[00:03:11] decriminalized homosexuality as an offense by striking down Section 377 of the Indian penal court.
[00:03:19] NMC has also brought back topics such as the Hyman and its type and its medical legal importance besides defining virginity and defloration,
[00:03:28] legitumacy and its medical legal importance. These subjects were done away with in 2022 in accordance with a Madras Hycoord directive.
[00:03:37] In 2018, the Supreme Court decriminalized homosexuality by upholding the rights of the LGBTQ community.
[00:03:44] With this order, India joined 17 Commonwealth nations that struck down laws of the criminalizing homosexuality.
[00:03:52] Prime Minister Narayan Ramodhi has reached Singapore for his official two-day visit to further strengthen bilateral ties between the two nations.
[00:04:01] His visit to Singapore comes after a historic visit to Brunei as part of New Delhi's act-aste policy.
[00:04:08] The country's share as strategic alliance in the region and Modi's visit aims to deepen the partnership.
[00:04:14] Modi's visiting Singapore at the invitation of his counterpart Lauren Swang and the visit comes after six years.
[00:04:19] The leaders will review the progress of India's Singapore's strategic partnership and exchange views on regional and global issues of mutual interest,
[00:04:29] a minister of external affairs statement said ahead of his departure.
[00:04:33] Modi is also scheduled to meet three generations of Singapore's leaders and CEOs.
[00:04:38] Active Vijay's Tamil-Vetri Karagam is making arrangements to include contrast leader Rahul Gandhi and Kerala Chief Minister Pineray Vijayan in its first public meeting.
[00:04:48] According to sources within TVK Vijay is keen on extending invitations to both leaders.
[00:04:54] In addition to these prominent figures, the chief ministers of Andhra Padesh and Telangana, Enchandra Babunai-Dhu and A.R.I.R.1 3D and Karadaka Deputy Chief Minister B.K. Shiv Kumar are also expected to be invited.
[00:05:08] TVK appears to be positioning itself as a significant political force by engaging these key political personalities with a particular focus on Rahul Gandhi.
[00:05:17] Top leaders and ministers from major political parties such as the DMK AIIDMK and BJP are anticipated to attend.
[00:05:26] The public meeting is planned for September 23rd in Vikramandhi, Willu Pram district.
