[00:01:41] behaviour. The European Commission fined the world's most popular internet search

[00:01:45] engine in 2017 for using its own price comparison shopping service to gain an unfair advantage

[00:01:51] over smaller European rivals. A lower tribunal had endorsed the EU competition enforcers decision

[00:01:57] in 2021 prompting Google to appeal to the Luxembourg-based Court of Justice of the European Union.

[00:02:03] CJEU judges noted that EU law does not sanction the existence of dominant position but its

[00:02:08] abusive exploitation. A 46-year-old woman was killed after getting caught in a clash

[00:02:14] between two armed groups in Manipur's Kangbok pre-district, police said on Tuesday.

[00:02:18] The incident happened in the remote Tangbu village on Sunday night, they said. A few houses

[00:02:23] in the village were also touched, forcing the locals to flee to nearby forests, they added.

[00:02:28] The body of the deceased woman was handed over to her family after a post-mortem examination

[00:02:33] at the Churachandpur District Hospital, police said. A significant number of powerful

[00:02:37] bombs were discharged during the clash between the two sites. Later that night,

[00:02:42] an exchange of fire was also reported between CRPF personnel stationed at the nearby

[00:02:47] school and militants. No casualty was reported in that gunfight.

[00:02:51] The Kerala High Court has strongly criticised the state government's inaction following

[00:02:55] the submission of the HEMA Committee report. The court questioned why no action had been

[00:02:59] taken despite the report being handed over to the state police chief in 2021.

[00:03:04] The special bench of the High Court on Tuesday began proceedings to consider

[00:03:07] six petitions related to the HEMA Committee report. The special bench consisting of

[00:03:12] Justice A.K. Jay Shankar and Nambiar and Justice C. S. Uthap is considering the police.

[00:03:17] The court has directed that the complete report be reviewed by the special investigation team

[00:03:21] investigating cases related to the HEMA Committee report and the allegations

[00:03:25] that have surfaced since its release. The B.J.B came down heavily on Rahul Gandhi

[00:03:30] always remarks in the US about the Sikh community, saying the Congress leader

[00:03:34] is trying to create a dangerous narrative by speaking on sensitive issues abroad.

[00:03:39] Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said Gandhi's remarks for sinister in nature

[00:03:43] as he tried to spread falsehood among the members of the Sikh community

[00:03:46] living abroad to eke out a living and do not have much connection with India.

[00:03:50] Addressing a gathering of several hundred Indian Americans in Herndon,

[00:03:54] a Virginia suburb of Washington DC on Monday, Gandhi accused the RSS of

[00:03:58] considering some religions, languages and communities of being inferior to others

[00:04:02] and said the fight in India is about this and not about politics.
