[00:00:28] on social media platforms to influence public opinion and advance its geopolitical interests
[00:00:33] during elections in countries such as India, South Korea and the US.
[00:00:39] The US is on high alert and preparing for a possible attack by Iran targeting Israeli
[00:00:44] or American assets in the region in response to Israel's strike on the Iranian embassy
[00:00:48] in Syria.
[00:00:49] A Delhi court on Saturday extended the judicial custody of Ahmadine Party leader Manish

[00:01:40] Tech giant Microsoft has warned.
[00:01:43] Voting for 543 Lok Sabha seats in India will take place between April 19 and June
[00:01:47] 4, spread across seven phases.
[00:01:50] South Koreans will go to the polls in a general election on April 10, while the
[00:01:53] U.S. will hold the presidential election on November 5.
[00:01:56] With major elections taking place around the world this year, particularly in India, South
[00:02:00] Korea and the United States, we assist that China will let a minimum create and amplify
[00:02:03] AI-generated content to benefit its interests.
[00:02:06] Clint Watts, general manager of Microsoft Threat Analysis Center, said in a blog post.
[00:02:11] Alarmed at AI's potential misuse, the center last month said that social media
[00:02:15] intermediaries must not permit any bias or discrimination or threatened integrity
[00:02:19] of the electoral process.
[00:02:23] The U.S. is on high alert and is preparing for a possible attack by Iran targeting Israeli
[00:02:28] or American assets in the region response to Israel's strike on the Iranian embassy
[00:02:32] in Syria, a U.S. official said on Friday.
[00:02:34] Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has said that seven Iranian military advisors
[00:02:39] died in the strike, including Mohammad Rehza Sahedi, a senior commander.
[00:02:43] U.S. President Joe Biden discussed the threat from Iranian phone call on Thursday with
[00:02:47] Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

[00:02:53] The U.S. fully supports the defense of Israel against threats from Iran, a senior Biden

[00:03:01] A Delhi-Korun Saab day extended, the judicial custody of Ahmadmi Party leader Manish Sassodia
[00:03:06] till April 18 in a money laundering case related to the alleged Delhi excise policy scam.
[00:03:11] Special Judge Kaveri Bhaveja extended, Sassodia's judicial custody after he was produced
[00:03:15] before the court on an expiry of the judicial custody granted earlier.
[00:03:19] His party colleague Sanjay Singh, a co-accused who was recently granted bail by the Supreme
[00:03:23] Court in the case also appeared before the court for the proceedings.
[00:03:30] The National Investigation Agency on Saturday arrested two key conspirators in 2022 blast
[00:03:35] case amid an attack on the pro-agency's team by a crowd in West Bengal's East
[00:03:39] Medhnipur district and official said.
[00:03:42] An NIA officer was injured and a vehicle belonged to the pro-agency was damaged in the
[00:03:45] attack, a spokesperson of the Federal Investigation Agency said.
[00:03:49] The duo Balai Chandra Mehdi and Manobrata Janna were arrested after extensive searches
[00:03:53] at five locations including the House of Janna where locals tried to obstruct the
[00:03:57] NIA team.
[00:03:58] The crowd tried to stop the NIA team and its security component from moving towards
[00:04:01] the Kupatnagar police station to complete the arrest formalities.
[00:04:05] The NIA has lost complaint at the local police station in this regard.
[00:04:11] The income tax department on Saturday froze the CPM's Thirushur District Committee's
[00:04:15] bank account following a raid at the Bank of India branch on Friday.
[00:04:19] The account has an amount of Rs 4.80 crore.
[00:04:22] Rs 1 crore was withdrawn from the account this month.
[00:04:25] The IT department raided the Thirushur branch of the public sector bank at MG Road after
[00:04:29] it was noticed that CPM district committee had withdrawn large amounts of money from
[00:04:33] it during last few months.
[00:04:35] When the IT department found that the CPM had not disclosed these withdrawals in
[00:04:38] the audit reports submitted by it, officials questioned MM Varghese, the Thirushur District
[00:04:42] Secretary of the party and a member of the state committee at the enforcement directorate
[00:04:46] office in Kochi on Friday.
