[00:00:41] Imagine your coaching business is like a human body. Each system is working together seamlessly to create a thriving and healthy organism. And just as each organ plays a specific role, your coaching business also functions the same way.

[00:00:56] I'm recording this podcast to give you a kind of an awareness that you might have never had before as a coach. So I would like you to take a lot of notes. And I'm going to get into every single piece of the puzzle.

[00:01:06] Let's talk about systems. Every system, if you look at our human body, it works on three principles, input, process and output. In other words, we eat food, then we digest the food.

[00:01:25] So similarly, every aspect of our business has a particular function. There's an input, process and output. And I'm going to be breaking down each and every system. In fact, there are 11 systems.

[00:01:37] And I'm going to compare the systems of a coaching business with our human body.

[00:01:41] System number one is your content marketing system. This is like your nervous system. Just as a nerve sends signals throughout the body, your content spreads your message across different platforms.

[00:01:52] Now, if you're looking at the content marketing system, the input is well-researched material, like what are you going to be saying? What's your message to market match?

[00:02:01] And the digestion is the engagement that your audience actually has on your content. And the output is the viewers.

[00:02:08] How engaged are they? Do they take action? Are they liking? Are they signing up? Are they commenting, strengthening your presence?

[00:02:14] So your entire content marketing system, which is the first system, is compared to the nervous system in your body, which spreads signals throughout your body.

[00:02:24] And in this case, throughout the universe, the internet.

[00:02:27] The second system is your advertising system, which is more like the circulatory system.

[00:02:32] Because ads keep your potential clients flowing into your business.

[00:02:36] The input is what? Running ads. This is the lifeblood of your outreach.

[00:02:41] The digestion is how? When people view and respond to your ad.

[00:02:45] And the output is what? The clicks and the conversions, where the leads that are coming into your system, they're able to convert and become into customers.

[00:02:53] Number three, your lead generation system.

[00:02:56] This is your digestive system.

[00:02:58] Whatever leads are coming inside, right?

[00:03:00] They need the nourishment also.

[00:03:01] So leads take in free value through nourishment.

[00:03:04] And that's why I always like to do free webinars.

[00:03:06] Because there's a lot of nourishment I'm able to provide my leads.

[00:03:08] And I look at them as entering my digestive system.

[00:03:12] Now, what is the input here?

[00:03:13] Free value offered.

[00:03:15] All the lead magnets, free webinars, all of that is the input.

[00:03:18] Digestion.

[00:03:18] When people come for my webinar, they consume, they engage, I'm able to educate them,

[00:03:24] I'm able to set the expectations, they understand the value.

[00:03:26] And what is the output?

[00:03:27] Leads digest the value and they move forward into the conversion phase.

[00:03:32] So the lead generation system is in comparison to the digestive system.

[00:03:37] Now, let's go to system number four, which is the funnel building system, which is the pathway system.

[00:03:43] Similar to the metabolic pathways inside our human body, guiding clients from interest to conversion,

[00:03:49] the funnel building system or whatever system you're using to help your students come through

[00:03:53] is what I call as a pathway system.

[00:03:56] Now, if you look at the pathway, what is the input?

[00:03:58] The input here is more leads.

[00:04:00] So lead magnet, so your webinar lead magnet brings more people in.

[00:04:03] What is the digestion?

[00:04:05] The desire grows for people to actually, you know, purchase whatever you're offering.

[00:04:10] The output is what?

[00:04:11] Engaging and attracting a paid customer or a paid student coming into your system.

[00:04:16] So system number four is your funnel building system, which is also equated to the pathway system.

[00:04:21] Now let's come to system number five, which is your webinar system itself.

[00:04:26] And this is what I call as a skeletal structure.

[00:04:28] It is a framework that holds the knowledge transfer together.

[00:04:32] Without a skeletal system within a body, the body is not going to have any form.

[00:04:37] Similarly, your webinar is a skeletal structure that's going to give form.

[00:04:40] So what is the input?

[00:04:41] Setting up the entire webinar.

[00:08:17] Digestion is analysis of the data and output is making informed decisions based on the data that you actually have.

[00:09:20] So when I put all of our customers into different groups in the hackathons, a lot of interaction happens.

[00:09:24] And this kind of becomes like the immune system of the entire business.

[00:09:27] And why am I calling it like the immune system?

[00:09:29] Is because even sometimes if people come into the community with different motives and they start to post something or self-promote them,

[00:09:36] the community itself sets that person right.

[00:09:40] And the community acts like an immune system for anybody coming without the right intentions or motives.

[00:09:47] And system number 11 is a tribe building system.

[00:09:50] This is all about community building.

[00:09:51] Just like communities of your cells, they actually come together for growth.

[00:09:56] Similarly, your tribe fuels your growth.

[00:09:59] So the input here is setting up the tribe, setting up the code of honor, setting up the rituals, the habits and everything else.

[00:10:06] The digestion is all the community engagement that happens.

[00:10:08] And the output is an engaged tribe that actually helps you carry forward your mission.

[00:10:14] So in other words, these are the 11 systems that can help you grow in your knowledge business.

[00:10:19] Content marketing system is like the nervous system.

[00:10:22] Advertising system is your circulatory system.

[00:10:23] Lead generation system is your digestive system.

[00:10:26] Funnel building system is your pathway.

[00:10:27] Webinar system is your skeletal structure.

[00:10:30] Learning management system is like your muscular system.

[00:10:32] Payment gateway for nutrition supply.

[00:10:34] Automation is like your endocrine system.

[00:10:36] And your reporting system is like your sensory system.

[00:10:38] And customer management system is your immune system.

[00:10:41] And finally, the tribe building system is your community building system.

[00:10:44] Okay.
