be set up or your core platforms

[00:02:38] and this is what I call as your home platforms and I'll go deeper into what this is all about.

[00:02:43] The second ecosystem category are your connecting platforms or what I want to call them as connectors or you can even call them satellites.

[00:02:54] Satellites feeding to the mothership and then you have the third part is collaboration.

[00:03:02] So you have core connectors and collaborations are the alliances and partners that you have with people who are also going to be helping you

[00:03:11] basically bring people into your world.

[00:03:13] And what I'm going to do is after I share the three step system,

[00:03:18] I'll also give you the six steps on how you can put this into action. I'll give you the action steps at the end of the podcast

[00:03:24] so please take a lot of notes and let's get straight in.

[00:03:27] First let's look at the first secret which is the core home platform.

[00:03:32] Now when I started my business in 2018 in the digital space,

[00:03:35] the first thing I did was I set up my own learning management system at that point of time,

[00:03:39] I was using a platform called Teachable where all my premium content was put over there.

[00:03:45] My courses and all the reminders for the you know,

[00:03:49] for my different calls that I used to do every single week.

[00:03:52] And then I also set up another platform for my community and I found this platform called Mighty Network,

[00:03:57] which is a place that we're using in the community interaction.

[00:04:01] Now we have partnered with Tag Mango which is the ultimate in the industry right now,

[00:04:06] because I basically brought in all the elements that I need.

[00:04:09] So Tag Mango is my core ecosystem.

[00:04:12] Okay so those of you do not know what Tag Mango is,

[00:04:14] you can just go to sidz.co.co.

[00:04:18] For what slash Tag Mango and set up a free account where it's a platform on which you can set up your courses,

[00:04:23] you can set up your coaching calls,

[00:04:25] one-to-one coaching calls, you can have your social network in community,

[00:04:28] you can load certificates and have automated certificates generated for your students.

[00:04:32] And on the premium plans, you can have your own control center like I have a control center called Level Up where I can track my students habits and activities and tasks.

[00:04:41] And also recently I've added different services that I can offer my students besides the courses.

[00:04:46] And I also have all my events, my workshops as well as merchandise and my physical products all under one roof.

[00:04:53] So the first thing you need to focus on is building this ecosystem.

[00:04:57] And if you're not in my community, please jump into my community by going to sidz.co.co.jio.n and just jump into my solar membership.

[00:05:06] Where in the upcoming hackathon I'll actually help you build this entire system up.

[00:05:10] And the best part is Tag Mango, you can start using it for free.

[00:05:14] Now the second core element of your core aspect right.

[00:05:19] The first one is your main elements, your main learning, my system.

[00:05:22] And the second is your email list.

[00:05:24] Like for me, I have my email list which is built on convert kit and I'm continue to grow that list.

[00:05:29] And I'm also going to be recommending a platform called Substack.

[00:05:33] Because Substack is a beautiful platform where you can set it up, you can set up an account for free.

[00:05:37] And you can actually start meaningfully communicating with your leads.

[00:05:42] And it also sends emails. So it's basically email marketing and blogging built into one and it's absolutely for free.

[00:05:47] Where you can load your blog articles, you can make posts.

[00:05:50] You can also upload like audio content as well as video content on the platform.

[00:05:57] And it also makes it like a very shared version and easy to use in user friendly platform.

[00:06:02] And their business model is mainly based around subpaid subscriptions.

[00:06:06] Now in India, at this point as I'm recording this podcast, Substack does not have an option where Indians can,

[00:06:13] you know, charge people on a monthly subscription unless due to the different, because of the platform is built that way.

[00:06:19] But if you're outside India, you know, any of the Taiwan countries, you can just set up a newsletter subscription where you can build a quality email list.

[00:06:28] And the best part is I'm on Substack.

[00:06:30] I just got on it recently and I've been loving it.

[00:06:32] And along with convert kit where I have my rest of my leads, if somebody starting brand new, I would recommend Substack.

[00:06:38] Because now you can start building an email list, a quality email list based around content where you don't have to pay for the platform, you know, at all.

[00:06:46] You know, because and the best part is for me, I have a big email list, but I just imported my customer database.

[00:06:52] So in case you have an existing email list of customers, you can import that database and you can start communicating with your,

[00:06:58] your leads to Substack, but mainly to do with articles.

[00:07:01] Okay, so I'm going to be chunking both tag mango and my Substack and convert kit accounts under the core home base.

[00:07:11] Why do I call it as core home?

[00:07:13] Because the money in in an knowledge business, it is not in your followers on social media.

[00:07:19] It is on your customers, right?

[00:07:21] And it is on the email list that you have.

[00:07:24] Actually, my true digital assets are my customer base and my email leads.

[00:07:30] Because followers on social media kind of, you know, nobody's serious unless they have given their name, their email and their phone number and their inside my ecosystem and a main ecosystem.

[00:07:39] So that's why I'm calling it as a core.

[00:07:41] Now let's get into the second part, which is the connectors.

[00:07:46] So the connecting platforms are more like satellites and that's where, you know,

[00:07:50] does Instagram, does YouTube, does LinkedIn, there's Facebook, there's Twitter and there's podcasts.

[00:07:54] Okay, if you want to be having your own podcast like how I have this podcast, the famous is podcast, okay?

[00:07:58] Now what I'm going to share with you is I'm not going to go into the details of each platform.

[00:08:01] But I'm going to tell you, what is each platform good at?

[00:08:05] Okay, and I'm going to go through each of these platforms on the one and please make note.

[00:08:08] Instagram is a fantastic satellite or a feeder where the main emphasis on Instagram will be on reals.

[00:08:16] One minute to 90 second, reals, stories and sometimes you want to do Instagram lives.

[00:08:20] So my reals and my stories on Instagram are pulling people back to my landing page.

[00:08:24] If you actually follow me on Instagram, so that's our checker.

[00:08:27] You'll see I do a lot of stuff to generate leads and I get people into my webinars through Instagram.

[00:08:32] The second platform is YouTube.

[00:08:34] The number one thing that YouTube is good at is search engine optimized long form video content.

[00:08:38] Video content about 10, 15 minutes in duration.

[00:08:41] And if you go and see my YouTube channel, I've got a ton of stuff.

[00:08:43] You can get some ideas over there.

[00:08:46] And it's searchable even in the future.

[00:08:48] So I'm still getting traffic for the videos that I put posted like three four years back.

[00:08:51] And it's unlike Instagram where you post something and it gets lost.

[00:08:55] And Instagram, you're continuously needing to fight your way up on the news feed and make it happen.

[00:09:01] The third platform is LinkedIn.

[00:09:02] LinkedIn's number one focuses networking.

[00:09:05] So even though I post a lot of content on LinkedIn,

[00:09:08] for me in the beginning days when I was running my agency,

[00:09:11] I used LinkedIn a lot to build meaningful connections with professionals who want to do business or are looking to solve their problem.

[00:09:18] So Facebook is like home.

[00:09:21] Facebook is like, you know, your friends and family are connected,

[00:09:25] but right now Facebook is literally dead.

[00:09:27] So the only thing Facebook is used for the I'm using that now on my fan pages to run ads.

[00:09:31] And to also run a group.

[00:09:33] So ads in groups are good for Facebook.

[00:09:34] So Facebook is like home.

[00:09:36] Instagram is like a fun house.

[00:09:38] LinkedIn is like office.

[00:09:40] And then YouTube is a place is like television.

[00:09:43] Now let's look at Twitter.

[00:09:45] Twitter is where most of the celebrities, politicians, film stars and sports stars and influencers.

[00:09:53] They use Twitter for voicing opinions,

[00:09:54] Alan Musk who owns Twitter.

[00:09:56] Okay. So the purpose of a platform like Twitter is for voicing out opinions and also to monitor trends.

[00:10:02] Because Twitter is fantastic to find out what are the trends in the market and everything else.

[00:10:05] And of course I'm not so active on Twitter right now,

[00:10:07] but I know some of the big influencers they swear by Twitter and they love the Twitter ecosystem and the quality of the audience and Twitter is really high.

[00:10:14] And I've been invited to many other platforms.

[00:10:16] And then you have the podcast and you can do two kinds of podcasts solo podcasts as well as interview podcasts.

[00:10:22] Interview podcast can go like 45 minutes one hour in duration

[00:10:25] and solo podcasts like this one, I try to keep it under 15 minutes in duration.

[00:10:30] So the second part if you want to go from zero to hero,

[00:10:34] the second step of the system to turn your content into lead,

[00:10:38] Legion power House is once you've set up your main LMS and your core email system,

[00:10:42] which is the most, which is your true digital asset.

[00:10:45] You can use these connectors or satellites,

[00:10:48] which is Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter

[00:10:50] and podcast and other platforms

[00:10:51] to channel people to come back to these platforms,

[00:10:55] to become leads.

[00:10:56] And then when they become leads,

[00:10:58] then you invite them to your webinar

[00:10:59] and then you sell your product in new get sales.

[00:11:02] Now the third secret of the third step of the system

[00:11:04] is to have collapsed collaborations.

[00:11:07] And there are three kinds of collaborations.

[00:11:08] The first level of collaboration

[00:11:10] can be more like a direct affiliate partner.

[00:11:13] So in my tag mango system right now

[00:11:14] when he customer, they become my customer, my community.

[00:11:17] They can actually choose to promote me

[00:11:19] to their family and friends,

[00:11:20] where just promoting my affiliate link.

[00:11:22] And anybody who gets tagged in them,

[00:11:24] they can earn anywhere from 10% 20% to 35% commissions,

[00:11:28] depending on which level of membership that they are.

[00:11:30] So the affiliate partner system,

[00:11:32] we have seen Amazon have an affiliate system

[00:11:33] and many software tools also have an affiliate system.

[00:11:37] And this is the basic level of collaboration

[00:11:38] that you can do to get more quality leads into your system,

[00:11:41] where you're not investing on ads.

[00:11:43] You're not really putting money into organic

[00:11:44] or putting your time into organic,

[00:11:46] but you're getting your students

[00:11:46] or you're getting your customers to promote you.

[00:11:49] Which is one of the best ways to do it.

[00:11:50] And it was like a refer and on share and on.

[00:11:53] The second level of collaboration

[00:11:54] are strategic alliances that you do

[00:11:56] want to on one one basis with people

[00:11:58] that you see will be a good fit to work with you.

[00:12:01] And I've done many strategic alliances in the past.

[00:12:04] And for example, one of very long-term strategic alliance

[00:12:07] have been working with is success-gian.

[00:12:09] So Surayan, even though I'm a student of success-gian,

[00:12:12] I've been driving a lot of traffic to success-gian events

[00:12:15] and success-gian also drives a lot of people

[00:12:17] to internet lifestyle hubs.

[00:12:18] So we have been forming a very strategic alliance

[00:12:20] and we've been working for many, many years

[00:12:22] because our vision is common.

[00:12:24] Our mission is the same.

[00:12:25] And we want to really impact

[00:12:26] the coaching and training industry

[00:12:28] across the world and starting within India.

[00:12:30] And the ultimate level of collapse

[00:12:33] is a concept that I launched recently

[00:12:36] called Community Clusters.

[00:12:38] And this I'm doing only with my Diamond members

[00:12:39] and we're still in the planning stage

[00:12:41] at the point of me recording this podcast,

[00:12:43] but down the line you're going to see many of my Diamond members

[00:12:45] who are going to be forming community clusters.

[00:12:49] That means each one are building their influence

[00:12:51] but they collectively work together

[00:12:53] to feed each other's ecosystems deliberately

[00:12:55] and doing that with the right intention

[00:12:57] with a common vision and a strong code of honor.

[00:12:59] Now if you're not a Diamond member

[00:13:00] in my community, I would highly recommend that you go to

[00:13:02] as idzsids.co forward slash Diamond.

[00:13:05] At 10 my next Diamond showcase

[00:13:06] and jump in on board.

[00:13:09] So what I want to do is I want to wrap up this podcast

[00:13:10] by giving you six steps.

[00:13:12] How do you put this into action?

[00:13:14] Step number one is get your strategy in place.

[00:13:17] So get your strategy by joining my next hackathon

[00:13:19] by going to sidzsids.co slash join.

[00:13:23] If you're not a member in my community yet

[00:13:24] and jump in straight away

[00:13:26] and I'll help you implement it in 90 days.

[00:13:28] Second step is set up all of your platforms,

[00:13:30] your social media, your email,

[00:13:32] your learning management system on tag mango,

[00:13:34] your Facebook ads platforms, your lead magnet

[00:13:36] and there's a whole checklist

[00:13:37] that I'll also cover in my hackathons.

[00:13:40] The third step is create one piece of content

[00:13:43] every single day whether it's a blog or a podcast

[00:13:46] or a real or text where you're

[00:13:48] continuously adding value every single day

[00:13:50] and you're actually connecting with your audience

[00:13:54] who are looking forward to your content every single day.

[00:13:57] Like I have a podcast that I do twice in a week.

[00:13:59] I'm doing my, I just recently launched a blog

[00:14:02] called Bulb on on Substack

[00:14:04] which is really to talk about everything else besides

[00:14:07] my core topic and strategy in business.

[00:14:08] More about life, it's more like a life blog

[00:14:11] where I'm also talking about the fun stuff

[00:14:13] about business and integrate all the elements of it.

[00:14:16] So I'm always publishing something

[00:14:18] or the other every single day

[00:14:19] and have a real happening every day.

[00:14:21] I have a core happening every alternate day on Instagram

[00:14:23] on YouTube we do a freedom talk

[00:14:25] which are my stage talks of my students

[00:14:27] that happen every week.

[00:14:28] Though I have a team helping me with it.

[00:14:30] Initially, I should do everything on my own.

[00:14:32] But if you create a calendar of sorts

[00:14:34] on creating and publishing

[00:14:35] that will actually help you get better quality leads.

[00:14:38] The fourth step is to promote this organically.

[00:14:42] Like you can do WhatsApp status updates.

[00:14:43] You can do an Instagram story

[00:14:44] and you can even publish it on your WhatsApp community

[00:14:47] or WhatsApp groups

[00:14:48] and also you can promote via ads.

[00:14:50] So there are two kinds of ads

[00:14:51] you can do like conversion ads

[00:14:53] where you're actually using the Facebook

[00:14:54] meta ads platform to promote your content

[00:14:56] or you promote your webinars

[00:14:57] or you can even just boost your content

[00:14:59] like if you're posted the real you can boost it

[00:15:00] for 300, 300 rupees, build an audience

[00:15:03] and start to get those followers

[00:15:05] and people coming to your websites.

[00:15:07] And step number five is attract quality leads

[00:15:10] every single day getting them into email list.

[00:15:14] Now what strategies that I'm gonna be doing more closely

[00:15:16] are powering up all of my diamond members

[00:15:19] as well as my silver and gold members

[00:15:21] is for everyone to start using sub stack more closely

[00:15:25] where everybody can write an article every day.

[00:15:27] They can either publish a text content

[00:15:29] or a video content or an audio content.

[00:15:32] They can promote it on WhatsApp.

[00:15:33] They can promote it on Instagram

[00:15:34] and once they have done that,

[00:15:37] since the system already has a email system built into it,

[00:15:40] they'll start to attract quality leads coming into the system

[00:15:43] and they can start to nurture those leads every single day

[00:15:46] inviting them to their webinars

[00:15:47] and from the webinars they can actually start

[00:15:48] getting them into their tag mango ecosystem.

[00:15:51] So attracting quality leads every day step number five

[00:15:53] and finally number step number six is nurturing and converting.

[00:15:58] Nurturing and converting,

[00:15:59] it happens only through long form emails

[00:16:02] when you write long form emails,

[00:16:03] long form blogs that really connect with your audience

[00:16:06] through articles, through live streaming

[00:16:09] if you wanna invite them to your Instagram live

[00:16:12] and ultimate form of conversion is webinars.

[00:16:14] Whether you're gonna do a paid webinar

[00:16:16] or a free webinar,

[00:16:17] ultimately when they consume your content on social media

[00:16:20] which is more like teaser content

[00:16:22] and then they consume your long form content on YouTube

[00:16:24] and others just more like a trailer content

[00:16:26] and then they come to a movie which is your webinar 90 minutes

[00:16:29] to two hour webinar

[00:16:30] and then you offer your program, your product or service

[00:16:32] like that's the best way to attract the best quality customers.

[00:16:36] That's how you go from zero to hero

[00:16:37] and this is my three step system.

[00:16:39] Now if you found this podcast useful,

[00:16:47] within 16 to 18 minutes

[00:16:49] on what does it take to go from zero to hero

[00:16:52] with my three step system to turn your content into a lead generation powerhouse

[00:16:56] If you're listening to this on my blog, I would like you to share your notes
