Aditya Birla Sun Life Multi-Index Fund of Funds is a very simple FOF scheme that invests only in the best passive schemes across the industry including ETFs and Index Funds in asset classes - Domestic Equities, International equities, Debt, and Commodities. The idea of this fund is to essentially give reasonable long-term returns across market cycles through higher upside participation in equities and when the markets are volatile, diversification through debt & commodities as well. This is achieved through a rules-based methodology or an asset allocation model that works for our other funds as well. The biggest advantage that an investor in such an all-weather investing solution gets is that of tax efficiency. Because the underlying portfolio churns are not taxable for the investor.
