How to stop seeking approval of others? Why do we seek validation? What’s the science behind it?
In a study of habits of others that annoyed people, it was found that 85% of participants didn’t like people who were fake or who showed themselves off.
We believe not being ourselves and being like others could finally get us the approval we need, however it ends up doing the opposite.
In this video, we will explore how and why to get over this need. And most importantly, how to get to a place where you absolutely need nothing from others.
