[00:01:06] [SPEAKER_00]: A Class 2 student at a private school was sacrificed in a black magic ritual in Uttar Pradesh, Hathras. Police said today.

[00:01:14] [SPEAKER_00]: Kritharth, aged 11, was allegedly killed at his school hostel earlier this week to bring success to the DL Public School at Rasgavan.

[00:01:24] [SPEAKER_00]: Police said five people, including the owner of the school, his son who was the director of the school and three teachers have been arrested in the case.

[00:01:34] [SPEAKER_00]: The accused wanted to kill the boy near a tube well outside the school. However, as they were taking him out of the hostel, he started screaming, forcing them to strangle him to death.

[00:01:44] [SPEAKER_00]: The accused had earlier tried to sacrifice another student on September 6th but had failed.

[00:01:50] [SPEAKER_00]: The Supreme Court came down heavily on the Central Air Quality Panel on Friday for not taking adequate steps to monitor the air quality and curb pollution in the National Capital Region.

[00:02:02] [SPEAKER_00]: The Commission for Air Quality Management has not performed or severe its purpose. A bench of justices Abhayya Soka and A.G. Mazik set in a seat of tough observations as Delhi and its surrounding areas approached pollution reason.

[00:02:18] [SPEAKER_00]: Towards the end of the hearing, the bench noted that it cannot be said that the CAQM did not take any action but they did not perform the way they were expected to.

[00:02:29] [SPEAKER_00]: Come winter, the insured plunges into severe air quality crises every year with stubble burn in the neighboring states of Haryana and Punjab among the major contributors.

[00:02:40] [SPEAKER_00]: UK Prime Minister Kale Stammer on Thursday backed the India's bid for a permanent membership of the United Nations Security Council, days after US President Joe Biden and Francis Emmanuel Macron made a similar pitch.

[00:02:54] [SPEAKER_00]: Adressing the general debate of the United Nations General Assembly's 79th session in New York, Mr Stammer said the UNSC has to change to become a more representative body.

[00:03:05] [SPEAKER_00]: At present, the UNSC comprises five permanent members and 10 non-permanent member countries which are elected for a two-year term by the General Assembly of the United Nations.

[00:03:17] [SPEAKER_00]: The five permanent members are Russia, the UK, China, France and the United States which have the power to veto any substantial resolution.

[00:03:27] [SPEAKER_00]: An Israeli strike on Deir Ezzedar and Sabaab's on Thursday killed the head of Hezbollah's drone unit, the military group and the Israeli military set.

[00:03:35] [SPEAKER_00]: It was a fourth attack in a week targeting Hezbollah commanders in the densely populated area, one of the group's strongholds.

[00:03:44] [SPEAKER_00]: Lebanon's Health Ministry said in a statement that two people were killed in the attack and 15 were not, including a woman, in critical condition.

[00:03:53] [SPEAKER_00]: Kerala's CPM announced on Friday that it has severeed all ties with Nilembur MLAPV Anwar, accusing him of following a right-wing political agenda.

[00:04:03] [SPEAKER_00]: The party's State Secretary M. V. Govindan stated that right-wing parties and their supportive media have been trying to weaken the left-learns and the government in Kerala for a long time and Anwar is now part of that effort.

[00:04:16] [SPEAKER_00]: Govindan emphasized that Anwar has a clear right-wing political motive and that those who support and value the CPM must oppose Anwar and his stance.

[00:04:26] [SPEAKER_00]: He pointed out that Anwar's political position indicates he lacks a proper understanding of the communist party and its core principles.

[00:04:34] [SPEAKER_00]: The CPM-led state government has been facing significant challenges since Anwar made serious allegations against some of the state's top police officials and Chief Minister of the IUJ and political secretary Peshashish.
