[00:01:48] the Nalabad High Court decision, calling a lower court's order allowing Hindu Preels
[00:01:53] in the southern cellar of the Mosque.
[00:01:55] The High Court on February 26 had dismissed the committee's plea in which it had challenged
[00:02:00] the district court's January 31st order, allowing Hindus to offer prayers in the cellar.
[00:02:08] A daily court on Monday sent Chief Minister and Art Matmi Pati National Convener Arun
[00:02:12] and Keshriwal to judicial custody till April 15 in the Exha's policy linked money-launtrum
[00:02:18] case.
[00:02:19] Keshriwal was produced in the court of special jet Kaviri Bhavichar after his enforcement
[00:02:24] direct-fit custody came to an end.
[00:02:27] The ED had sought 15-day judicial custody of Keshriwal saying he was totally uncooperative.
[00:02:33] On Monday, the Delhi High Court also asked the ED to submit its note to the special judge
[00:02:39] on the issue of Keshriwal passing orders while in custody in the Exha's policy linked
[00:02:43] money-launtrum case.
[00:02:45] The court was informed by the ED's counsel that it was not providing any infrastructure
[00:02:49] to Keshriwal for passing orders.
[00:02:53] China has released a fourth list of 13 new names of various places in Narnashal Pradesh,
[00:02:59] amid Beijing's stepped up assertions and recent weeks to re-emphasize its claim over the
[00:03:03] Indian state.
[00:03:05] India has been rejecting China re-enaming places in Narnashal Pradesh, asserting that the
[00:03:09] state is an integral part of the country and assigning invented names does not alter this

[00:04:19] of sealing on net borrowing to a five-judge constitution bench.
[00:04:23] A bench of this district's Suryakantan Kvi Vishunathan passed the order on the state's
[00:04:28] Suryud, accusing the sender of interfering in the exercise of its exclusive autonomous
[00:04:34] and plenary powers to regulate the state's finances by imposing a cap on borrowing.
[00:04:39] The bench referred to article 293 of the constitution which deals with borrowing by states and said
[00:04:46] this provision has not been so far subject to any authoritative interpretation by the
[00:04:51] EPEX court.
[00:04:52] In an original pseud filed under article 131 of the constitution, the Kerala government
[00:04:57] has set the constitution best hours, fiscal autonomy upon states to regulate their finances
[00:05:02] under various articles and the borrowing limits or the extent of such borrowings are regulated
[00:05:08] by state legislation.
