[00:00:28] We're majorly into redevelopment of properties

[00:00:32] So as an Exhibitor to CREDAI stall with an intent to gain visibility and

[00:00:38] To reach out to customers who didn't know us because we are a first-gen developer

[00:00:44] Started off just five seven years back. So in your view

[00:00:47] What can the real estate industry do in order to enable and inform customers and to make better purchasing decisions?

[00:00:55] First things first the product quality should be amazing amazing and second thing the livability factor

[00:01:02] Whenever you think about making a house the livability factor should always be kept in mind

[00:01:08] It shouldn't be always about square feet. It should always be about making good homes. Great. Thank you so much

[00:01:14] So can you tell us a little bit how technology is moving the real estate industry forward changing things?

[00:01:20] What changes have you seen over the past few years in the industry major change what I've seen is customer awareness

[00:01:27] Like this is a trust deficit industry first thing second thing. Nobody cared about post sales

[00:01:33] So due to technology people have started caring about post sales now

[00:01:37] It has been more of customer centric post sales

[00:01:40] Like if you look at big names whoever they are they always focus on post sales and the customer experience

[00:01:46] so that has taken a

[00:01:49] Technology is driven it absolutely is so just want to take it back to the expo a little bit here

[00:01:55] I just want to ask you what separates the

[00:01:58] Credit I mchi grand property expo from other such expos the helping nature of peers

[00:02:04] view the first time

[00:02:06] Participant here the support and the visibility which the peers help us gain was amazing phenomenal

[00:02:13] It's never looked like competition. So as an exhibitor

[00:02:16] Do you have any special offers that you'd like to highlight for our listeners that you're offering to people here at the expo today?

[00:02:22] So our offerings are majorly for one BHKs to BHKs and three BHKs

[00:02:27] What we identified is our major tickers were salary

[00:02:31] So what they could afford is even if they had a good fat handsome salary

[00:02:35] What they could afford is either they could pay their rent or their EMI's so right now in this expo

[00:02:41] What we launched is the day you book your flat. We start paying your rent till the possession

[00:02:46] So supposedly if you book a to BHK with me, which costs you say around 1.4 crore rupees

[00:02:52] We start paying you 40,000 rupees rent from day one till you get the possession

[00:02:57] Wow, that sounds like an exciting offer and we've named it. Go Mille go rent B

[00:03:02] Yeah, that's great. I understand you've had a few bookings as well during the expo

[00:03:07] Tell us a little bit more about that. So people like this offer. They were very inquisitive about this offer

[00:03:13] which helped us gain momentum and

[00:03:16] People do like it and we got a few bookings here. Amazing. Amazing. Sounds great

[00:03:31] My dream home for me is I should have all the aspects in the house with a

[00:03:37] Whatsoever is the size the balconies which are a must-must for me the kitchen should be nicely done up

[00:03:44] The livability aspect in terms of outside the house should never be missed and that is what we provide in all our homes

[00:03:51] In Raghav group balcony is a must factor sounds great. So it's been absolutely wonderful having you on the show
