Somnath is currently interning at the Reserve Bank of India. He holds a master's in economics from the Mumbai School of Economics & Public Policy. Before joining RBI, he worked as a Project Associate at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
His story is inspirational. He learnt up to his graduation in Marathi medium. His humble and rural background keeps him grounded. He is very popular on LinkedIn for his economics posts. I tried to bring his story to this platform.

सोमनाथ सध्या रिझर्व्ह बँक ऑफ इंडियामध्ये इंटर्न आहे. त्याने मुंबई स्कूल ऑफ इकॉनॉमिक्स अँड पब्लिक पॉलिसीमधून अर्थशास्त्रात पदव्युत्तर शिक्षण घेतले आहे. आरबीआयमध्ये रुजू होण्यापूर्वी त्याने इंडियन इन्स्टिट्यूट ऑफ सायन्स, बंगलोर येथे प्रोजेक्ट असोसिएट म्हणून काम केले.
त्याची कथा प्रेरणादायी आहे. पदवीपर्यंत तो मराठी माध्यमातून शिकला. त्याची विनम्र आणि ग्रामीण पार्श्वभूमी त्याला स्थिर ठेवते. तो LinkedIn वर त्याच्या अर्थशास्त्राच्या पोस्टसाठी खूप लोकप्रिय आहे. त्याची कथा या व्यासपीठावर आणण्याचा मी प्रयत्न केला.
