From Kandy to Colombo + our experience at the elephant orphanage + cafes to go to

Day 3 in Sri Lanka was all about going on to the next leg - Colombo. While we were sad to leave our lovely hotel in Kandy, Colombo brought its own city style experiences with us - but not without the most exciting stop on the way! I've heard so much about the elephant orphanage from friends who have been there, and I was thrilled to go myself and learn about everything the foundation does to support the animals.
