[00:02:12] In a statement, Congress secretary Jaram Ramesh said it is necessary to recall how the

[00:03:53] He alleged that the officers were not careful while handling the papers of such a sensational
[00:03:58] case.
[00:03:59] A bar's reportedly struck, a bridge over the Arkansas River, closing a highway south
[00:04:04] of Salisaw, the Oklahoma State Patrol has said.
[00:04:08] South US Highway 59 was closed by two persons after they learnt about the incident.
[00:04:13] Traffic was also diverted from the area.
