Aastha Atray Banan is an award-winning journalist for 21 years, and now the editor of Mumbai's most preferred weekend read, Sunday Mid-day.
She started her weekly podcast on love and relationships, Love Aaj Kal (a Spotify original), after her romance novels, erotic short stories and poetry made her a love guru of sorts on Instagram.
She also sings, and has released five original songs. She was India’s second homegrown Mills & Boon writer, and her fifth book with HarperCollins India, The L-word: Love, Lust, and everything in between released in 2021.
In 2023, she released her new podcast, The L Wrd, to continue in her endeavour to talk about finding love in the modern world we live in.
On a daily basis, she shares her experiences about being 40, and how she motivates herself to keep going and keep hustling, on Instagram.
