Speaker 1: innovation that I actually launched is a concept called the

Speaker 1: codex inspired by the movie Man of Steel. Where if
00:02:16
Speaker 1: you have seen the Movie Man of Steel, Superman,
00:02:18
Speaker 1: uh Superman is sent from krypton from krypton to earth
00:02:22
Speaker 1: where he actually carries a codex in his DNA. And
00:02:25
Speaker 1: his father goes and he actually takes the, the genetic
00:02:29
Speaker 1: information of that of the kryptonite and puts it into
00:02:33
Speaker 1: Superman's body and Superman is sent to earth because that
00:02:36
Speaker 1: planet was dying. So I was really inspired by that
00:02:38
Speaker 1: concept and I basically codex all of my courses. So
00:02:44
Speaker 1: uh I've been doing this since 2018. We have more
00:02:47
Speaker 1: than 30 people in our community and I've done more
00:02:50
Speaker 1: than three rounds of uh you know, rerecording the courses
00:02:54
Speaker 1: in my community based on how I can make things simpler,
00:02:57
Speaker 1: easier and faster. So the first innovation that I see
00:03:00
Speaker 1: is that everybody is going to be doing the coaching
00:03:03
Speaker 1: world is the using uh is the use of A
00:03:06
Speaker 1: I

Speaker 1: along with the,
00:03:10
Speaker 1: what are the courses that you're teaching now? What, what
00:03:12
Speaker 1: do I mean by codex application if I have to
00:03:14
Speaker 1: use that as a word? Uh

Speaker 1: So what I basically do is I make people enter
00:03:20
Speaker 1: all the data, which is very core to them through questions.
00:03:25
Speaker 1: So I basically have a Google document in all of
00:03:28
Speaker 1: my courses where I ask people to answer a few
00:03:31
Speaker 1: questions in detail and those, the answers to those questions
00:03:35
Speaker 1: are going to be thrown into charge GPT. And I've
00:03:37
Speaker 1: also specifically designed and engineered specific prompts that will give
00:03:41
Speaker 1: all of our students like within 90 seconds an entire
00:03:45
Speaker 1: game plan on every aspect of the coaching business.
00:03:48
Speaker 1: So it's starting with designing your own personal codex, your
00:03:51
Speaker 1: business codex, designing your niche codex, uh your curriculum design, codex,
00:03:56
Speaker 1: webinar selling codex, running Facebook and meta ads. I have
00:03:59
Speaker 1: a codex for that. If you're going to be running
00:04:01
Speaker 1: a showcase, you want to sell high ticket stuff in
00:04:03

Speaker 1: right now the hackathon is going and we have more
00:04:26
Speaker 1: than 1000 people playing the game and, and basically, I

Speaker 1: started to get a lot of people work on their
00:04:30
Speaker 1: codex in this hackathon and I can see the confidence
00:04:34
Speaker 1: and the conviction and the power of our coaches who
00:04:37
Speaker 1: are going to be launching with this. Now, the second
00:04:39
Speaker 1: concept of innovation that I have uh
00:04:42
Speaker 1: launched connected to the codex is something called as an
00:04:45
Speaker 1: A I copilot. Now, if you use the voice version
00:04:49
Speaker 1: of Chad GP T on your phone, you can actually
00:04:52
Speaker 1: ask any question to chat GP T and I'll give
00:04:54
Speaker 1: you answers. So in our hackathon, one of the missions,
00:04:57
Speaker 1: I basically asked all of our students to share all
00:05:01
Speaker 1: of their data. And then based on that, I gave
00:05:03
Speaker 1: them some specific prompts where they got their entire action
00:05:06
Speaker 1: plan for 90 days. Now, anybody who's stuck, they just
00:05:09
Speaker 1: need to take up their phone
00:05:11
Speaker 1: with charge GP T speak to charge GP T and say, hey,
00:05:13
Speaker 1: charge G BT, what should I do today based on
00:05:15
Speaker 1: my game plan? So what charge GP T is going
00:05:19
Speaker 1: to be for many of our coaches is more like
00:05:22
Speaker 1: a copilot based on the inputs and the prompts that
00:05:25
Speaker 1: I've given the all of our students earlier. So if
00:05:29
Speaker 1: you see this one innovation is going to help every
00:05:32
Speaker 1: single coach have someone
00:05:36
Speaker 1: like a CHA GPT like a personal coach that is
00:05:39
Speaker 1: going to basically give them direction
00:05:42
Speaker 1: and to also give them some validation on all the actions.

Speaker 1: And this has been a total game changer. And I'm
00:05:47
Speaker 1: really excited to see many of our coaches using this.

Speaker 1: The third thing that I actually launched as an innovation
00:05:52
Speaker 1: are kits. So I basically partnered with a company called
00:05:55
Speaker 1: of needs and we have launched an innovative solution for
00:05:59
Speaker 1: all of our coaches where coaches can basically launch their
00:06:03
Speaker 1: own level one and level three kits to bundle along
00:06:06
Speaker 1: with their products to improve their con their conversion.

Speaker 1: So if anybody goes to shop dot off needs.com sho

00:06:18
Speaker 1: free account. And there's an option there where they can

Speaker 1: actually go and pick up any product that they want.

Speaker 1: platform where the company that I've partnered with office needs,

Speaker 1: they will also be able to ship

Speaker 1: and directly deliver these products to your students. So you

Speaker 1: don't have to, you know, uh warehouse, you didn't, you

Speaker 1: didn't have a warehouse where you're going to be keeping

Speaker 1: all the stocks and stuff like that. The orphanage team

Speaker 1: will manage the stocks. The best part is seamless. You
00:06:45

Speaker 1: seamless with a self serving technology platform that I partnered

Speaker 1: with our needs. That is update number three,

Speaker 1: the innovation, number four that I've been working on with
00:07:25
Speaker 1: the Tag Mango company. So those of you who do

Speaker 1: ecosystem that I can befriend like a friend request that

Speaker 1: happens on Facebook, something on those similar lines. I just

Speaker 1: need to give my, you know, my platform key to

Speaker 1: that person
00:10:23
Speaker 1: or they need to give their platform key to me
00:10:25
Speaker 1: and then we approve the request and I can bundle

Speaker 1: my courses along with theirs. They can bundle their courses

Speaker 1: along with mine and this whole concept of community clusters. My, my,

Speaker 1: my actual vision is to

Speaker 1: in my down membership group is I want to get

Speaker 1: more of our members to start collaborating with each other

Speaker 1: so that we can beat the rising costs of ads.

Speaker 1: And we don't just depend on dependent on one traffic

Speaker 1: source to get people into our communities. And when more

Speaker 1: and more people are able to collaborate with each other,

Speaker 1: it really reduces the acquisition cost. Of our customers. And

Speaker 1: there also be, they're also
00:10:55
Speaker 1: able to be a part of a safe space or
00:10:58
Speaker 1: an experience once again into, you know, one ecosystem, they
00:11:01
Speaker 1: can also be a part of other ecosystems. And it's always,
00:11:04
Speaker 1: it's a win win, win situation because the one win
00:11:06
Speaker 1: is for the student, the second win is for the partner.

Speaker 1: The third one is for the creator or the coach.

Speaker 1: That way, the whole concept of this community clustering has

Speaker 1: is going to take the coaching industry by storm

Speaker 1: age group of 12 to 18 where we're going to

Speaker 1: provide them a space where they can start to create,
00:12:35
Speaker 1: to accelerate and we want to get them to start
00:12:37
Speaker 1: creating content, creating podcast and really
00:12:40
Speaker 1: getting into this game much earlier on so that they,
00:12:42
Speaker 1: they have a group of friends and buddies and a
00:12:45
Speaker 1: lot of Gamification elements that can make the whole experience
00:12:47
Speaker 1: for them amazing. So whatever I'm doing with the adults
00:12:50
Speaker 1: in terms of codex education and A I and using
00:12:52
Speaker 1: all these different tools and making people think and expanding
00:12:55
Speaker 1: their mind and horizon, I'm going to be doing that
00:12:58
Speaker 1: for the young generation and my wife Juanita is going
00:13:01
Speaker 1: to be spearheading this, supporting me on this project along
00:13:04
Speaker 1: with one of our other community managers will be supporting this.

Speaker 1: So we have started the application process in our membership. Now,

Speaker 1: See, I've worked with different kind of vendors for graphic

Speaker 1: design for running my ads for, you know, setting up
00:14:10
Speaker 1: my website for setting up my landing pages, my funnels.
00:14:13
Speaker 1: And so I have a whole bunch of, you know,
00:14:15
Speaker 1: vendors that I worked with. And there are some vendors
00:14:18
Speaker 1: who did a good job, some vendors who did not
00:14:20
Speaker 1: do well for me. So I had to go through
00:14:22
Speaker 1: a wedding process. And now the vendors that I work
00:14:23
Speaker 1: with are top notch and world class. So for my
00:14:25
Speaker 1: diamond members, I basically set up a separate segment inside
00:14:30
Speaker 1: my tag mango. My ecosystem called the Universe,

Speaker 1: where our diamond members can actually get services from vetted

Speaker 1: vendors and service providers for graphic design, for funnel building,

Speaker 1: shot in the dark outside the community. So this is

Speaker 1: during the reboot and it's taken on the whole world.

Speaker 1: Best off. Ok. The whole the coaching industry is loving it.

Speaker 1: The eighth innovation is a movie project. I'm actually working

Speaker 1: on a movie project right now that I plan to

Speaker 1: launch in all the PVR S across India sometime in December.

Speaker 1: The title of the movie is called Game of change

Speaker 1: where we're going to be talking about the spirit of

Speaker 1: Nalanda and how we want to bring that spirit of

Speaker 1: Nalanda into our country, to inspire every person in our
00:15:49
Speaker 1: country in India, to become a teacher, to become a
00:15:52
Speaker 1: leader and to build communities just like how many of
00:15:55
Speaker 1: us are doing it. And uh I've really brought in

Speaker 1: my mentors Blair singer and Surin, the founder of success

Speaker 1: to be a part of this movie project. And that's
00:16:04
Speaker 1: what we also spoke about and in a reboot event.

Speaker 1: So again, a new innovation which I'm going to be

Speaker 1: seeing in the next two or three years is many

Speaker 1: trainers and coaches may also start getting their movies done

Speaker 1: and to go mainstream and the whole idea is to

Speaker 1: take it on O TT. So, uh hopefully, if everything

Speaker 1: which is the eighth innovation. The ninth innovation is the freedom.

Speaker 1: managed properly. And but I also plan to travel once

Speaker 1: in a quarter to some of the top cities in

Speaker 1: our country. And I also have a facilitator who will

Speaker 1: be driving this process, who will be traveling to cities

Speaker 1: and ensuring that the template is from is maintained. The

Speaker 1: everybody meets in a common place in a hotel or

Speaker 1: a cafe where they're able to get the the value.
