[00:03:27] A news outlet in Norway courted the press chief of the Oslo Police District and reported that the police have received a missing person report.

[00:03:36] According to the report, the complaint has been registered and is being processed for further action.

[00:03:42] However, it is not known who filed the complaint.

[00:03:45] He was last seen during a non-inspirational in Oslo on September 14.
