A lot of us get angry not on big issues, rather the tidbits that comprise our entire day – and later we regret being angry.
It could be doing a task, or to pay attention to the person instead of the phone – and we end up getting angry even though we don’t want to.
The anger has a special purpose to arrive. What is that purpose? Does anger even come with a purpose?
