[00:00:22] Nearly 24 workers were trapped when an under-construction building collapsed at the Kanoj railway station in Uttar Pradesh on Saturday.
[00:00:31] So far, six workers have been rescued and taken to the hospital.
[00:00:35] The incident occurred when the roof's shuttering collapsed, according to District Magistrate Shubrand Kumar.
[00:00:41] He and other senior officials arrived at the site to oversee the rescue operation,
[00:00:46] with efforts focused on rescuing the trapped workers using all available resources.
[00:00:53] The BJP intensified its criticism of the AAP following a leaked comptroller and auditor general report on Delhi's controversial excise policy.
[00:01:04] The report, which has not been officially released, allegedly highlights significant lapses under the leadership of former CM Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy CM Manish Sisoria,
[00:01:15] including a loss of over 2,026 crore due to mismanagement.
[00:01:20] Meanwhile, AAP's Sanjay Singh questioned the report's authenticity, suggesting the BJP may have fabricated it.

[00:01:34] Three more bodies of workers trapped in a coal mine in Assam were recovered, bringing the total number of fatalities to four.
[00:01:42] The workers have been trapped in the mine since Monday, when a sudden flood inundated the quarry.
[00:01:48] One of the victims, identified as 27-year-old Ligin Magar from the local village of Kalamati, was found floating in the accumulated water.
[00:01:56] The identity of the other two recovered workers is still being determined.
[00:02:00] Chief Minister Himanta Biswasarma confirmed that the quarry, 340 feet deep, was being de-watered with specialised equipment from ONGC and Call India.

[00:03:08] Jai Tandran, who passed away on Thursday, recorded over 16,000 songs in multiple languages,
[00:03:14] including Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi,
[00:03:17] and received numerous awards for his contributions to Indian music.
