[00:00:00] I think it's very important for each one of us, every content creator, every human being

[00:00:09] out here to connect with people.

[00:00:11] So when you have people you can freely express your opinions with and feel free to disagree

[00:00:18] with also that's when you have the most constructive conversations.

[00:00:23] So I really hope that this life within us to obviously turn the tides and that's what I like to help people do Awesome Because that's really important as you said It's so funny because we live in a hyper connected world, right? And yet loneliness seems to be on the rise a lot of people are able to connect with one another so that's the irony right there

[00:01:41] I'm a little bit about myself for anyone who's seen me for we don't really know who we really are unless life throws all the friggin lemons in the world at you. Having dropped my headphones on. I'm trying to work. So I think all of us tend to be very dramatic in our brain. You may not be a dramatic person but in our brains were very dramatic. So as you said when you start just throw yourself into it you cut out the time you spent overthinking and when you overthink something your willpower naturally goes down. So even before you've done the

[00:05:41] task you already have no energy to do good, then fine. After half an hour, take a break, see how you feel about it. And I think a lot of the main reason behind procrastination is the kind of subconscious feelings that we attach to the task. So for example, if you're afraid of failing, you are more likely to not do the task

[00:07:01] and come up with some odd reason for just avoiding it.

[00:07:05] And we don't even know that we're afraid of these things.
