Today I’ll talk about my resume of failures, which acts as a reminder of my past mistakes. Also, a few lessons on how to deal with failure and overcome it.
We all have our resume – where we talk about what are the good things we have accomplished.
However, often those successes are a result of multitude of failures, which sadly no one talks about.

I'm sharing my failures with you today because I am a human being. I’m very much a work in progress. They are about me not getting into the colleges I wanted to go to, or me fulfilling my dreams yet they didn’t make me happy, to me building Nearbuy through troughs and valleys.
You’re not defined by your failures, rather you define yourself after your failures. And that makes all the difference! This is my attempt to provide inspiration and encouragement to you, and to remind that you are not alone. We are in this together.

आज मैं अपने जीवन की विफलताओं के बारे में बात करूँगा, जो मेरी पिछली ग़लतियों की याद दिलाता है। साथ ही विफलता से आगे बढ़ने के जीवन में कुछ सबक भी शेयर करूँगा ।
हम सभी के पास अपना रिज्यूमे है - जहाँ हम इस बारे में बात करते हैं कि हमने किन अच्छे कामों को किया है।
हालाँकि, अक्सर वे सफलताएँ भारी असफलताओं के बाद का एक परिणाम होती हैं, जिनके बारे में कोई भी बात नहीं करता है।
आज मैं आपसे जीवन में अपनी असफलताओं के बारे में बात करूँगा, क्योंकि मैं एक इंसान हूं जिसका मतलब है कि मैं बहुत असफल भी होता रहा हूँ । वे मेरे बारे में हैं - जिन कॉलेजों में मैं जा नहीं सका जहाँ मैं जाना चाहता था, या मुझे अपने सपनों को पूरा करने का रास्ता मिल गया था फिर भी वे मुझे खुश नहीं करते थे, और बहुत मुश्किलों के साथ नियरबाय का निर्माण और उसको आगे बढ़ने के बारे में हैं।
आप अपनी असफलताओं से परिभाषित नहीं होते हैं, बल्कि आप अपनी असफलताओं के बाद खुद को परिभाषित करते हैं। और इससे ही सब फर्क पड़ता है! यह मेरा प्रयास है आप को प्रेरणा और प्रोत्साहन देने के लिए, और यह याद दिलाने के लिए कि आप अकेले नहीं हैं। हम इसमें एक साथ हैं। अगर कोई प्रश्न हो, तो कमैंट्स सेक्शन में ज़रूर पूछें ।
