Based on a simple insight from the American Journal of Health Promotion that says jumping 10 times twice a day is good for the bones, the initiative pushes you to jump and stay healthy and for every 10,000 jumps that we collect, we at Aditya Birla Health Insurance will donate one prosthetic leg to the under-privileged.
Here’s how you can take part:
Step 1: Shoot a video of you jumping alone or with your friends and family, a minimum 10 times.
Step 2: Upload it to you Facebook/Instagram/Twitter with the hashtags #JumpForHealth and #ABCHealthInsurance
Step 3: Mention the number of times you jumped and also nominate 3 friends to take part
