On day two of the CREDAI-MCHI Garnd Property Expo, we welcome another visitor, Kenneth, to share his experience of the event and what he looks for when booking real estate.

[00:00:20] Do you want to introduce yourself for our listeners? Tell us about your experience at the Grand Property Expo here today? Do you have any experiences that jumped out at you any exhibitions that you liked?
[00:00:30] Right so Akhil first of all, let me be very honest the expo as such is quite surprising because I have been to other expo's where they have exhibitions but the spread that MCHI has kept
[00:00:43] At this particular venue is massive. I must say I've learnt it's almost one lakh square feet of spread The participants, they're having the stalls. It's very fascinating I'm really very pleased that I've been getting an opportunity to come here to see this place and
[00:01:00] Also to be a part of this expo So any particular thing in your mind that you would look for in from a realtor or a developer that they should provide to a consumer?
[00:01:11] Me as a customer there are certain things that obviously I have in my mind one thing Obviously, I would like to know or if I'm getting to get wanting to get a house
[00:01:21] so I need to have a brand or a person who's well-known or who's done some projects in the past who has a good track record You know and
[00:01:31] When they have done that it also gives me a piece of mind that you know if I have to associate or purchase a property from that particular Person or for them company. It gives me that piece of mind that you know, I'm in the right place
[00:01:44] You know so my investment doesn't go haywire because of late We've been hearing not so good experiences from customers You know in different forums where they complain about you know projects being sold but not delivered on time
[00:01:58] So yeah timely position is something also which I would really look at In terms of you know to have a good customer service experience So here are the here today at the credit. I am CHI grand property expo Were there any particular
[00:02:12] Exhibitions and realtors that actually stood out to you as offering more to the Consumers that you'd like to shout out on the show here today to be honest while I was just you know Home shopping a window shop rather I came across one brand Raghav
[00:02:28] You know subvention scheme from company, you know They are ready to pay the rent for us till they take the position this is something a concept which I've not heard of and
[00:02:39] I was very glad to know but sadly it is not where I'm looking for so I reside in Barriveli and I was kindly looking for a project or a place somewhere in that vicinity
[00:02:50] Now they are not doing it over there. Although the scheme was nice, but obviously it was no good for me So I had to leave it alone Tell us a little bit about what your dream home would look like wow. That's a nice question. Akeel
[00:03:02] It's very difficult to express your dreams and words But my dream house is something that I was hoping that it would should be not the top floor But you can say second to last top floor with a very good view if possible an unobstructed view
[00:03:17] Overseeing green luscious, you know some nice garden parks or grounds It's very difficult to get something that I'm asking for because with you know It's a concrete forest jungle that they say now so to get a place somewhere in Mumbai
[00:03:31] Something like this would be a wow thing first Secondly apart from that also like you know a home becomes a dwelling for you when you in true sense When you really want to like you know you and your family are happy living in it
[00:03:43] I'm really looking for something which is beneficial for not only me but also my family so that you know when we come in there It should be like you know, Garje Saakuch nahi you roam you go out for outings vacations
[00:03:56] But you also long to come back home. That is something that I'm hoping that I get as a dream house So before we before we let you go Is there anything that you'd like to share about the expo as a final thought like I told you okay
[00:04:10] At the beginning of the conversation that you know, I was really surprised to see such a big spread You know and with so many brands, you know Showcase in their projects all over not only Maharashtra. I mean sorry in Bombay, but all over Maharashtra
[00:04:25] So, you know, I seen quite a lot of projects which are really fascinating So any particular message you'd like to pass on to visitors of the exhibition any particular realtors to visit any exhibits
[00:04:37] Right so kill my only message to people who are you know seeking to get a new house or home is You all should certainly take some of your time valuable time drop in here because there's so much to choose from Obviously, you know
[00:04:52] You have a certain thing in your mind with the budget and also with the locality But it's a good experience if you drop in here There's so much to choose from and then you know, you can you can then decide what you really want to do
[00:05:05] That's what I would say but give it a go because you only have two days more I believe it's only from 13 14 15 and 16th two more days only to go So y'all can come in and you know make the most of it while it's still there
